这个app只能开卡，持卡会员没有登陆账户功能。这得花多少冤枉钱，才整这么个烂东西？只能开卡不能登陆？500块给你做一个。

中国区会员体验极差，强烈建议更换管理层
作为付费会员，我对开市客在中国市场的app落后与运营混乱感到震惊。现在的App界面如同10年前的产物，核心功能完全缺失，甚至下单都要跳转小程序。还有线下门店体验也很差，实体店员工基本处于“无人搭理”状态，选品杂乱无章。各方面都说明开市客在中国区的运营极其敷衍，完全不考虑用户体验。毫无诚意，不尊重会员。准备投诉到总部，管理层好自为之吧。

把会员的条形码弄出来，在国外消费很不方便，看看山姆会员店，他有条形码国外使用很方便。 快把条形码弄出来。
还不如老版流畅
强制更新不更新，还无法使用呢？更新了咋用起来这么卡呢？关键是看那个打折或新品有兴趣的点进去再点回去又到开始的地方了，每次看个东西他都跳来跳去的，点进去或二维码加载的老慢了，之前有一次差点付不了款，每次都得重新移，之前是在点的地方的位置上

本来没更新前都好好的，更新之后疯狂闪退，没办法开启程式 这样怎么去买东西！

没见过这么差的app，强制升级之后就不让用了。卖场运营现在也一塌糊涂，全是直播代购的。

更新前有提供條形碼方便在國外結帳，但更新後只有QR code，不能在國外結帳，很麻煩，請加回條碼
