Hey Zooba just wanted to say I love the game but I BOUGHT the newest battle pass and it for some reason said new character with a picture of Stella but since I already BOUGHT Stella the first reward only gave me 1 token for Stella i though I was going to get a new random character which is why I claimed it.

Great game, but needs better level matching
Let me start by saying that I love this game. The animations are really fluent and expressive, all the characters are fun both from gameplay and personality standpoints, and the concept of it all is really cool. There are two main things I’d like to see improved; One is the matchmaking. I’m a high level player and I cannot tell you how many times I’ve been in games with other characters not even past level 10. As nice as it is to have an easy match, it’s not fair on the lower levels and really should be improved for them. The other is to simply reduce the amount of yards you have to run in the ‘Path Of Paws’ events. Either that, or increase the amount of points you get with specific characters back to x4 or x6 like they were before. But apart from those two things, very good game and I would recommend, even if just to see the funny little zoo animals.

Matchmaking nul qui te donne juste envie d’arrêter le jeu plutôt que d’y consacrer du temps..
J’ai rarement vue un matchmaking aussi mal fait… jamais de la vie sa devrai être en fonction des trophées mais plutôt en fonction du niveau du personnage c’est là que ce situe toute la différence entre les joueur par a port au points de vie et au dégâts des attaque sa n’est clairement pas équitable.. tu commence avec un perso tu t’ennuie parce que c’est que des bots et ensuite tu monte un peut en trophée et tu tombe que sur des ennemis qui ont 3/4 voir même 5 niveau de plus que toi et du il n’y a aucune rivalité ont c’est d’avance qui c’est qui va rester en vie !! En gros c’est un jeu où plus tu met d’argent plus t’es fort , t’es pas fort parce que tu sais bien jouer au jeu et que tu as compris les mécaniques.. c’est vraiment dommage car même avec des campeur de buisson etc il pourrais être génial mais le matchmaking est à vomir !!!

The free 3 day VIP trial would’ve really helped me out but every time I click it on it says “in app purchases not allowed” and “Error with purchase” I don’t know how to fix that because I really struggle with Zooba and VIP would’ve helped me out get more coins. Slowly becoming a sloppy cash grab???
I know, I know. You aren’t going to care because you haven’t for the past what? 6 years? But listen. Matchmaking NEEDS to be fixed. I can’t deal with these level 20 tanks one-shotting me every time I play a character that is above 1800 trophies. It’s starting to slowly get annoying because people also keep teaming, making me become 5th every time and I lose trophies for it. It isn’t fair. Also, I think that some legendary items should be nerfed because everyone now has them bc of money, making it impossible to even get to top 10 :/ As a level 16 Nix it’s even impossible to kill a level 8 if they have pheromone essence and etc. Oh, and I’m not done. My last complaint is that you keep removing/nerfing stuff that helps f2p players. I understand why you nerfed jungle shoes but now it’s even harder for us f2p players… But when it comes to p2w players you keep giving them stuff and feeding them more and more and MORE. And I do understand that you need the money and all, but it really affects gameplay and it didn’t use to (as a former p2w player) I do hope that one day you can make matches playable again, but that’ll never happen. (Forgot to mention, I do find this game enjoyable at times but it’s rare because of these issues)

It used to be better
Zooba used to be better. Today I played the game for the first time in a while and they ruined jungle shoes, to get the master title you have to get over 1800 points and the special ability cooldowns have increased so much. Now there’s also a lot more bot lobbies but at least there aren’t any trophy hangers like there used to be.

I LOVE THIS GAME!! Some people complain about the subscriptions but it's super easy to cancel in App Store. Also, the matchmaking is a little.. weird. I was in a star is born match for the rewards and it was a showdown, and I was level 9 Buck and there was a level 20 silver Lizzy. (Of course I died but I still love the game) Also Wildlife Studios please respond to this feedback comment with the matchmaking issues!! Maybe if your level 9 and doing a solo battle or something like that maybe you can battle players that are levels 8-11? Or something similar like that?? Thank you. Also just extra about matchmaking. I was level 9 or 10 with a character and there was a level 15 player. Please I'm begging fix the matchmaking!!
They are money robbers
They charge $10 a week for a subscription. Little kids sign up for this and then Apple is not letting me cancel the subscription. Highway robbery. I put in a claim to get my money back. My son signed up for a free trial and we got charged and then saying that we will be charged again in a week. I keep getting an error when trying to cancel my subscription.

Great game. The match making isn’t good though. Anything over a level 10 and your against level 20s, so your smoked with 1 to 2 shots. Dont upgrade past 10 if you want to have a fair’ish fight !

I know they were trying to balance the game but feels so much slower and tedious with the massive nerf to jungle boots. Genuinely it was one of the reasons the game felt so fast paced and exiting running around the map at high speeds, dodging shots, juking them into oblivion. Now I feel like a grandma 😭😭😭😭. Cela reste un de mes jeux préférés. Cependant c’est bien dommage qu’on peut plus jouer en escouade, même avec un haut niveau à 1800 trophées, on est obligé de jouer seul ou en duo L’évolution est horriblement longue et il faut débourser beaucoup d’argent pour évoluer, c’est bien dommage, ce n’est plus le jeu que j’ai connu.

this game is super fun. but whenever i invite my friend to play , it takes us to different games. and once we leave and return back to menu, it says she’s online ready to play, or she’s battling when she’s offline. we tried everything and it won’t fix. we also think it’s happening to other players also, but please fix this or it would be a bad game for both me and her.
Cool down jungle shoes
Worst update ever, who would actually come up with the idea of putting cooldown on jungle shoes, all right in mind?
Fuzzy glitch
A lot of the time when using fuzzy’s main ability it just doesn’t slide even when the cooldown is over. It is not an internet connection issue since I am sitting right next to my router. This glitch has caused me to lose a lot of games. Also fuzzy’s cooldown to slide is already way too long as well and should be reduced to 6 counts.

Most of the matches are against higher levels! My level was a lvl 10 Jade (the tiger )versus a level 20-21 Romero (Chamelon? Idk what Animal) so yeah the game is kind of annoying with that and the fact that it’s pay to win but the rest is fine I guess
