I love this app bc of prices and free delivery but there is a reason why I gave 4 stars. In recent days all my orders are late and they didint inform me about the problem till I asked from costumer service. Overreal I love the app and buying thing online have never been this easy. Except the orders being late 10/10 app

Very bad technical support when provided me with incomplete order which I could not return back or get the remaining unsent components delivered. 10 days of communication with Birmarket technical support team with no actionable results provided.

Вот создали красивое приложение, но с доставкой все у них страдает. Решили поменять день доставки через три дня в день назначенной изначально доставки. Никто даже не набрал и не сказал, вы вообще дома будете, сможете ли принять. Ничего. Просто за тебя решили. Также размер одного из моих предыдущих заказов был М а фактически товар был на размел L/XL.

Customer service needs improvement
Been trying to contact the representative, who’s responsible for the order that got messed up (my order has been delivered to someone else), for more than a week now. The only response I’ve been getting is “your request is currently being processed”. Texted via WhatsApp line 2 times, called even more, still no updates about the issue. Should’ve applied for a refund and ordered somewhere else. The app is ok-ish.

Нет достаточного описания товаров, характеристики товаров нет. В большинстве невозможно понять высоту, ширину, длину, а также иные характеристики. Проблема с оплатой онлайн. Онлайн оплата не проходит уже более 2 месяцев Проблема с промокодами. Если онлайн оплата не прошла, а при этом был выеден промокод, то промокод в дальнейшем не действует. Хотя по заявлению должен возобновиться после полудня следующего дня. Некоторые специалисты слабо понимают алгоритм работы. Для решения каких любо вопросов необходимо обращаться не 1 раз. В том числе служба доставки, обмена товара. К сожалению альтернатив нет, а исправление идет достаточно медленно. В целом площадка не плохая, хотелось бы корректной работы и просто не связаться по заказу с поддержкой по половине заказов.
