Very fun to play but…quite literally everyone is white?
Adorable game, very cute concept and characters and chibi versions of art pieces (and fun variants thereupon made by less reputable dealers) but: 1) sometimes when you get a Variant, it shows up in your collection as truly identical to the original-to-the-world-of-the-game art piece (though it lets you collect gems as if it looks different from the original) which is weird 2) there is one task that took actual real-life weeks to complete (the Marie Antoinette level 250 one) which didn’t make sense based on the difficulty/time frame of the preceding and succeeding tasks (aka I’m FLYING through every task on the other side of that and have gone to like 12 auctions just this evening, but again the Marie Antoinette task took literal weeks) 3) most pressingly…every single person in the game is white? From the subjects of the paintings to the characters in the mystery to each of the HUNDREDS of museum guests you get each day, every single person in this game is Caucasian. extremely jarring and weird. makes me think the museums I am curating have some weirdly specific bouncers keeping people from seeing the art or something. Feels icky
Good but..
This game was great until I found out how insane the upgrade cost jumps to. For lvl 1 it was like 100k, no big deal but for lvl 2 it was 10 MILLION WHAT?! And it costs 11.99 REAL DOLLARS to buy 1.6 million. I was expecting a gradual increase but to increase your museum to hold only FIVE artifacts and the cost going from 100k to 10million is crazy, I was expecting 1mil but 10?!

I really like this game but none of the other museums are showing up on my screen. Please fix this!!

What about the room
Alright so listen up. The “missions/quests” given by the workers are glitchy and hard. The chess pieces don’t include a rook. And auctions take tooooooooooo long to reopen. I also recommend to have an easier way to get artifacts. I think I speak for everyone when I say EXPLORATION IS WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. You think I want to use 4 million coins just to get a pineapple? BUT the game is great. if you’re a tycoon lover like me you will probably play this one. I defiantly learned about paintings and their history from this game. All in All, a little glitchy, too expensive, and missing parts, but a great game. -signed FinDaDefender
Game was great until newest update - now unbearable
I’m a longtime player of Art Inc, on and off. Like- its whole lifetime, essentially. Sometimes I get distracted by other games but I always came back to it. It was great! I liked it so much that when I got a new device, I didn’t sync my progress but started from the beginning so I could play it over. I spent actual money on IAP, which I never do. HOWEVER. The newest update completely ruined the game. They got rid of many of the features that made the game fun or even playable, until it’s essentially unbearable. You used to be able to buy multipliers with gems or by watching ads - gone. (Those were pretty vital to finishing the events.) You used to be able to earn gems by finishing quests - gone. Now you just earn a minuscule amount of coins that, frankly, isn’t worth it if you’ve spent more than a day playing. You used to get a free lower-level caretaker every 3 hours with the option to watch ads to get 2 more, and a once-daily discount on the higher-level caretakers (30 gems instead of 75) - gone. Now lower-level caretakers cost a gigantic amount of coins (remember those stupidly low new quests rewards I mentioned? It would take over 800 MILLION of those to buy ONE lower-level caretaker). This is a game that already took patience and the understanding that it is very much an idle game- as in, you spend about 30 seconds at a time playing it followed by much longer periods of idleness. Now, I don’t see how it’s even possible to get to the endgame. I can tell you that I regret starting from the beginning on my newest device! Like, I get that they want to focus on Art Inc 2. But that’s no reason to bork your first game, especially when there’s a lot of the new game that hasn’t even been released yet! Some of us are focusing on the first game because we’ve finished what’s been released of Art Inc 2… I only gave it 2 stars because I did get several years of enjoyment out of the game, but in all honesty the current version of the game only merits one. I am begging the developers, please bring back the missing features. At least the multipliers!
Infinite Loading Screen?
This game was pretty decent for a while. Lot of ads and waiting, but I like the art style and charm of it. Is it not playable anymore now that there's a sequel? I just came back to the game after a while and there's a loading screen I don't recognize that lasts at least five minutes- possibly longer. I was going to try the sequel anyways I guess... is this just a ploy to get people to download both games?
Great game but the ad rewards do not work
PLEASE FIX!!! I like this game but the rewards you can get from ads never seem to work it always just says “ad not available, try again later” even tho I wait days before trying again and it just keeps saying it wont work PLEASE FIX!!!!!
Museum of Egypt
Firstly, I really love this game and would give 5 stars. It’s a great way to pass time and play passively. I really enjoy the different museums and trying to get everything 100% completion, but I am currently playing Museum of Egypt and it seems to be bugged because the challenge to unlock Anubis as a caretaker requires me to get the “Tablet of Anubis”; however, I have already unlocked all 8 artifacts that are currently available and the “Tablet of Anubis” does not seem to even be in the game since the other 2 artifact slots are for future updates, so I don’t even know how to get the tablet and when I started the museum of Egypt I had an exploration available that cost like 170 million and there was no way I could do it at the time because I had literally just started the museum, but that exploration doesn’t seem to be showing back up now that I could afford it, so I don’t really know what to do.
Great until…
This was such a great app. I have had it for years. I feel like I actually learned about pieces of art by playing this game. About a year ago I updated the app and have not been able to get into it since. I was waiting for a new release to see if that would fix it since I had spent money on this game and was scared to delete the app and reinstall , so I was super excited to see a new update. Unfortunately I still can’t open it. I have tried multiple times to contact support with no response at all. Loved this game. Just disappointing. Thanks for your time.
Kind of boring…
Cool idea, great art style and graphics, but there aren’t really any achievements or goals to check off. When there are tasks to do, it’s just tapping patrons. Kind of boring. I don’t know why I still have the game downloaded. I think I’m still hoping to have more interesting goals. The events are absolutely boring too. Also it’s almost impossible to spot some of the differences between the real artifact and a fake one. Most of them are so minute, I get lucky when I spot them.
Fix it
It’s fun but like after a bit you don’t get enough money and there isn’t much to do to get that money and eventually gets boring

Newest update Jan 2024 won’t load. I deleted and reinstalled app, but newest update still won’t install to my iPad.

There are news clips that make it seem like there’s more than the first museum but i can’t figure how to progress any further. I finished the first museum in about a week.

Critical bug, no updates
There is a bug which can cause all your caretakers to be busy forever with no recovery. Last update was 2 years ago, so this is pretty much guaranteed never to be fixed.
I love this game but I can’t play it anymore
This game was so fun I would rate it five stars but one I got stuck on the loading screen and it never let me in to the game😭
Potential lost in adds and micro transactions
Fun and respect for time taken into great classics Of art. Watching adds or paying to move forward or cleaning these from bugs grime and Trash non t stop at a point and any forward move needed micro trans is ugly. I would have easily paid 5-10 to just pay this to see the art and fun of it.
Fun game but ended up deleting
This game is fun and I enjoyed playing it. The problem is the prices. It costs 1M coins to upgrade your museum one space? Then it jumps up to 100M coins. The in-app purchases are wild and it takes forever to get money and upgrade. Ended up deleting because it is annoying to have to just go into the game, save up to get another spot but also having to upgrade to get there faster. The game like makes you want to spend actual money which is annoying and ridiculous.

I’m currently in my tweens, and I used to play this LONG time ago. This game is SO addicting and absolutely adorable 🥰 No adds, (unless you choose to watch one) and REALLY relaxing But there something missing from last time… When you leave it would collect money automatically. The auctions
Pls pls pls make the items more easily distinguishable from each other, or give me more time to find the differences. The cooldown is extremely long and the items are impossible to tell the differences sometimes.

I deleted this game a while back and downloaded a month ago and tried to get my past account back but when I tried to login but when I did it didn’t work now I’m stuck and still farming debating wheater to login and lose my 250 million or just stay with the app on my phone

Good game, annoying features
I love this game, been playing on and off for a while. The art style is nice and I don’t mind the slow pace of the game and how expensive things are. I love collecting artifacts and building up the museum. My issue with the game is with offline revenue. Between artifacts getting stolen and now needing to clean your artifacts if you’ve been idle too long (never used to have to do that) you get to collect money from 1-2 artifacts every time you check the game instead of 5-6. Kind of takes away the point of an idle earning game and makes it incredible hard to earn money offline because you simply cannot collect the money earned from your 12hr or 6hr artifact times. I know I can make cleaning faster but I don’t want to have to do it at all, there’s no point and it never used to be in the game. It does bother me to the point I’m gonna delete the game because there’s no point to an idle game with no idle revenue

Bug in side quests
After the last update, side quests for diamonds that appear on the left hand side of the screen come up as a black screen. I can’t collect my reward and have to restart the game to exit out of the side quest window.
Fix your caretaker bug!!!
I keep running into a big where my caretakers are busy even though they aren’t on explorations or have any tasks. This bug’s apparently been around for a while, no matter how many updates the game gets.

Bad game you need to watch adds to unlock bonuses to advance in the game and it crashes every times u want to do something so your boosters reduce and u must do something u’ve just done 1 min before so it’s impossible to play this game

Good…but
I love idle games, they’re almost all that I play. Unfortunately, in a short span of a week, I was able to get every piece of art, including the secret auction. I can’t even expand my museum because it takes so long to get money in the game. It is a good game if you are prone to leaving an idle game alone for a while, but if you play it everyday, you will most likely get it done extremely fast. And of course your art work gets stolen way to often, plus you get no money from items that need cleaning. I waited 8 hrs for one to get to 1 Billion coins, and then went back into the game only for it to need a clean.
Maid Robots are thieves (don’t work)!!!

Very fun but glitches a lot
I like the idea and the cute graphics of the game. But the actual gameplay has a lot of glitches which requires patience (i.e. museum guards are always greyed out because they are “busy”, but they are not on any missions, same quests that are already completed keep popping up again, game stops working while on quests, etc.) If you’re able to fix the glitches, it would make for a very enjoyable experience.

Where’s the art?
Starts kinda fun when you’re going to auctions and buying famous art, but after a couple paintings all you start getting are boring things like animal head statues and chess pieces.

I love the game but some things dont click with me like why too upgrade storage of the mueseum is 100M at the START of the game atleast make it 10M, I also invited friends too the game and im gonna sound silly in a few seconds but I DIDNT GET MY REWARD FOR INVITING FRIENDS TOO THE GAME!!!
