Best All Around
Im new to living in the cold and new to being a mom (i have a 1 yo and a 3 yo). When i got to the north w my babies i tried to use cheep winter clothes and it didnt cut it - not for comfort, wear and tear, growth w my kid and I was always worried about toxins in the clothes. Reima solved all of this, the clothes is comfy, lasts about two seasons, its durable and non toxic. Thanks Reima!

App getting worse
The app is getting worse and worse. So many extra features have been crammed into it that even making a simple purchase has become difficult, let alone finding what you’re actually looking for. The filtering function works sometimes and fails at other times. On top of that, whenever I try to make a payment, the app asks me for my contact details even though I’ve already entered them and they are registered in my account. It really feels like some junior developers got hold of the app update and started adding features without paying enough attention to usability and quality.

Claims 20% discount with your first app purchase. Open the app it’s only 10% and free shipping. Go to checkout and shipping isn’t free. Not worth it!

Very glitchy
Reima products are great, love them and buying them for years. The app on the other hand, is lately so bad.. I forgot why I didn’t buy from Reima in a while.. it’s so glitchy, I tried to pay with PayPal and it’s just not going forward.. can you fix it please?! Was better 2 years ago!
Love Reima and this App!!
We found this awesome kids’ brand thru a friend of ours. Great clothing for anything Colorado throws our way. From swim to camping to ski!! The weather app is also a cool feature, to see how we should dress our kids. Love it!!

Untimely beat
The absolute worst experience registering. After going through all the prompts and creating a profile, I was rewarded with an upbeat tune. I was next to my sleeping 10 month old. My phone was on silent. It took forever to put her back to sleep.

I love Reima’s app! Easy to shop and I get alerts on all of the great gear that will keep my kids warm and comfortable to play outside!
Awful customer service
I’m extremely disappointed with Reima’s customer service. I reached out multiple times regarding an issue with my order, but no one ever responded to my messages. It’s been far longer than any reasonable response time, and my follow-ups were completely ignored. What’s even more frustrating is that Reima seems to filter or not publish negative reviews, I tried leaving honest feedback several times, and it never appeared on their website. That really makes me question their transparency and how much they actually care about their customers’ experiences. I understand delays can happen, but ignoring customers and hiding honest feedback is unacceptable for a brand that claims to stand for quality and trust. This experience was very disappointing and unprofessional.

Great app!
I love shopping with Reima and now it’s nice to be able to use the app to shop too. My favorite part is the wishlist so I can save items for future purchases. It’s also nice to get rewards for my orders!

Looking good but there is some Problems
Application is very good looking , simple and clear . Nice bright colors. Good searching. But I found some problems with finding my shipping address during ordering process. App was not able to find my home address with Apple Pay option. Was information that company doesn’t ship to this location (Gdansk in Poland) but it was not true because app easily found InPost Paczkomat location . And there is lack of sharing button. When I would like to send some product to e.g. my wife.

Impossible to use. All in finish
Can’t even put item to a cart
I downloaded app a long time ago, but never used it. So I updated it to the latest version and wanted to make a purchase and can’t even put item to a cart. Ridiculous. I signed in to my account and it doesn’t work. Deleting the app, waste of time.
Crashing on weather tab
The app is really great - we use it every day! But the latest version keeps crashing when I open the weather tab.
Difficult to complete the purchase
I tried for more than 20 minutes to pay , the site was not working. I downloaded the app and with effort I managed to pay wihh the Apple Pay.

No way to remove unwanted items from the cart, so I can’t check out. Otherwise easy to use.

Can’t login with my google account
The store is great and I really love the choice. The app would be also good if I could login into the app! When I’m tapping “log in with Google” I see the authorization indicating that OAth client has been deleted and providing the following information for the developers: Error 401: deleted_client Request details: flowName=GeneralOAuthFlow Please ask your developers to fix your app next time you release an update!!!!

Bug doesn’t allow to order anything
Adding a product to the cart, says that it was successfully added. But the cart is always empty afterwards. How should I buy anything?
Easy to use
Looks nice, and easy to use both for shopping and checking the weather.
Buggy
Downloaded the app because I was shopping in the browser, and the site suggested the app offered an additional discount. Constant error messages. Couldn’t access size chart, couldn’t edit shopping cart. Went back to browser.

Easy shopping, use and recycling of kidswear in one app
Finding products and shopping is very easy and streamlined. The weather-based clothing recommendations feature is useful on daily basis. Finally, it makes me happy to see that there’s the option to recycle old clothes, although I haven’t tried it out yet. All in all, the whole lifecycle of kidswear is really well thought out in this app 👍🏻
Cannot save Canadian address
Zip code only allow entering number. Even after entering number and fill in all the information, the save button is still disabled
