What people like
- Picture quality is really good

- App drains your battery fast
- Keeps crashing when you open it
- Push notifications simply do not work
- Camera disconnects from Wi-Fi often
Look cam
I don’t like it because it disconnects from the internet very often and goes without recording it also disconnects from the mobile and won’t let me connect again I have to fight a lot to connect again.
Garbage
I keep trying to get in contact with Knowyournanny.com but they will not get back in touch with me in how to reconnect my camera. Worked for two weeks.
Improving
The latest update improves the app greatly. It now allows selecting all files (displaying files only) at one click instead of selecting files one by one for multiple files deletion. Wish the next update would allow shorter alarm interval. Right now, the minimum is 30 seconds and I am missing what happens during that interval. I don’t want to set up as continuous recording because it will be time consuming to go through the files to search for activities. Rather, I want to record alarmed activities until the activity stops. Another wish is that the recording could include a few seconds of activity before the alarm as the alarm is slow to be triggered even when set to high sensitivity. Thanks for reading!
Unreliable but occasionally works
Just as title says, it’s unreliable and doesn’t stay online a lot of the time, but if you can connect it just before you need to record, it will usually hang in there temporarily. However it wont recognize any sd card - it used to record ok but now it doesn’t record unless you manually ask it to record and it’s only saved in the app, no sd card works. Also no one responds to inquiries for assistance.
Bom
Top spy camera
Thanks for the high quality mini-camera. The best brand I have ever owned and I love it so much. Therefore, I recommend it as a brand name for its unique cctv footage and high quality photos.

This app is great but the newly released ads are blocking functionality and are a hassle. Go back to no ads!
Bluetooth issue
The Bluetooth headset is connected to my phone, but when using the Lookcam app, the audio is still coming through the phone’s speaker instead of the headset. That’s frustrating—and how to fix it?

Can’t access album
Every time y’all do an update something is messed up. Tap on album and locks up app
Nice camera
Easy to set up. Need the ability to rotate camera view display in the app. You can flip horizontally or vertically but need ability to rotate +/- 90.
App issue
Go check your alarm picture push, it’s not working anymore and I subscribed for forever, it also doesn’t show complete memory card contents most of the times but why do things like these fail? Strange
OK
OK
Won’t connect
The instructions are unclear and the device doesn’t want to connect.
Needs new update- app closes automatically
Just needs to be updated
App needs work
Loop record doesn’t work. Record on motion doesn’t work. Push notifications on alarm doesn’t work. Since loop record doesn’t work, you have to set yourself reminders to format the SD Card or it just stops recording.
Unable to re-connect device
I need a QR code to set up my camera again. I’m not receiving the particular WiFi signal from the camera to set it up using that option. Thank you
Camera
Camera not canect properly cemera loos wi fi aviry 2 /3 days plz help what to do

Good
PLEASE CAN U ADD THE APP ON APPLE 4k tv box that would be good I get good pic EVEN THREW GLASS. . One thing Also when u change any setting. Say for EXAMPLE from far to close etc . Always go reboot for it to 100% active. YH IAM HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY. Looking forward to the new ones coming. Keep it up
So-so, no support
The camera gives a good picture, but it’s not all that hidden. If you look closely at the device, you will see the camera which made it useless for my needs. They also offer a back up to the cloud to replay the video, but there is no way to cancel any subscription. Not recommended at this time.
Force closing
This cam was good up until that last update now it keep force closing can you please fix this issue
Awful
Camera keeps dropping. Pic is fuzzy and makes it look like things are there when they’re not. Low light doesn’t work at all.
Sad
The new update prevents you from zooming in while recording. Always having issues with the sound transitioning from one camera to another and on the device from the speaker to Bluetooth devices.
Annoyed
Connected at first, then claimed to be offline. And now got it back to say on app that it’s online but keeps loading image but doesn’t show camera feed…
Decent
First / make it so you can use headphones to listen to the sound. Won’t let you do that Second - app works decently
Pretty effective
It connects to the wifi and the quality is pretty good. It’s Day 1 of my use
Can’t remove all of the settings off the screen when tapping it
I can’t turn on and off the volume to listen very slow updating app

Stupid cam
Such a useless gadget only the size is cute. Doesn’t even work properly its video is like a slowmo and also this app deducts 40 dollar just by signing up no any payment plan nothing. Worst
Camera lagging
My camera video delays why is that?
Crashes A lot
The app works pretty good and it saves data like it’s supposed to, however the only complaint that I have is the app crashes way too frequently. When I set the picture quality to 4K the app crashes back to back. The app is only stable when I have my camera settings to 1080p or 2K. A solid 2 stars, lacking 3 because of the frequent crashes.
?
Push on alarm does not work. Please fix it.

Kicked out
Since the update 2 weeks ago I can’t stay in the app for longer than 2 minutes (I’ve timed it) this extremely annoying! PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP!
No push notifications 🙁🙁🙁
Would be perfect if the push notifications worked when there has be motion detected!
Severe Battery Drain
I had severe battery drain after installing this app! DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!
No sound
No sound on video then download it from fils
Good when it works
- Saved files never load - Needs a multiple delete function that works. - Preview function in video screen is needed When the app does work, the quality is quite good!
