Nexit Innovative app.
Taking road travelers to another levels. Providing plenty amenities and options along the way and in the cities. Road travelers no longer settle for point A to B directions only. Brilliant ideas gentlemen.

Been using the app for about a month and so far no issues only wish it worked with Apple CarPlay. Hopefully you will add it.
Needs more work.
First use, and what I see is this. Needs to be able to show alternate routes to a destination. Needs to be able to avoid certain things: hightways, tolls etc. Needs CarPlay integreation

This is the reason I’ll continue to use Waze. I can’t be tapping my phone while driving. It’s both dangerous and illegal in California.
Love what they’re doing
I’m using the app more and more. I’m older so I’m in learning mode to maximize the benefits. Really looking forward to city mode as I start to travel a lot this fall.
Error loading businesses
Searches fail. Just installed it, just deleted it. For me it’s useless.

Change map size?
I used Nexit on a trip today for the first time. Just some first impressions: 1. It would be nice to be able to change the zoom on the map. Once I pinch out, it reverts to the too small view in a moment. I can’t see the darn thing! 2. I got to my destination (using Maps) and reopened Nexit, it showed my current location but said that I was outside of the United States. (Trust me, I know that I am not)
Great app
Use this app for navigation on trips. Great to show me where to find hotels I want!
Navigate to where
Tried app just now and I get an “error loading businesses” warning. After that it won’t even locate any places or addresses. Tried deleting and installing it again but no go. Installing on iPhone 15.
Is this app still being developed/improved?
This is an attractive app with a cool interface, but it will remain useless to me in the real world until it is CarPlay compatible. I was told a year or two back that CarPlay compatibility was coming soon. What happened to that? Even more disappointing, I just did a search of the services at an interstate exit near me and found the data to be way out of date. Sorry, but Nexit is starting to seem like “abandonware.”

Carplay
How can I get this to work thru carplay??
Mediocre
Good app but lacks the ability to find an address. Also no satellite view option which I use a lot to show me what the area looks like. This app is only good for taking trips while on the road or shows what restaurants or gas stations nearby. I have a GPS that does the same thing and have more options.

Have used this app for a few years and love how it has changed over the years. I use it now more than ever before.
Electric Car Charging Stations?
Unless I missed a menu or two, there seems to be zero support for finding EV charging stations during navigation.
New features
I downloaded this app a few years ago but man has it been updated with new features! Easy to use and easy to figure out. For sure recommend this app for anyone who travels.
Outdated maps - no developer response
Wanted to like this app but it’s map data is ancient. There’s fast food locations in my area opened for years that don’t show up. Conversely there are places out of business for a long time that still look like they exist in this app. Without current data, this kind of app is useless and I wouldn’t trust it on a road trip. And there isn’t even a way to report corrections.

Sorry. This app is horrible. The voice sounds like a gestapo agent. And when telling you what route to take she says way too much information. Very annoying.

Not reliable
Says there is a Subway not far from my home. That’s been gone for awhile. Totally lost faith in this app.
Love to use
Used this app to visit family recently. Loved that I was able to customize my trip and stop at all my favorite places along the way!

Shows no fas stations or hotels near me. There are many. Also licks up and shuts down.

Well, the app was great starting off & the update has made it even more streamlined and accessible. My go to app for navigating daily driving, checking travel to other cities, and most recently checking the bus schedules and fair has never been easier.
Looks Great-Needs Map Updates
Just downloaded and installed. While it looks good on the outside, it needs some fit and finish to make it shine. Please show vehicle speed and and speed limits. While the development where I live is relatively new, every other map app has updated it, but not Nexit. Gas pricing is a very nice feature. Trip planning, reservations within the app, very well done! Please allow users to report traffic, roadway hazards, police etc. These are just basics that Waze already has. If you want to run with the big dogs you have to play with the same tech. Just a few tweaks to make it an all in one. I tried to like it.....no dark mode? I can’t use this app at night. I’ll wait for a few updates to see what happens.
