Excellent Qbank for CSCS
Great questions and explanations. Great user interface. The questions themselves were actually slightly harder than the questions were on my exam, which is a good feature.

CSCS Study Prep
I’m very impressed with this app. Would highly recommend to most people looking to pass their CSCS. I just passed both sections today on my first try. The questions are sometimes more difficult than what you see on the exam, but they are very close.
Wish I could buy
Wish I didn’t need to pay a subscription fee, rather a one time lifetime fee. Like before.
Iconic fail
Icon update with an iconic fail. The question of the day no longer works, it doesn't allow me to submit an answer. My 120 day streak is broken. Updated review: problem is fixed in the app for question of the day, 1 week later. I'm still salty about my 120 day streak being snapped.
TSAC prep
Pocket Prep was a great tool for the preparation of this test. The questions in pocket prep are not exactly word for word what you see on the actual TSAC test, but similar enough to ingrain and reinforce the concepts and your understanding through repetition. I felt comfortable during the TSAC test in large part due to this study tool. Thank you Pocket Prep
Doesn't work
App doesn't work. When I requested a password link to my email it says my email is invalid.
Very informative
I really enjoy this app, I love how it tells me when an answer is right or wrong. $20 a month seems a little high, especially when there are bugs. Every time I submit a quiz it tells me there was an error and to try again. However I have not found another app like this.
E really great but some questions contradict the book
One question asked about the three different planes and instead of using the ubiquitous term “transverse” the question used the word “cornel” - NO WHERE on page 26 is the word “cornel” used to describe transverse. Stop with the “gotcha” questions!

Worthless
Don’t waste your money on ACSM-CEP. Absolutely did not prepare me at all. Waste of time, money, and the money paid to take the certification. Horrible experience.
Overall Good Study App
Overall, the app works well. The issues are small. Specifically for the TSACF, If you flag a question once, it remains that way even if you unflag it and it won’t count towards your correct ones. There are many questions that are either incorrect, have questions with multiple of the same answers within the answer bank, the book references do not align and for some questions, are outdated. But for the most part great product.
ACSM CPT
Really good information on this app in general, just make sure you aren’t memorizing the answers and are memorizing the material.
Best App for Fitness Professionals
In terms of exam prep apps, it doesn’t get better than Pocket Prep. I am currently using it to prepare for my TSAC-F exam next month, and have already passed two prior exams which got me into my professional career using almost exclusively Pocket Prep. Do not hesitate to purchase their paid version. They have a pass guarantee!!!
Irrelevance
Just failed my CSCS exam. Used this app to study for almost 2 month and still failed the second exam. Most of the stuff on this app wasn’t even relevant to what was on the exam. Gets into very general stuff but nothing specific which is necessary to pass the exam. Totally screwed me. I’ll be taking a different route for the retake. Never again will I use this app.
Semi Accurate
The questions are definitely based off of the study material from ACSM resources for the personal trainer, but when I took the ACSM-CPT exam there were a lot more application questions. I wish the app had included a few more application questions especially surrounding chapters 14-16 of the 6th edition of the book. Overall still really helpful though!
Too many mistakes
I added this as an extra study for NASM-CPT. I am coming across a lot of answers or answer explanations that are wrong. It’s a good thing you put the pages of the text book in here for clarification because it clears up the mistake if one actually looks it up and doesn’t take the quiz as being correct. For being charged a membership you need someone to go back and review the answers, explanations or rewrite the question to fit the correct answer.
NSCA CSCS
Great app helped me apply what I learned from the book gave page number references for missed questions. I passed my CSCS with the help of this app do recommend to invest in yourself it will make a difference.
Absolutely fantastic app
This app has been phenomenal for me for the past 3 months. I just passed the NSCA CSCS today. It covers about 85% of the relevant material. The only thing that stop me from giving it 5 stars is that there are no video questions which are on the cscs in large frequency in the second exam. Other than that, this app is fantastic and would recommend it along with other studying resources.
It Works!
I passed my CSCS on the first attempt and I used this for 95% of my learning and study. My readiness report was a 6.8 and I got a 79% on both sections so there’s that too. I highly recommend pocket prep.
Passed my exam!
NSCA-CSCS Pocket Prep is truly the reason I passed my exam. It’s pretty much what taking the exam feels like. Great metric for understanding the wording behind the question. Some of the questions were on my actual exam! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to use in conjunction with reading the textbook to pass your exam.
Better than the practice exams
Really appreciated this app. Enjoy the practice exams over those with the certification package. The explanations were very helpful. Also appreciated the question of the day, quizzes and level up! Uses this for a little under 3 weeks and passes the exam.
ACSM EP-C
This app is a very useful tool. I passed using mainly the all, but i was also taking my college’s review course that prepares you for the exam aswell. The questions are formatted similar to the ones on the exam. I swear I had a question from PP on my exam. I did not buy the Certification Review book from ACSM nor the guidelines book, I believe I would have scored higher with those resources however a pass is a PASS!!
