Best affordable automation app for sellers
I am a Poshmark seller and have been for nearly a decade. I firmly believe that this app helped bring in thousands of dollars in sales to my store and i am so grateful for it! I gained back valuable family time by not having to spend precious time multiple times a day sharing my stuff which nobody has time for. It is so cost effective compared to other apps too! The ONLY thing i wish it had, even if it was a little bit more money a month, are the options to cross-list my items to other platforms and deletion of sold items on other marketplaces. Desperately need this!

This app is awesome. I use it constantly but please can you guys fix it where I doing have to “restore my purchase” every single time I try to do something. Once a week. That’s fine. 4-6 times a day 🤦♀️ come on.
Doesn’t do enough takes too long & barely any follows
This only shares closet and you need to stop the sharing to do the follows and it’s only for like closets. No new follows, like items or anything else. And you need to sit with it open and it only does around 197 a day and takes 5 minutes. Not worth it

Relisting items
Changing the amount of time (60 days) we are able to relist items as new listing is ridiculous, we pay for this service and the it’s taken away, which is one of the reasons I use you platform. If I can’t relist when I want, the e app is useless, sad ‼️
Used to be Great
Initially when I found this app I was exited. I saw an immediate jump in sales that was well worth the price. But for the last few months this app has been a waste of money. With the algorithm change on Posh and this app not sharing my closet it’s been disappointing.
Let users choose what to add to a party
I really enjoy using closet mate, but there is one feature that needs improvement. When sharing items to a party, for example a designer party the app automatically selects items for me. The problem is, I may have dozens of items that would qualify to fit that party, but I’m only able to add the items that app chooses. And often it doesn’t select the correct items to add to the party. Sometimes it might just be one item, though I have two dozen that match the party. It would be much more helpful if the users could choose which items to automatically add to the party. It’s great that closet mate selects items for you, but it would be more helpful if sellers could manually select other items to add that closet mate misses.

Confusing and Slow
The app does automate sharing, but the interface is confusing and doesn’t explain what many of the settings mean. Sharing seems much slower than expected, and it’s hard to tell if everything is working correctly without constantly checking it. I was hoping for a more intuitive experience. That tells the developers exactly what’s frustrating without exaggerating.
Unable to follow those under similar brands
At time of this message for the last week, I have been unable to follow those under similar brands. It keeps saying error message not sure if anybody’s noticed, but maybe check into it.
Un-usable follow feature
Every time I try to use my follow feature, it tells me it unavailable. This has been this way since I first purchased the subscription.
Downgraded
This app used to share really quickly but now it’s slowed down tremendously. What used to take 30 minutes to share now takes hours! What happened?!😕

HORRIBLE!
Zero help from support. App will not send offers. Does not share listings. This is what I get for going for something cheaper. Instant regret and I can’t even get a refund.
Decent but not enough share features
The self share feature is great, I wish it would share more than 100 community posts at a time though, I paid for the premium version and I feel like the features you get don’t justify the price
Meh
It was working really well, but it hasn’t helped me at all for weeks now. I can’t see the whole function of the app. I can’t tell how long the intervals are. You can’t tell I’ve even shared one item.
Half and half
When it works it works… it still has some kinks that need to be fixed and I would like them fixed for a paid service that only gets 50% of the usage.. overall good.

Not sharing all items and fails to re list
Not sure as to what’s going on with this app but for the past few weeks I’ve noticed that it will not share all of my inventory that I’ve selected for it to share. After the sharing session ends , I will see items that were selected to be shared at the bottom , or not in order of what I had selected. Plus , I noticed about three minutes ago that it fails to re list inventory. I was only able to re list about three items before it tells me “error , try again later”. I see it has been three months since this app was last updated , and if things aren’t fixed soon , I might just have to cancel my subscription. 😭

I’ve been using this for a few years and without it i sell almost nothing. My problem is that with iOS 26 background sharing keeps stopping because the app basically closes on minimization. This is the feature i need the most and i need it running all the time. Would appreciate a fix.
Great to sell on
Great platform . Poshmark is legit, above board, and seller friendly on many levels. They take care of people and above all ethical and honorable. They are always are always there to assist and with pleasure. They are friendly. So many way to share your product. Poshmark encourages group effort, working together, sellers helping sellers. Not division. It’s refreshing and I happily pay the $10 a week to promote me. It has made POSHMARK my best selling platform now. Great
Not at all pleased
I used to use this app a long time ago and I just recently signed up and now it doesn’t share my closet no matter what I try and every time I share my community shares I instantly get put into Poshmark jail. I have reached out to the app and had no response would not recommend. THE ENTIRE POINT OF PAYING FOR THIS WAS TO SHARE MY CLOSET AND IT IS NOT DOING IT. 👎
You get what you pay for.
Must keep app open to do its work which is inconvenient and it doesn’t automatically share for you like other apps. No free trial which would have been really useful paid $10 cheaper than other sites but doesn’t do as much and you can’t share items unless the party is happening now so basically like doing it on the Poshmark app just can do it in bulk they def should add an option to set up so you can do all these things even before the party starts and save your selection it’s a good start but definitely needs some updates and more options.

Only first day on but so far, I'm loving it
Has potential, but missed the mark. Don’t waste your money.
The app would be decent. But literally ZERO tasks will perform unless you stay on the screen. Immediate cancel subscription & uninstall! Absolute garbage. I’d rather pay more and not have to babysit my phone while it works. If I wanted to sit and watch the app, I would just perform the tasks myself and not risk getting banned or thrown in posh jail. Waste of money!

Poshmark doesn’t allow so it stops working while you’re still paying
Poshmark has blocked their IP so they can no longer operate as advertised- or at all. No refund issued. Refuses to update their app and explain what has taken place. This app WAS sub par/good for advertising/sharing. I could walk away and do nothing but my closet/store” was still being shared. It no longer functions.
Sudden Issues
The app was working great for me for several months. However, over the past couple of days it suddenly won’t share my closet, saying they can’t connect to their servers and to try again. There is also no way to contact support. I don’t pay $ for garbage service. Do not recommend.
Love it….
And I’ve used them all. I’ve actually closed my tab/app and it still runs. Does all of what I needed to do, including relisting and sharing and sends offers. I do run it from my iPad and my iPhone, but both of them it’s running in the background. So I have no problems using my phone and doing everything I normally do with it running.
Closet missing
I put a help ticket in via email and I guess that’s not good enough so here I am writing a review. My closet is missing and I need a refund since you can’t respond on help items. I deleted the app and reinstalled stating the same my closet is missing. 0 stars! No help at all!
Doesn’t work
The app randomly stopped working. Support doesn’t reply to emails. Unfortunately, not reliable.

This app does not allow me to relist and haven’t I heard back from customer service. So frustrating and I would not recommend it!

Works for Canada but stopped working
Many reviews say that ClosetMate doesn’t work in Canada, I was using this app for 2-3 months without an issue. This past week I’ve been having issues logging in, as in it simply will not. I’ve fought with the app enough and finally deleted it. If it works for you, it’s pretty good.
