It is a must
Keep all my medical notes, records, vaccines info here. Ability to save files and photos very useful. I created a separate ‘user’ for my dog to track all her records. Having all this info at my fingertips is critical when talking to Drs. There is always that question, ‘when did that happen?’ No more guessing. Easy interface. Nothing complicated. Auto backup to the cloud makes me feel confident I will not lose my critical health record.

No customer support. Asked several times for support with lost files no response. Deleted app
Almost perfect
I like the program but it took me a little bit to get to like it. My previous app was My Medical and I couldn’t transfer my data. I figured out an alternative solution. Now that I have my information in the app, it’s growing on me

You are missing a five star review from me because “sharing” is farcical. What I need is a full list of my medications printed out - or at list forwardable in a text format. What I got was a partial screen shot and that is absolutely worthless for me as a Medications list, Surgery list, even Diagnoses. This morning I had to type out lists for a therapy I begin today. It was the straw that broke this camel’s back because in the last year I’ve had two unexpected surgeries and two hospitals other than our local,, which mean new surgeons/new hospitals who wanted my meds. Only one location appreciated the app and did their own typing. What are your future plans? Better and ask for payment, the same, or abandonment as my previous medical app?
This is a fantastic program
I have been using Teddy health for the last two years. It is a great app. I moved over from my medical to this app and it has been great. The support for the app is fantastic. I recommend this to anyone who’s trying to track you and your families medical historyin cases of emergencies
Bye bye Tidy Health
As with many apps this one has gone to the subscription model. Not worth a monthly or annual fee. Update This app WAS free when it started out. Now you have to pay if you want to enter more than one persons records. So to say it’s FREE is misleading. The free part is basically a “trial” version for one person. Also it is cluttered with way to many categories that are so similar it’s hard to decide which one to use. “My Medical” was organized, simple, clean, and easy to use. And yes, we all know you are not associated with that app, but you could have and should have taken a good look at what they were doing and followed a winning model.
Good app, poor calendar function
This would be the top rated app on any phone, if they fixed the calendar function! They currently use tasks, which is very confusing, especially for the elderly!
Abyssable
It it is difficult to get information about how to use this app. On one screen there is a icon for a telephone and a icon for email and an icon for Facebook. None of those buttons work and do NOT do anything. They only icon that works is the chat. It is difficult to use the chat because it’s powered by a bot AI when I was trying to type in letters, it would not take them. It wanted to begin using other words that I was not trying to type.
I really wanted to like it
I tried Tidy Health years ago and liked the premise behind it but found it a bit lacking so decided to give it another try. It still has the same basic issue that it is cumbersome to enter all the data. There needs to be a way of importing data other than as a document. It needs a way of sorting labs by the type of test CBC, PSA, RBC, etc. Tidy may be good for someone with limited health issues as a basic way to carry their information around with them, but if you have any real issues it just doesn’t offer enough flexibility to do much.
Great App
Thank you for giving me the tools to keep all of my medical records organized. It is so nice to be able to go to the Doctor and quickly give them information needed including dates and times of visits, surgeries, medicines, tests and much more. Your support group has always responded in a timely and professional manner. I love this app and recommend it to everyone.
No costumers service
I had been using the free version for a long time until now that is asking to upgrade to use some of the features. I haven’t been able to contact anyone about the error I received when I try to purchase it. I can’t imagine if I try to cancel the subscription. Frustrating

Thankyou for your reply to my previous review back in July. Unfortunately, I still see nothing in Tidy Health that still comes anywhere close to being as good as My Medical and I note that My Medical is still recommending Tidy Health as an alternative which has me wondering why. Personally I find Medical Data Box a much better alternative and more compatible with My Medical even though it can’t yet store documents.
Difficult
Difficult to understand and use. Organization is confusing. I have yet to find a health service. Whose records can be imported. For example I do not get an A1C test daily where do I record that data with dozens of empty daily entries.

With this app I keep all health related docs in one place for me and my family. Customer service is exceptional! Well worth the fee!

Has potential, but buggy
I just paid for a subscription and tried to start entering data. The option to import iPhone contacts doesn’t work; the screen to select a provider type pops up and goes away before you can pick anything. I selected a provider for an office visit but it won’t recognize my selection and the field remains blank. When I click on the Contact Us link from the help menu, I get a blank screen, so I can’t even report the problems. Not helpful!
Exporting
I would be nice to be able to export all fields gather your data in a pile to enter into the app in a more systematic manner. I’m 68 & need a little help recalling information sometimes. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT THAT I CAN’T.😔 I have cancelled my subscription because I can’t export data to a text file to use with other apps I use.

Not transferable from iPad to iPhone
Loaded tons of information into app on my iPad. Tried to create a backup copy to share so I could move the data to my iPhone. App refused to create a backup copy to share. So I made an iCloud backup instead, which the app confirmed was successful. Downloaded the app to my iPhone which is synced with my iPad. Opened the app on my iPhone and attempted to restore from the iCloud backup. Restore failed. Rebooted both devices and tried a second time with no success. Reinstalled the app on the iPad and tried to restore its backup from iCloud. Failed. Worthless app!!!!!
It's good
I like Tidy Health but I am not sure where some of the information is supposed to be. I pick a spot and fill out the record so that I have it. Really appreciate the ability for backing up the file.
Unhappy
Unhappy that I lost all my data after last update. It wouldn’t allow me to restore as before. Zipped file was inaccessible.
Just my experience
Well, what can I say? Just like this app, I have huge amounts of data and no way to quickly and efficiently find what I need. Like so many others, this app was recommended by MyMedical when they passed from existence. 😥 What I’ve found since then is that Tidy Health has tried to be all things to all people, which makes it extremely difficult to actually find what you need when you need it. My answer to my doctor is always “I know that I have that information, but I can’t seem to find it! Sorry.” I could offer numerous examples of how Tidy Health is trying to encompass every single little detail regarding your health history, but we’d be here for days. So, Tidy Health, if you’re reading this, maybe you’ll understand my frustration and allow the user to customize and use the app features that they want stored. Thank you to everyone that took the time to read this and to Tidy Health for allowing me to share my concerns.
Great Improvement!
Just got the update (v6.7) and LOVE the inactive feature for my physicians. They’re all still there for reference, but only the active doctors are at the top of the list. Many thanks!!
Disappointed
I had used the app “My Medical” for many years and I loved it. It was simple and easy. I used it to organize lab tests, vaccinations etc. unfortunately they quit supporting the app and with a new phone came the inability to continue using it. I was encouraged that when they announced the end of the app they also made a recommendation to go to Tidy Health. So I did. I have been so disappointed. It is so complicated and tries to do too much and in the end doesn’t do anything. Something as simple as organizing vaccinations alphabetically cannot be done. It’s just frustrating!
Love the app
I’ve been a Capzule HR app user for so many years now, and I still plan on using it as it’s a wonderful app, for free mind you, but I’m contemplating switching over, only because I cannot integrate with Apple Health. I’ll I love how you can upload your own records from any app on Tidy Health! I’m not a fan of paying a subscription, which is my only setback. I understand the developers have to make money, but every app requires a subscription, it’s out of control now. I need to play around with this some more. I think if more of it were open for free to be able to do more with, only then I could really make my final decision. Either way, it’s an awesome app.
Could be better
I was using My Medical and because they stop updating it they suggest this one but it is well inferior in options, eg. lack Past Medications, Episodes & Injuries, Hospitalizations, etc …

It one of the best health apps
They have everything I need to track for multiple conditions, medications and complex health care. And if they don’t have exactly what you need , you could as them to make it part of the app and there is a high likelihood of them doing it. This app has evolved for the better since I first saw when it can out.
Not reliable
I am unable to enter my next doctor appointment in two weeks. No idea why. Been using this app for years on my iPadPro. All new entries are scrambled. Not in chronological order. Please correct.
Good on many aspect but..
a very good application on several aspects but it does not give me what I was hoping for: a pdf report covering a period that I determine and including all my appointments, consultations, vaccinations, surgeries. In life we have to produce these reports for a third party. Unfortunately I can't do it here. Too bad.
Holding out hope…
I’m still holding out hope that Tidy Health will become as well-rounded and efficient as My Medical was, but for now, I’ll continue the painstaking task of transferring my data over. Yes, I know I can create a document and import it but that doesn’t put the data where I want it - in its respective categories. Also, is there a way to delete files from (for example) Vaccinations? Would also like to be able to add Comments under the same, or at least add a field for which Pharma’s vaccine was administered and the dose, please. Thanks.

Tidy health
Not intuitive at all. This app was recommended by My Medical app when it decided to shut down. Tidy Health isn’t even in the same category as My Medical.
Tidy health
Cannot give 5 stars as I’m still learning how to use it. I think I’ll be learning for a long time to come as improvements come faster than I can learn. So far though, it is everything I could dream of in an app. It would probably warrant six****** it’s that good. One thing missing is a decent glucose logbook. Could also use a decent blood pressure etc. logbook for most common readings.

One star. do you judge my opinion? you promised a French version several months ago. nothing happens, and therefore your application is unusable for a French person. So why would I put more stars?? Why are you offering your application in France? Édit 09/2022 : « i stay tuned », mais toujours pas de version française. Et de la pub en plus.. . 😤 Édit 01/2022 : Je ne l’utilise plus. Trop de termes « technique » anglais sont difficiles à comprendre pour un français, même avec quelques connaissances et beaucoup de persévérance. J’attendrai une version française, si je n’ai pas trouvé une autre application entre temps. En remplacement de feu « My Medical » Cette application peut devenir bien pratique à condition qu’elle soit traduite en français ! Please French translation !! 🙏🏻 I no longer use it. too many English "technical" terms are difficult for a Frenchman to understand, even with some knowledge and a lot of perseverance. I will wait for a French version, if I have not found another application in the meantime.
Great replacement for My Medical App
This is a very good app. To begin with it took some time to absorb the plethora of ways to record your medical information, even for your pet!! I hope it will remain with a free app or a one to purchase access payment. If it became a subscription that would be a deal breaker for me. However. Very impressed with the feedback on my ‘feedback’. If something is do-able it gets added in the updates. Backup available. Looking forward to see what exciting things are added in the coming months.

I reported an issue which was fixed very fast. Great app so far. One thing I see lacking ability to export the records into pdf. This would allow me to keep records and send to family members in pdf format. This feature will get 5 stars from me as my previous app allowed export of records to pdf.
Health information storage
I found this app a couple years ago when a previous health information storage account was closing. I was unable to download all the information that had been saved and I was very frustrated. Tidy Health App stores all your information, medications, doctors, insurance info, labs, and more. You can load pictures or upload any documents that you want to keep handy, and it only stores your info on your device. No chance of someone getting your info. You can also upload backup to other devices. I elected to take the premium version, which allows you to do a little more, and is price is not bad. You can also add family members, as well as pets. I am very happy with this app. I did have a problem of updating between iPad and iPhone, but it was resolved. It is also available on android devices.
US Centric down to its hard coded date format
It takes a special effort to ignore localisation settings for a user's device and impose the entirely illogical US date format.
Excellent App
I have been looking for an app to replace an old app I was using for my records. This is app is excellent. Very organized and easy to use. It is wonderful to have something like this to have all of your medical info at your fingertips. I would like to see in future updates a place to list your blood type, and when exporting to PDF you should be able to have the option to choose any and all information (ie. family hx, providers). Otherwise well worth downloading. Thank you!

I copied a file from an Apple Files folder to TF Documents- the file was copied empty; also, I can not delete it using the edit X button - it is not responding to tap.
