Unable to view info
NO ASSETS WERE FOUND
Please update the app. I'm trying to add the NEHI ETF to my portfolio, and the app says: "no assets were found." There are several ETFs that the app isn't finding. Other than that, the app is great.
Everything disappeared
I used this app for years but after the last update everything in my profile and holdings disappeared.

안녕하세요 더리치 어플 너무 잘쓰고 있습니다. 최근 ‘무엇이든 물어보기’ 검색이 맨 하단에 생긴 이후로 아래로 스크롤이 안될 때가 많습니다(두번에 한번꼴로).. 뒤로 나갔다가 다시 들어와서 스크롤을 내려야되네요 수정 좀 부탁드립니다~~
마이데이터 자산연결이 왜 끝난거죠?
기존에 마데로 자산이 자동 연결되는 방식에서 ocr방식으로 바뀌는 바람에 앱 삭제 했습니다. 왜 마이데이터 자산연결을 포기하신것인지.. 기존에 잘 사용하던 사람으로써 너무 아쉽습니다.

Error in “Annual Total Dividend”
I find no easy way to report an error/problem with the App, other than for a data error feed, so I am using the AppStore in hopes the Dev sees this comment. On an individual Portfolio screen, at the top there is an estimated “Annual Total Dividend” number that does not match up with the sum of 12-mo estimates shown for each asset. As an example, I set up a test portfolio with only one asset, NVDY, 400 shares at $27.87 and see what appears to be a correct estimate on the asset line item $5,688.48 with the yield calculation, but the Annual Total Dividend at the top is substantially higher, $8,510.84. I realize there are different methods for calculating future dividends (FWD and TTM) but regardless of which method is used, the total portfolio dividends for the year at the top should match the sum of all the individual 12-mo estimates within the portfolio.

Great and easy app
Used this app for few years now. It’s easy to use and follow. I take a screen shot of the main page so I can see changes over time from the total assets and dividends. Few issues lately the total yearly divided does not add up correctly (Jan-Dec). Secondly updating assets should automatically change to a numerical keyboard as only numbers would be needed. Thanks for a great app.
Ugh
This is a love hate relationship with this app. Today went to add a new stock to my portfolio and there’s no function to add a new stock anymore. You can edit the ones there already. You can even delete but no way to add a new stock. Tried every approach. Still nada.

Best free stock tracking app
This is the best free dividend and stock tracking app I have found. I have used it for 5 years there are no charges and you can set up multiple portfolios. It shows what the value of each is as well as the dividend income of each portfolio. So if you are aiming to grow your dividend income to a certain amount this is a great tool for tracking your progress.
Suspicious sign-Up process
Why does a basic portfolio management app requires my phone number right away? Also there’s no way to manually add an email address—only automatic OAuth sign-ins. It feels like they are planning to spam me later. I uninstalled it immediately and won’t be using it again. Absurd.
Good app for free
I like that there isn't a limit on how many stocks I can put into a portfolio. Seems like a great app for free. I mainly use it for dividends. Haven't used all the features but it seems to work pretty well.
Not sure this even works
Saw someone’s screen shots on Reddit and it looked like a good app. But it doesn’t seem to work. I get all the way to requesting a texted code but I never get the code. Have tried multiple time with no luck. If the can’t even handle that simple task, what else is wrong?

Terrible Application
From the mixture of languages on different interfaces, to the awkward onboarding experience and security, I regret installing this application. I could not link my financial institution (thankfully!) because I began to worry about my data and security by this unknown company.
Just needs a widget feature
Widget feature that shows both assets allocation and dividends allocation. That would give it a 5 star! Otherwise already an phenomenal app!
Balancing act
Many nice and good features with one exception. If I sell shares I can’t chance the quantity to reflect the removal of those shares. Not an easy way to keep the correct balance of shares.
Localization Challenges
I only want to use the portion of the app that tracks the performance of my stocks. I’m not interested in the advisory or social networking portions of the app, however, the app is now blocked behind the required Consent to use Advisory Services which, while annoying, I can’t tell what that specifically means. If I click into the terms I am met with Korean titles and another click into each policy reveals more documents written only in Korean. I can’t speak or read Korean. The addition of these new policies means I can’t use the app anymore unless I agree to terms I can’t read for a feature I don’t use. Without the ability to understand what I’m signing away an app I used regularly is now inaccessible to me. This isn’t the only localization gap, but this is the first time it’s been a blocker to the bits I want to use. Two further annoyance is most of my mutual funds aren’t available in the app (which I’ve reported into the void) and that there appears no way to sell stock once they’ve been added, would really like the ability to report purchase lots. It’s a good start of an app, but it’s erred on the side of new feature adds vs quality control or complete features. That being said, I really did like what this app provided and see potential for this work in progress. Please featureFlag the advisory features behind an initially optional consent checkmark and let me continue to use the app as I had been doing.
A solid app for specific functions
It’s been very helpful, although mildly inaccurate at times. It’s been a useful tool for investing. Does not do everything for managing a portfolio but is definitely helpful as a free tool. Many thanks to the developer(s)!

Finally a free app
Pretty decent app. UI works well, could be better, but glad this app is free. I tried so many other apps but they wont let you add your full portfolio for free. This works well enough so I can quickly see my dividends without logging into my banking apps.

Great customer service - great app.
I have tried two Dividend Stock apps and this app by far has the best service. When there is an issue, they fix it immediately so your data is correct.
Wouldn’t authenticate
The SMS authorization to install never worked and couldn’t try it out. Tried multiple phone numbers.
Generally Good
One thing that doesn’t work for me is that I can’t track a dividend paying mutual fund. That would be so helpful. Other than that, the APP works pretty well.

Amazing app love the interface and portfolio tracking One major issue is despite langauge in app being set to English some things are still in Chinese.. that makes it very confusing and irritating at times as you have no idea what it says, kindly fix the language to make sure the language you chose is actually displayed throughout entire app

No sms verification
I downloaded this app because of how it displays your info to you. I am trying to add my portfolio to the app but when it ask for sms verification and t does not send a PIN number to my phone. I’ve tried multiple times and nothing works and it seems like others are having the same issue. Would love for the dev team to respond to this issue

Quality app that tracks dividens
Inspiring app. its primary focus is to track dividends related info. Does its job well and i like how its programmed. Recommended. —- Update 2021 A few features were made worse over time 1) celebrity portfolios do not have the pie chart or percentage owned. Put it back in. 2) dividend history is not working.

Okay visuals but doesnt work fully

I can’t seem to find an option that tracks for my dividend reinvestment to show growth over a time span.

우선 좋은 앱 만들고 관리해 주셔서 감사합니다. 잘 사용 중 입니다! 누워서 영상 보다가 더 리치 사용할때 종종 가로 모드로 변합니다. 주로 세로 모드로 사용하는지라 매번 휴대폰 설정으로 바꾸기 보다 앱 자체 설정에서 세로모드 고정 가능하면 더 좋을 것같습니다. 그리고 종목 분류에 miscellaneous (기타)라고 뜨는 종목이 있습니다. 물론 개발자님에게 알리는 방법도 있다고 알고 있는데, 모든 분류 혹은 기타 분류에서라도 사용자가 자신에게 보이게만이라도 원하는 문구로 분류 가능할 수 있었으면 좋겠습니다!

Really good little app.
I’ve been using this app for a couple of months and I’m rating this 4/5. Most dividend/portfolio tracking apps charge a fee of which there currently isn’t any on here. The UI is simple and easy to understand and very intuitive and the team make updates constantly. The only major problem I’ve had with this app as an investor is they do not track stocks not listed in the US and only tracks the values in USD that is the only reason I haven’t rated this app 5 star. It’s been a big gripe for a lot of people investing in other countries and currencies. The recent addition of cash and gold to portfolios and now the addition of Korean stocks shows they are looking to expand outside of US stocks and it it my hope that they continue to update and improve the app in the manner in which they have done. If the developers do end up reading this then please keep up the good work and all the love and best wishes for the New Years!
Dividends show as 0.00%
For a dividend app this has failed me. All my holdings show 0.00% dividend, stocks like Apple, AT&T, Verizon, Coke(KO), MO and more. I’ve seen some examples of great info from this app, but sadly it does not work for me. I’ve got a new iPhone and running the latest iOS, so I don’t see that as the problem, seems to be some bad data.
No UK stocks?!
Great app but because it only has American stocks it doesn’t give you a accurate reflection of your entire portfolio. The fact that they added Korean stocks before British stocks is beyond me because Korean stocks are only available on some platforms whereas Uk stocks are available almost everywhere! Please fix this!
