Acall Mobile is Acall's smartphone application.
◆ Reserve and use seats
You can reserve a free-address seat in your office.
Check in by scanning the QR code placed in the space.
◆ Meeting room reservation
You can reserve a meeting room, check the current usage status, and narrow down the list of available meeting rooms by specifying the date and time.
When a meeting is scheduled, you can reserve a meeting room from Acall Mobile.
If you link Acall to your calendar, the reservation will be synchronized to your calendar in real-time.
◆ Secure check-in with one-time QR code
QR codes provided for each employee can be used for authentication and unlocking when starting a meeting or entering a room.
QR codes are dynamic one-time codes with an expiration date, so you can be assured of the security.
◆ Various notifications
You can receive notifications from the Acall service.
For example, you can receive notifications from Acall Reception when you have visitors so that you can respond to them even when you are away from your Desktop PC.
You will be notified before the meeting that you are attending, so you don't have to worry about being late for an important meeting.
