Well designed app, too many updates
This is one of the better rental maintenance apps I’ve used as a tenant: straight forward dashboard, clean design, notifications seem timely. The frequency of updates is insane though, nearly weekly and with no noticeable changes. They changed the app to allow landlords to remove features though, which means all my old ticket history is now gone and I can’t confirm for dates or replies. This is crucial for disputes and legal issues (ie “landlord replied on X date saying Y”, “resolution was promised in X days”, “April ticket had no response” etc) so it’s crazy they could remove this feature without providing the data to users first. Now my landlord has wiped the slate clean, as this is the only method they use to communicate about issues, which leaves me the tenant empty-handed. Really poor service in that respect.

Every time I go in to write a ticket, it crashes right as I press submit. Good for making payments and not much else.
Noticeable changes
It’s clearly visible that the staff looking after 155 Rive Boises are doing a good job and the new lobby renovation is quite startling. Thank you
App is handy, be prepared for advertising spam
Like the title says, it’s a handy way to pay your rent and manage stuff. They will spam advertising through support tickets that you can’t disable, can’t avoid, and will send notifications via email, text, and the app. There’s no way to opt out, there’s no way to avoid it. Disgusting business practices.

Payment
Tried to set up online payment using bank account. My bank doesn’t send me the confirmation code to identify my transaction. Tried twice didn’t work.
Nope! No way to export conversations.
This app forces tens to do the work of categorizing and organizing request that should be time spent by the management company. Tenant shouldn’t be required to do this work. That said if you have any issue with your rental agency, you have no way to export the conversations in this app, so you have zero legal recourse, unless you take screenshots of every single conversation. Horrible for tenants and another way business keeps control in the owners. Nope.

Inutilisable
Lors de la rédaction d’un ticket, si votre texte fait plus 4 lignes, vous ne voyez plus les lignes suivantes. Lorsque vous choisissez la catégorie du ticket, si vous mettez un peu trop de temps à choisir, l’application crash. D’ailleurs elle crash pas mal et des fois elle veut juste pas s’ouvrir tout court. Faut vraiment que vous fassiez quelque chose car en l’état c’est inutilisable

What is going on? I've been using this app to pay my bill and now they suddenly erased my account. The Building Stack app doesn't allow me to sign in or recovery my password. It just says that my account doesn't exist and I can't pay my bill

Too Many App Crashes
Every single time that I try to open a new ticket the app crashes when selecting options using the “wheel” dials that the app uses. This has been going on since forever. Also, the form fields always default to lowercase at the start of a sentence. Come on! Feels like they don’t even test the app, let alone use it themselves.
