My (Disappearing) Payment Vault!!
This service is top top top…. (What was I saying? oh, yeah~) misplaced notch! somehow right after the card gets utilized money comes off of it little by little so it’s best to spend it as fast as possible in one shot preferably also the app is trash. Even though it has a remember me option or remember my device option. every time you try to re-open the app it makes you go through the whole verification method all over again I mean how many verification hurdles do I have to jump through in order to get to a $20 card balance? or less….
Absolutly useless
I have been forced to use this app, as there is no other option for payment. Customer service does not exist! App itself is childplay. Total disaster.

It was easy for me to register virtual card. I want to know if this app just tracts amount left ? Or can you do debit purchases from the app?

They told to update but there's nothing to updated and i can't open my apk. Please fix it
Functional, has promise
The app does the job — nothing spectacular, but it mostly works. There have been times when accessing it has been a bit hit or miss, which can be frustrating, especially when you’re in a rush. That said, it looks like they’re making regular updates, so there’s definitely potential for it to get better over time.

This App is the WORST! Save time and aggravation by skipping it! The only security is they provide is locking YOU/ME OUT! Then they allow ANYONE TO CHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT! GARBAGE! Too bad there isn’t a negative number to choose. I’m contacting the BBB and filing a report with Consumer Protection! Scam!

Not working properly. It comes out blank as in nothing you can see on the screen.

It’s very stable. Just come on, we are in such an advanced day .. there should be way more functions available within the app.. such as all the options which are available on the web version.

Always shows login error code you write them take 48 hours to fixed then 2 Weeks later same issue

Randomly Declined
Never know when the card is going to work. A literal mystery if you have access to your money or not when you need to use it, then they charge you a $.50 decline fee as an additional middle finger to you after they decline a $100 purchase when there’s thousands supposedly on the account. Junk, unfortunately the only card my company uses for bonuses.
Update issue
This app was working properly in Singapore, now as I came back to India I’m unable to login as it’s asking for an update, which I tried but the update is not available on AppStore! I can’t transfer my money! I need assistance on this

Antiquated, complicated login process. The forgot password function barely works. The customer service is mostly nonexistent. And Chatbot is useless. Probably the worst app dealing with money I have ever encountered.

Missing Funds
I transferred money from the app to my Venmo. It’s been a week and I still have not received the funds in Venmo , despite the app saying the money has left my Biolife card. Disputing is a whole inconvenient process. Yall charged me $7 to transfer $60 that went missing. Give me my money back already

It won’t let me update Iv deleted the app and reinstalled it and it still won’t let me have the updated version even after reinstalling it

This is the most unreliable application to have your money on. Most of the times you can't open the app and the card is useless in many countries.

I sign in to tell me to update and I see the icon update now and touch it to take me to the App Store app page and don’t see update only see open app
