Laggy gameplay server super slow
28dec25 5.20pm game kept lagging freezing n player movement laggy n cant even play properly. Can’t have a proper hosting server then stop develop games to create stress to the public ! 13 August 26 6.51pm fking laggy hang n can’t play at all, restart app relog back health decreases so much & was on helicopter, once move , hang again! Fking slow server! Can’t host effectively n efficiently then pls remove this game n not for Esport conference selection! Forever lagging ! 22aug26 5pm, played kept hanging game stuck graphics all see through can’t play at all! If can attach pictures, I can let u all see!

i can find a server that is full of campers and fix the hitbox i aim at the enemies and they wont die this game sucks

I’ve been reporting an issue with my CODM account for almost a week now because my phone number was changed without my authorization. Now, even the Gmail linked to my account has been changed, and I completely lost access to my account. I’ve already contacted customer service multiple times, but I keep getting told to wait. I understand that account recovery may take time, but it’s frustrating to be left waiting when I no longer have access to my own account. I hope this issue can be escalated and properly investigated as soon as possible. I just want to recover my account and have my original information restored.

I’ve been playing Call of Duty Mobile for a long time, but honestly, I’m disappointed. I’ve spent money on the game and still haven’t gotten what I wanted. It feels frustrating to spend so much and get almost nothing in return. The game can be fun, but the spending system makes it less enjoyable, especially for long-time players. I hope they improve the rewards and make it more worth it for players who spend money.

This matchmaking sucks. I keep getting 4v5 games, and I don't understand how anyone can lose 30 matches and only win 5. What's even worse is that about half of those 30 losses were 4v5 games. It's really unfair to players when the outcome is affected by teammates going AFK or leaving the match.

It would be even better if players could have their own avatars or profile pictures. More people might play if there were also an album feature, similar to Mobile Legends, so players could showcase themselves. How can people show off their ranks and achievements if there’s no album where they can post their own pictures? I hope this suggestion helps improve the game.

Trash game
When you download the game, the moment you log in, that ONE single method is permanently binned to your account. Want to change log in method? Want to use another log in method? YOU CANNOT. Why? Apparently CODM could not care less about players, what would have taken minutes of code was left undone for years. Why would anyone continue to support such a game? They make hundreds of millions in revenue, but cannot bother to add such a simple feature. The developers are disgusting to a point where they would comfortably raise prices and expect players to drop hundreds or thousands of dollars onto a game where you cannot even comfortably choose to sign it.

the new updates sucks. we dont expect alot of changes every season because we love the game as it is but the fact that you guys want to change it and dont get it right we suffer for it. we just want a smooth gameplay is that alot to ask for? glitches and freezes here and there. get it together. its season 7 and still same issues every time an update comes.

You can’t even use a garena gift card to get cod points on global and that’s why it sucks. Like can’t you make ONE game and make all the gift cards to that game? I just wasted 20bucks cause of your stupid game and you’re Garena and global. It sucks.

i realise every match im in i always team with people that can barely match my skillset but my opponent team is always higher ranking then me which always ends up in an unfair game of loses which got me to slowly stop playing

Waiting so long to play BR (Rebirth Island)
Been trying to play Battle Royale (Rebirth Island) but however I tried 10 times and 10 times unsuccessful due to long waiting time. Even successful go in play, I will put as only the solo player in the map and sometimes against faced 2 to 3 real players which is disadvantage for me. Please kindly check the issue.

As you can tell, there is a thing called a “slide fatigue” affecting the players slide to get slower and slower. I realized it is way more heavier than before.
