I had taken a medical loan in 2023, and the final (12th) EMI was paid on 10th April 2025. Despite completing all EMIs and fully repaying the loan, the NOC was not issued on time, which has negatively impacted my CIBIL score. After nearly a year, I noticed this issue and raised multiple requests with the Unofin Lootap customer service team. After more than a month of follow-ups, the NOC was finally shared. However, the loan closure date mentioned in the NOC is 27th March 2026, which is incorrect. I have raised this discrepancy with the support team and provided all supporting documents, including transaction details clearly showing that the last EMI was paid on 10th April 2025. However, I was informed that they are considering the ticket raised date as the closure date, which is not acceptable. Additionally, I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of customer support, as the responses have been inconsistent and unhelpful.

I have a great experience, as my money was incorrectly transferred in one of the Laontap accounts.. and I got refund within few days after great cooperation from gaurav. I would like to thank gaurav and laontap team for answering my calls at any time and helping me out.

Gaurav really went out of the way to help me close my loan. Even at 11 pm in the night he didn’t hesitate to help me with all the processes and shared me the necessary details personally as due to some error the mail was not being forwarded to me. Really appreciate his hard work and need to help their customers at every hour of the day. Thanks a lot Gaurav for your help yeaterday.

I have mailed you guys and i called today waited for 20 min for the customer care to answer as he/she just picked up and cancel the call. Literally how can you people such a big scam ? I have paid my full dues yesterday morning still till now it is not updated. Pls just update that and let me be free from you scammers

Fake and Worst Loan App dont apply loan you will regret sharing your document
applied for a Loan for a medical emergency. The entire process took 2 days for all documents and verification. It has been 2 weeks Loan was approved but the amount has not been disbursed there is no customer support have to drop mail wait for 48hr to get response and then no help all are system generated. Looks like this LoanTrap are just collecting document and might do fraud i am going to take appropriate action as applied loan is showing me as active loan but amount not disbursed yet. please do not go with this loan app
