Subscription didn’t work!
It’s likely a scam cause I paid for membership but nothing changed in the app- it was basically the same as the free version. Either it’s a scam or they have a terrible app!
Sucks
I keep getting charged but nothing downloaded and no response to my inquiry and no helpful from Apple. Scam
Sneaky tactics on removing loosers but keep taking screenshots everyday to keep them accountable
Trust the system, it works 50-60% of time untill they take some feedback and fix. Just be careful, they are sneaky on deleting some old losers so keep taking screenshots of all swing-trades what they launch and recommend as their historical results on trade are wrong and sometimes they are sneaky on sharing trades which triggers and hit goals in less than hour and not good notifications coming in which keeps their success results better but they do have many trades which they recommended, trade was live and it disappeared from the open trades which is not good tactic.

I have had this app for sometime now, I have been trying to cancel but could not due to the fact that there is no information regarding cancellation, and they keep deducting money from my credit card. Please I need information on how to cancel.

Suspicious activity or glitch?
I’ve been using this app for almost a year now and its done pretty well. I try to buy at least $400-500 of every Swing alert that comes up. Many are 2-4% gain but dollar cost averaging sometimes gives me a 10% or even higher profit. Some have a turnover in just a couple days others its a few months. Overall I’m beating the general market. I believe the key is to set a Limit order to sell at the recommended sell price and leave it. Don’t sell anything at a loss. Eventually they will go up; any that don't will be less loss than a cumulative of all that are sold with a Stop-Loss so don’t do that. Just be patient and spread your money evenly among as many alerts as you can. Some of the ‘shady’ looking stocks seem to be the ones that go up the most the fastest. ONE MAJOR CONCERN is that there have been a couple of swing alerts that I’ve been holding for a few months (currently down 20%) and then one day a brand new swing alert to buy it comes up. Huh? What about the one I’m still holding and waiting to come up? I keep track of everything on a separate spreadsheet. There is no trace of the prior swing alerts and updates about them anywhere on the app. Is this a glitch or some intentional dishonesty to try to make the performance numbers better? I’ve asked the customer service help portion of the app but just get generic auto responses. It is concerning because I’m trying to decide whether to renew the app for another year. Seems like they should have better customer service for the price of this app.
Confused pricing. I am not sure how it charged me and I still don’t understand pricing.
I was charged by accident and immediately canceled the subscription. Help desk or contact support does not work. No way to reach out to anyone. Alerts seems ok but I am confused with the pricing model. No way to understand
Really good but we need more in-depth analysis
I made a killing in one play, made over 40k on an options play with clvs after I got an alert but lost all of it with an amc alert. I love this app but not for the price. If it was cheaper it probably be widely used but 299 a month!!! Not for me man. Tbh I was lucky with the play I had.
BEST PLATFORM
Simple to use, clear, admin is very helpful and accomodating. This is a complete package of everything about trading from learning, charts, activities and all.
Keeps crashing .. no support .. money is paid
Before making payment for subscription I was able to open and as soon as I paid and restarted to take the subscription shows up, the app is not getting loaded and keep crashing. Sent support message but no response. Not sure how to get refund for my $200 amount
Misleading advertisements, but good product
The only thing free about this app is downloading it. With that said, the prices aren’t unfair. If you’re into day-trading or swing-trading, this app will likely be an asset, and appears to have the potential to make you much more money than you’ll spend on it.

Hi,I am not able to open my stock alerter app from my iPhone.I had no issues before but all of sudden this started.I did delete the app and re-install but it did not help.I have subscriptions too.Please help. Thanks

No good
Don't buy this, save some money. Not really worth.
Nothing beats the number 1
Very easy to use and it gives you a glimpse on where to invest and how to trade. Complete with the technical indicators and it's very user friendly.
Falsely claims 9% gains
When 3 stocks increase 3% each, this is NOT a 9% gain. It is 3%. If you continue to falsely claim these gains, we are prepared to file litigation for these false claims.
Seems they are cheating to look accurate
Their signals are good. Most of them hit target, even if not, most of them not in a loss. But sometimes when stock fell much more than expected, they just remove the signal from their app. So in older signal it didn’t show up. Example : they sent Roku buy signal on August 10. Roku fall well below stop loss. There was an update to hold on the stock and not to panic. Today August 25, There Roku signal is disappeared. It is not in Open signal, closed signal, all signals. No where. It should be there marked as loss. You guys should have kept it even if it fails. You are removing the failed signals to show that you are 100% accurate.

Starter
I am a beginner and my experience is positive. It's easy to use and there's a guide as well so that you can't get lost.
Never signed up
I never signed up for this, yet somehow I was charged by this app not once but TWICE! Wake up in the morning to see 2 charges of $897.99. This is a fraudulent charge and I am disputing it through my credit card company. I won’t be paying for a service I never signed up for.

Their advertising scam
Stock Alerter offered a 7 day free trial. To enact the offer and download the app for the offer, you had to double click for payment. If it was clear that I was going be then charged for a month of service, I wouldn’t have signed up to get the promised 7 days free. To date, I have not received any reimbursement for the $211. Do not download this.

Try to cancel
I have had this for 2 years and are now trying to cancel it and am having no success. This really seems to be a problem. At the end of the subscription it automatically takes your money. I never write reviews but this seems to be necessary. Watch for that
