Awful app experience
Recently opened an account with Luminor and I already regret the decision based on how awful the app experience is. It’s literally lightyears away from LHV. Will basically only keep the card for their insurance, otherwise it’s a pain having to do daily banking with Luminor.

Olin uue App’iga täitsa rahul, aga viimastel päevadel üldse ei tööta. Ikoonile vajutades avaneb valge leht, üleval vasakus nurgas kolm kriipsu, nagu menüü, aga sellele vajutades ei juhtu midagi. Kas mingid uuendused on pooleli?

Kasutades mitmeid teiste pankade mobiiliäppe on luminori oma hulleim mida minu silmad elus näinud on. Kord ta on maas, siis jookseb kokku või hoopis ütleb poole ülekande tegemise ajal, et sul pole kontotki luminori pangas…. kahju, et on nii aga mõelge järgi enne kui sinna panka oma teekonna seate :(

The worst application
Among all banks in Estonia - Luminor application is the worst. Very unstable, often not possible to open or make payments.
Avoid it at all costs until they fix their mobile development
This is one of the worst examples of mobile software development I’ve seen in a while. No smooth transactions between screens, no usability perks like saving entered payment information from the previous screen when you go back to it, forget about it. I really hope this team has a PM or something, to read this review and take measures, which are really needed if you want users to stick, and not convert to LHV or Swedbank. It’s end of 2024 where all banks already found safe alternatives to logging in with 2FA (smart id) every time - use biometrics for the login. This app does not have any of that, you need to manually confirm Smart ID to simply log in. And even for that, they couldn’t implement automatic check if you confirmed your Smart ID or not - you need to manually tap “Confirm”. Again, all banks have it automated for better user experience. You can’t even tap on the transaction from the dashboard, you need to tap “See all transactions” first, and then it would let you tap on a specific transaction to see its details. Also, overall performance is really poor. It’s slow with loading every possible screen that contains any data - main login screen, dashboard, each screen with payments, transaction data etc takes 1-2 seconds to load.
