This really helped me out with pool (:
Looks nice
Looks nice but , big but, the power of the cue is CONTROLED by the game not the player. What do I mean ? Sometimes the stick regardless of how much you pull it back it does not turn red , which means full power hit. Also, the white ball cannot be hit in the lower areas or upper areas or on the side like other games and real life pool. I am removing the game and don’t care for anything to do with it unless these two essential pool playing things are integrated into the game. Can play this game when there are so many pool games choices out there .
Charge use change
You guys should really make it so the player isn’t forced to use charge every game. I don’t need charge every game it should give me a choice before each round or match to activate it if wanted. I do alot of quickfire and I get past the first two rounds no problem but I don’t want to waste gems and be forced to use my charge every round when I only need it for one.

Horrible, visuals suck. It’s annoying how it writes messages For you to the other players like what even is that. And when you choose spin on the cue ball it’s way off !
Break
In you play pool in life not on this game. When you break and sink the 8 ball you win. On here you have to rebreak. I wish that would change
How do we know?
We all tribble balls in the pocket leaving it hanging. Baby tap the the Q ball cost me games, but lost me nothing. This gives me the hankering to play the best on a real 9’ pro table. No English on the balls, or I didn’t know how to. Yeah this is good entertainment. I am always worried about scammers. How do we know.

Reward troubles
I enjoy the game, but constantly having troubles collecting my rewards. It has happened to me at least 5 times in the last three days, and the reward never shows up later, best I can tell.
Don’t watch the ads.
They get you to watch ads to pick up extras. Every time I watch an ad it states that they can’t get my reward and it will be added later. Don’t think I have seen a single reward added yet. Great game otherwise.

If you make a pool game, know the rules. If I have solids and pocket a stripe as long as I hit a solid first it is not a foul

Fun game riddled with predatory advertisements
I don’t mind watching ads for coins and gems, but Modo casino and other ads do not allow you to move back into the game. This is predatory.

Great game, only giving it 4 star coz gems are expensive and have to use them to recharge cue

It’s not fair that if I don’t spend monies on this game, it’ll punish you… like pocket blocking, terrible aim, and seemingly low time due to lag… I won’t ever spend any money on this game… 20 was enough to prove my theory
Constant updates
The game itself is great, although abit annoying that some game mechanics are locked behind paywalls. My main gripe is the constant 2-5min update every time you open the app, happening at least 2 times a day. I didn’t have a issue with this at first, but overtime it got very irritating to the point that sometimes I just close the app and not play. Also, some ads that play after a match, results in the ad not letting you skip after the set time which you then have to completely close the app and reload, resulting in you losing your reward.

It’s like there’s an ad after every game and it is irritating. You gotta wait till the ad is over because you do not want to download that brawl battle game with that little king. It’s horrible. They need to do better.
Nearly Flawless!
But doesn’t hit as hard without being able to change orientation. I have this game on Windows and it’s so good to have that widescreen perspective. Sometimes when I’m drawing the cue stick, I end up triggering that iOS peek mode (I wish they would get rid of that). Ever since the last update, whenever I run the game it always says “FINALIZING UPDATE” and literally takes several minutes to launch. Other than that the game is pretty dope. Great physics, very realistic. Reminds me of the game “Q-Ball: Billiards Master” for the PS2…that was an excellent game, one of the best and it actually helped me get better at pool in real life so it’s awesome that you guys captured that game’s essence. Fix the “Finalizing Update” bug (I shouldn’t have to reinstall!) and I’ll change to 5 stars.

Everything is designed with tickets and coins in mind. Cant just play the game without being bombarded with ads and pop ups, lame

Great game but you can’t X out of the ads when they’re done so you have to close the app every time to play a new game. It’s rather annoying
Customer Service ignores requests for help
I have been playing this game for well over two years now. I have a very high ranking. I recently got a new iPad and tried to log into my account and it’s telling me it does not recognize my email address. This is completely wrong because my email address has always been the same for this game. I’ve asked customer service several times for help in fixing this situation. All I received was an answer saying the game should recognize me! That means nothing to me because this is not a problem on my end. This is a problem on the games end. I feel cheated out of all the money I have spent on this game and I can’t even enjoy it because I can’t access my account and nobody is getting back to me. I’m super frustrated.
Great game
Great game but when the opponent pots the 9 ball in 9 ball pool by mistake it gives the win to the opponent when it should be you who’s the winner not the opponent who potted the ball by mistake.
Best Hybrid pool game
Best of both simulation and arcade mix pool game on the market. Cherry Pop excels at updates to include mostly positive improvements on a consistent basis. Response to user inquiries via ticket submission is handled most efficiently(Thanks Harry!). A can't miss especially as a FREE title! They keep you involved with weekly and weekender(seperate)tournaments. If you find that you like Pool Blitz then you must also try SNOOKER BLITZ equally amazing!

Окей везде сплошные боты…. Но для чего тогда привязка к онлайну? Зачем эти боты выходят из лобби после матча? Нужно быть слепым или недалеким чтоб не понять что все население игры в 99% это боты guest##### и даже те что с именами и даже с фото тоже боты. После проигрыша уровень игры бота падает в разы (чем выше победная серия тем сложнее боты)

I have a problem with my trophies because even if I win it stays at 290 and does not increase its fact 3 days that it does its I do not rise higher than 290 trophies 😡🤬🤬🤬🤬 but very nice game i enjoy it but well the trophies dont grow for me 😤😡🤬
Gem collection
The game is good and enjoyable, but a technical error that I reported numerous times about the free daily gem and chest collection, as been noted by support but failed to fix it as of yet . So at this point the game is no longer playable unless you make purchases.

They set the game up to take your money and never let you win they block your ball from going in just so they can win I hate the game but I love playing it. It gets no stars from me it a terrible game
Good with room to improve!
Game play is smooth and well done , plenty of opponents and the 3 game modes keep you busy when paired with weekly and weekend tournaments. However being able to recycle excess cards for ones you need at a reduced rate or in association with coins / gems or swap them between players is something you should definitely introduce, a non real Money marketplace for players to really show off and actually help as well as compete

Great game but seem to be constantly playing bots,you can tell by the way they move their cue to take their shot

Great, but want more game modes
I have both the app and console version of this game and I really enjoy it. The cue ball physics are super accurate (depends on your cue in the game, though). However, I would LOVE a one-pocket mode. There are almost no pool games out there with one-pocket.
Bot filled waste
Why am I constantly playing against a bot? I play pool to compete. Putting me up against bots, constantly, has ruined this game for me.

Would be 5 stars if there was a way to report players that are clearly cheating - lose to many games to someone auto shooting and the ball is perfectly shot into a pocket at a weird angle - always guest accounts as well. Otherwise the game is incredibly addicting :)

Won’t recover your account
So I play the game for a while was rank high and had over a billion coins but once I wanted to recover my account in an iPhone it won’t work i have save my progress with my Facebook account and still nothing. So if you decide to switch this to an iPhone it might not work at all. This needs to be fixed.
Lost Account
So, played for a long time, spent a couple of bucks on in-app purchases. Actually enjoyed this app. Then they updated it and I couldn’t recover my account. No support, no help. Account just gone with an update. Junk. UPDATE: The team at Cherry Pop connected and got me fixed up. Thanks for the help. Bumped my rating to reflect the fun gameplay and the service.
Hussle!
This was was really great downtime fun for about a week until I realized the “people” I was playing against werent real but thinly veiled fakes. I noticed the same opponents kept popping up but with different names. The “chats” were predictable after a while as were the opponents shots. Such a shame because gameplay-wise it is excellent. Enjoy it for what it is just don’t throw any money at it.
Robots
To begin with I thought this was a great game loved playing but I soon find out they use robots to play. If you play a tournament the same person is on there twice playing against themselves. You cannot add anyone as a friend because they are robots, I am beginning to dislike because of this. I might try playing in the future if I could play real people. Thank you
