Cuemath review
Cuemath is decent, but you can’t do a lot
Update
I used to love the old cuemath, the update is horrible I really wish I could use the old one again!
Loll
This is a very bad app
Cuemath
My daughter wanted an app and tutor to improve her math cuemath was the one she says.Im really grateful .one improvement is that talking with the tutor ,it is saying tap here for a free trial but my daughter already has a tutor
App that doesn’t do anything
Don’t enroll child for long term. Too big to take care of the customer. Robot customer service. Waited 73 hours but no Human interaction. Worst customer service.
Nice
I like Cuemath gym because it is fun and also can help me get better at math. Thank you 🙏😊😁😃😚
Cue math on iPad 💀
Whenever I get on the Cuemath app the screen turns around and I find it quite annoying so I’m rating it 2 stars
Good
3 stars
How good Cuemath is
Cuemath is the best math source for kids to learn from It is the best at this point
Please allow parents to do important things
Your new feature introduction, ptm feedback windows does not close ever. They really don’t allow users to skip them and do something else. The new feature and match gym thing will not allow me to go inside the app and do anything. Not always we will have time to do these things. Your POs need to think through.
Very good
I use this app every now and then, it is great for learning new concepts and it helps you understand thing that you are confused with. Overall great app😁
Huge fee ,Poor support, Good study material. Poor implementation of Technology
There is No way you can contact or raise concerns to Cue Math. Study material is good but they change policy randomly to access the study material. In the feedback and Chat section, chatbot restrict you to raise your actual concerns. They also closed the Math Gym section which was actually good, standard degraded and price appreciated . Hope some one contacts to actually listen to the user pain pinnate
I love Cuemath so much
Cuemath is the best I have emproved my maths. I find it very helpful.
Cuemath
The game was so good and I only played it instead of my kids Good improvement!!!!
BEWARE Money not refunded - lost a good amount
Please BEWARE parents!!!!!! If anyone looking to get a refund from Cuemath they give Customers virtual card that doesn’t work. They were least bothered to help me get the amount refunded and it is a really huge amount! Please ensure all factors before you enroll your child with the institution.
New Updated Version- Cuemaths
The new updated version 5.0 doesn’t work on iOS. I am trying these few hours so please make sure to solve the technical issues. I am using cuemaths app since 5 years and this has affected my maths GYM streak. Thank you.
Not working in iPad
I have iPad Air with version 12.5.7, able to download app but it opens and closes automatically
Maths Gym is given too less time
I am a student enrolled and in Cuemath classes but I think some of the topics in maths gym is given too less time while some is given too much time. Please make some for more time and some for less.
Cuemath
I am Ojasswi and I have been attending Cuemath Since two weeks and in Cuemath there are many fun ways to learn like the maths Gym it helps and it is also fun That and also the tutors have a different way of teaching us. If we get it wrong, they don’t scold us they tell us how to improve it so if anyone is looking for a good maths tuition I recommend Cuemath it’s the best seriously, the best I love attending my classes and playing the games so I say it again I recommend you Cuemath
Very Buggy
Chat is very frustrating, click in chat field and then when you click on existing chat, you cannot use the chat field anymore…you have to kill the app to use the chat again
Feedback
The app is very useful and educational however where the math gym is sometimes many difficult questions come but only 2 mins given to solve which is hard to keep up with time when you want to attempt all questions
Cuemath
No good
Developers help
When you sent me the code it didn’t work I checked everything yet it doesn’t send me the code?
Amazing
I am a 5th grader writing this message on my phone. This app increases my knowledge by alot ,by alot I mean alot . Lets say my knowledge was 30% when i started after 1 year of cuemaths it is 90%. This message might be a bit goofy or embarassing
Not user friendly
The app isn’t user friendly and so is the cuemath team . It’s very difficult to find the chat option with a representative, only to find out that they only have a bot on the cuemath app and you keep contacting them for days and no one gets back to you
Cuemath
It is a very nice app and I enjoy doing the math gym and the classes.
Cuemath
Very easy but not in measurement
Fine
It was a bit hard.
Cuemath is so fun!!
I love Cuemath and I even go to classes of Cuemath and if super fun and in Mathgym you don’t even realise that your actually studying! Their other app CueCircle is just as good 😀
Fudge yall
Why the fudge did yall remove math gym I am quitting Cuemath
Amazing 🤩
Using the lessons and this app my grades went from 53.75% to 100% in just a few months . At the start of my CueMath journey my teacher said that she would get rid of my fear of math, and she didn’t just do that she made me look forward to it. She made what used to be terrifying to me my new favourite subject. This app itself is so much fun I absolutely love coming home and playing all the fun games and waiting to see my final score at the end . It has dramatically increased my skill in mental math. The only problem I have with this app is that I can’t play more than once. I highly , highly recommended.
To cuemath
This app is amazing!!!😺😻👍🏻👍🏻👌🏻👌🏻😻😺😻😺
Aarvee
This is honestly an awesome platform and I take class too and I can’t stop doing so much it I rate this a solid 5 star rating
Not the app but the actual service
I signed for this service for about 2 months… I should’ve guessed this was going to be a scam when they demanded I pay for the year… but lesson learned (about the only thing they were able to teach). The tutor was trash… they give “sheets” for students to do, if the student is unable to do it, they show YouTube video, if the child still doesn’t understand it the teacher gives the answer and moves on. The class runs on the clock is if you want to talk to the teacher you have to use the learning time for that. The class automatically closes at 59:59, for a 1hr class so if you are in the middle of a lesson or in the middle discussion with the teacher, good luck. Trying to schedule a PTA conference? Good luck no one not even the “support” staff know how to do that. Trying to get support after the payment is made? 24hr means 7-8 days… 24-48 hrs… after a week still trying to figure out what that translates into in normal people time.
Wish they had more games
It would be better if there were more game options
Compatibility
The app isn’t compatible with my MacBook Pro. It shows devices with OS 11.0 and above are compatible but my OS shows latest updated version of 11.5.1, still it’s not working. Very disappointed
Cuemath is great overall
Hello all this app is actually really good since it also reminds me to do my daily mind workout. This has really boosted my performance in my math calculations. It is simple and it is really nice that they made it so fun and interesting. I really enjoy this app.
Pathetic experience
The sms code does not come it’s shameful
Some stress on kids
This is a good app, but the problem is that they put a timer on you or your kid, which can be really stressing. They have to have time to think about the question and solve the answer without being put under the time limit stress. (This was all in the multiplication section.) Also, can you make the numbers of multiplication up to the numbers that are clicked? You are kinda forced to do, say for example, 17 x 15 when you wanted to do 17 x 12. That would also be a great fix for this app. I also doesn’t sense when you tap the numbers sometimes. Otherwise, this is very good and I totally recommend it for your child.
Questions for babies! Not helpful
We’re with cuemath for 3+ years now. Earlier, we used to get grade appropriate Qs in the app and sometimes a bit harder too! But after this “embellishment”, the Qs are very silly. Eg., A, B, D_?; what comes after 1?; what comes after 3? And I’m talking about fora child in grade 2 going to grade 3 now. And the highlight is that These basic Qs are Repetitive everyday!! What’s the point in attempting such Qs for someone going to grade 3?
So entertaining, and so hard and easy
Very good idea and very interesting
No flexibility, avoid Cuemath!
The reschedule option is very bad. Even when there is understanding between teacher and student/parents, they don't allow rescheduling. Almost forcing ppl to miss the classes and loose out on the progress. They have not learnt from Byjus and Unacademy that edtech is as good as physical learning only if allows the human understanding and interaction. If you want to monetize everything and make students miss out on the learning your downfall is guaranteed.
The maths stone allocation error
Whenever my son does the questions quickly & gets most of the Qns right, he gets only one maths stone, he completes most of the games quickly and correct, but he only gets maths stone a day in Math Gym
Can’t login
So I downloaded this app and when I pick my country it says pick ur country please help
