Order is late, maybe too early to tell.
On June 10th I made an order for some eye contacts. The standard shipping is 15-20 working days after fulfillment. Today is the 30th. I understand that it’s technically not 15-20 working days considering the weekends. However, I signed up for all their tracking features and I haven’t got ANY feedback, Not even if it’s been stored in a warehouse, or where it’s being shipped FROM. I looked at the reviews before even buying, and I still went through with it. Mainly because when I did my research, this website was one of the top places to get eye contacts. I’ll be writing a second review of a higher rating if it comes in, but until then. Consider this review as somebody who ordered their product and never got it. That is… after it’s officially been over 20 working days. Hope this helps! (Edit: I got the item 2 days later. Everything came out in a great condition, so I couldn’t be more happy.)
It hasn’t come
I placed an order and it still hasn’t came and I’m trying to track it and I don’t have no updates so like am I getting scam I really wanted my eye contacts :(.
Love the app except..
I love everything about the app except for the fact that they removed the category button for viewing the selection of contact lenses. I can no longer view lenses by colour or effect and it makes finding lenses more difficult.
Tracking orders
I dont understand why no information is showing up when I go to view the tracking details. All it says is “Waiting for details”. I also dont understand why uniqso uses a whole other app to track orders instead of its own, ans the app doesnt even work. Its been well over 20 days and Im still waiting for my order, it would be nice to check up on it and see any updates on the tracking but unfortunately I cannot do that.

Great company, not a great app
First of all I want to say I love uniqso as a company. This app however, isn’t great. You can’t read or leave reviews along with a lot of other issues. I’d recommend the website over the app.
Shipping updates are so vague!
I’m aware that its a 15-20 day processing and shipping time, but typically you get to hear from where your package is being processed at to and from. Say a package is shipped from Taiwan- UPDATE where the package is! Example: Taiwan to Tokyo, Tokyo to Florida, Florida to my state…. It’s nerve wracking to not only wait so long, but have no effort on their side to provide me actual updates of its TRACKING. Anyone else having this problem?

Love Uniqso but…
I need to wear prescription contacts and I can’t see any way to change the contacts’ power on the app. I guess I’ll have to stick to the desktop.
Lots to improve
I have been experiencing problems with the app since I installed it, I don’t even know if my lenses are going to arrive. I logged in and it logged me out and then put my address automatically… The postal code is all wrong and again it didn’t let me correct it! I did it on the website but I really love this store and the products and the shipping is amazing. I just think that the app could be better! Hope you fix those problems

Home Screen won’t go past Ad
I open the app and an ad for “sweety Akaten” takes up the whole page, and has no x to hit yo close it. I tried leaving it open for a minute, no luck. I tried restarting my phone, no luck. Uninstalled and reinstalled twice with no luck either. This is really unfortunate, I love Uniqso and shop there all the time, I hoped the app would make it easier. Unfortunately not :/
Some pros, some cons
The eye contacts i get from there are amazing and i bought some just recently that are one their way, but this app could use a lot of work. First off, itd be really nice to see the reviews on each item like in the website, its also pretty laggy and theres also quite a few eye contacts that dont really have enough pictures with them so it makes it hard for me to want to buy them. For some that are missing said pictures itd he nice to see some models wear the eye contacts and such. Thats really all i have left to say, other than all thqat i love uniqso and their eye contacts i just wish you guys would update he app with some new and better features :)
A must have for colored and cosplay lenses
I’ve been wanting to get back into wearing colored and cosplay lenses for a few years now and decided to give UNIQSO a try a few months back. I’m so glad that I did! The lenses are affordable, getting them shipped was super easy and they’re really comfortable! I have a really rich brown iris, so while I was optimistic about the color saturation, I was skeptical that the lenses would be able to show over my irises as I’ve had that issue in the past… Nope! The greens I got are vibrant; the blues I got are turbulent; and the pinks I got are bright and, aside from the hole for the pupil, my irises are invisible! I got the lenses that are approved for a year of wear so that I can wear them periodically throughout the year. The descriptions for each lens has notes in them on if vision will be impaired and you can select powers in the lenses if you do need some vision correction (be careful though because the lenses only have + power starting at +1.00, but no -). I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for new lenses; trying out different colors and effects; or looking at getting into cosplay!
Nope
I ordered contacts off here three months ago and still haven’t got them. And I’ve tried to reach out to the company and no one reached out to me.
No point in app
Great company, love the contacts, but using the app will just send you to the website at every turn so you might as well just use the website. If you’re an affiliate, there’s no way to look at your referrals from the app, or see any points accumulated. On the customer side of things, you also can’t directly check what you ordered in the orders, it just sends you to the shipping confirmation.... on the website. Just use the website, there’s no real point to this app.

Unprofessional.
This is the second time Uniqso has Lost my package, either bc they didn’t write my address or something. Costumer support have been very unprofessional, ignoring me and then sending spam emails of them asking me to review their store. They’ve made NO effort to help or even offer me a refund after days and days of asking. I have proof my address was there, pretty sure y’all just lost my package and won’t refund me. Feels like a scam at this point. Very unsatisfied and disappointed.

Cant even login to my account-
I can’t login to my account since I used my google account, and uhm… it doesn’t give ya the option to login thru any other media accounts. It just asks for a username n password, which I don’t have since I used my google to login :’>

The app itself is okay it’s their customer service that needs work
Their app is full of pop ups of their own promotions so that can get annoying, but other than that it works fine. It’s the company itself that has a problem. I ordered 3 pairs of contacts and for some reason they sent them in 3 separate packages— probably because they’re not all coming from the same place but I digress. When one of the packages—which, at the time I thought would have all of the contacts in it— was marked as delivered, I found that it only contained one pair. There was no invoice label to even suggest it came from any facility. When I contacted the company about this, their response was quite literally “well did you check your mailbox?”. Like yes, I checked my mailbox. How else do you think I found out I’m 2 contacts short of my almost $50 order. We emailed back and forth and they just kept sending me tracking links like that’s going to help me. Come to find out, because they sent them in 3 separate packaging, one was delivered to the same city name BUT in a different state. Thanks for coming to my TED talk 🙄

Super unhappy
It’s been 3 weeks and have gotten no updates on my order, I’ve downloaded the tracking app they recommend on the app, checking through the website and I’ve emailed them, no replies, no updates, NOTHING!! I’m trying not to be too bothersome about it, but I’d like some kind of update on an items I spent over 100$ on, really disappointed with it after not having problems on purchases made over the past few years
