Find Instructors
The site says to download the app to find instructors near me (I’m traveling), but you just get a blank page.
Like it but has hiccups
I work out everyday using the LiveStream Archives and today I planned on working out on my lunch. Let’s just say the system did not work flawlessly as it has in the past minus a few hiccups now and then. It took nearly 20 minutes for the website to load and even then, I could not log in to work out. Guess I will try later
Great program
I love this program but the Roku app is a non starter. There is always something goofy going on with it. Sometimes content won’t load. Sometimes the app won’t load up at all. Customer support is generally very good, it that’s just a response and has no bearing on the functionality of the app. This is ruining my workout window.
Good idea and content but hard on the eye!
Hi guys, Just wanted to say that the app looks good content-wise but the colours and fonts are painful!! You all need to get a good design guy onto this ASAP. If you update the design I’d give 5 stars!! Thanks!
The app
Ok started on YouTube now we here. Downloaded the app when first released in 2020. It wasn’t fully up and running. Went back to Youtube workouts and they are redirecting me to the app. As I look at all the stuff loaded on it now. It’s legit. Can’t wait to buy the stepper!
Disappointing Experience - App Failed to Deliver
I only downloaded this app out of frustration when the website failed to display any nearby instructors or classes. I hoped that the app would offer a better experience, as it repeatedly prompted me to switch. Unfortunately, it turned out to be quite the opposite. Upon entering the information, the app began its search only to return with a blank page. Even when I specified "Ohio" as the location, it failed to bring up any relevant results. It's so weird to me because the app seemed to have received positive reviews from others, but it fell dramatically short in my case. The app's inability to provide any of the necessary information or search results left me disappointed. I wonder what might have gone wrong with the app over the past years, as it clearly didn't live up to its reputation. I hope the developers address these issues promptly and work towards improving the app's functionality. In its current state, I cannot recommend this app to others seeking instructors or classes. It's important for potential users to be aware of the shortcomings and frustrations I encountered. Perhaps the developers can rectify these issues and regain the app's previous level of quality.
Make step get again!
Phil’s energy is SO contagious! Even on the days you don’t feel like working out, he is going to push you to your limits. Not to mention that he has great musical selections to make the workout go by quickly! Definitely worth it!!!
Xtreme App Needs Work
This app is practically non functional. Phil needs to have this redesigned from the ground up. Every streaming service application should have the following features: 1- local login and access to archived content on the native device. 2 - ability to stream from app directly to TV via Chromecast, Firestick or Roku. 3 - Ability to subscribe via the app and not be redirected to external site. Step up your game Phil! We want to support you.
Didn’t get my purchase product
I have reached out to them regarding my order I didn’t get a email or any reply back plus I even tried to order again and still the same thing I’m not trying to get a refund back just what I paid for I have even waited days for a reply still nothing very disappointed $65 and nothing. I will not trash what he does or tare down what he is building I just want to get my product I payed for.
Very Inspirational
Phil’s workouts are so inspiring. My first time watching was when he had Katie in the front and asked her to give him 3 things. She delivered so well, the support from the class was AWESOME, and at the end of Katie’s workout, I literally cried. She never stopped, never gave up, and didn’t quit!!! She and her positive attitude, paired with Phil’s attention and guidance was SOOO Inspirational, that I’ve bought a step. I LOVE HIS STEP COURSES.
Disappointed
I was really excited to try this, but I purchased the digital download and hit download on my device. I exited out of it after the video played for a few seconds (I wasn’t ready right then to work out) then when I went to watch it a couple mins later it was no longer there. There’s no where to see where I downloaded it, and of course it says there’s no refunds. I’m very disappointed I’m not able to use what I purchased. I emailed the support and am waiting a response.
Singin issues
Having trouble with signing in on my ps4 and on the app. Every time I try to view something it won’t let me and I subscribed to it already.
FUN is INFECTIOUS
Once you start, you just keep going, literally. I learned about Xtreme Fitness on YouTube about two years ago, trying to learn the routines. However, Phil recently uploaded the basic footwork which was a major help!!!! Then I thought just now 8.15.2020 to take the certification class but it’s ALL SOLD OUT. Anyway, this step class is a lot of fun and like I said once you start, you won’t stop. The best part that I like is that people of all sizes are giving it their all, which helps to motivate when you feel like calling it quits. Don’t Stop! Don’t Quit!
TOOOOO MANY GLITCHES
I’ve been using app for a week now. Some days it works ok. The others it take me longer to get it to work than it does to workout. TOO FRUSTRATING!
Excited to start but can’t.
Downloaded the app. Can’t purchase digital content. Not sure what’s going on with the stripe payment situation. Rally love the advertisements for this program. Super sad I can’t access it.
Don’t Stop! DONT Quit
I got the membership months ago but didn’t do anything with it ( i was in my own head still) I made excuses why I couldn’t do it. I would do a of the exercises that I saw on Fb (you know the snippets) and was like yay I did something (NOT) It wasn’t until I became so unhappy with myself and didn’t like what I saw and how I felt, that I began to use what was literally right at my finger tips. I workout twice a week with the mindset of DONT STOP DONT QUIT with the intention of adding a day a couple of weeks! I feel so much better already, I can last longer doing the workouts, and I sleep better too! And not to leave out that the sweat this awesome workout produces bayyybeee I feel good!!! Thank you Phil and your team for the motivation and support I have been praying for! God bless you all

Irritating
Just to make an account for this app has been ridiculous. The verification code was finally sent to my junk mail 3 days later. I go back to attempt to login and, of course, it’s invalid. So, I try to set it back up but can’t because the email is already used 🤦♀️🤦♀️. Used the “forgot my password “ still can’t get in because the account is t verified. I’m not using another email to set this up. How about a safety that of an account is t verified within a week y’all wipe it off so folks can try again or something. App could have been awesome and gotten a better rating but, we’ll never know since I couldn’t even set the account up.
Determined
I just started your workouts my son is getting married in September and I need to loose 50 lbs and I am absolutely confident that doing your videos will get me to my goal. You are so motivating thank you. P.S. I’m making it burn 💪
Paid and received no streaming
Downloaded app. Purchase streaming membership, link emailed to login said “invalid token”. Streaming menu is blank, no where to login. When I tried to email, I received an additional email to cancel I can login to account, link on that email said invalid URL. I went to order video via dvd, the video is 20.00+10.00 shipping- then I received an mail to download video that doesn’t work (why was I charged shipping for a download?) I will be calling my bank tomorrow to cancel payment.
Amazing Program
Phil is an amazing instructor - through his enthusiasm you can tell that he truly believes in what he is doing - and is sharing a gift with the world.
