What people like
- It is completely free to use fully
- Setup is super easy without extra accounts
- Works better than the official Vizio app
What they complain about
- Ads pop up constantly and block controls
- Connection drops randomly while you are using it
- Support never replies when you ask for help
Yes …
It works really well I love this app !!!💯💯💯💯
terrible, just like the rest of these apps
Can't hold buttons down, so you cant skip ahead at a decent pace. You have to skip 10 secs at a time. None of the vizio remote apps, including the official one, have this function, which is pretty important for a remote. What a joke.
Does not work all the time then it doesn’t work you got to uninstall the then reinstall the app

Your App Sucks
Literally couldn’t find my tv even though it was on and then it was like “Press settings on your TV remote” THE WHOLE REASON OF ME DOWNLOADING THE APP IS SO I HAVE A REMOTE! I DONT HAVE A TV REMOTE
this sucks
I read three stars because it’s bad
Daeshon
Love it
Insane ad strategy
Whoever designed the advertisement on this app deserves to be boiled alive. Potato peeled to ribbons. An app where you tap the screen can suddenly have full screen banners appear under your finger. 3 seconds in to the app being opened and a 20 second string of SLOPWARE ADS PLAY on behalf of the most inane and baffling goods or services. This is quite literally the worst app i’ve ever experienced. Literally ever. I commend whatever scheming weasel devised the way this app monetizes itself. Satan has been waiting for his right hand. I hope you join him swiftly.
No help
When there is an issue or question - go to the “Help” tab - then you might as well forget it - you will never receive a reply or Help in any form
A good app but not really.
This app has some good qualities but almost every time I use it, it lets me press a button and disconnects the tv. It then makes me delete the app and redownload it and it’s very stressful.
Works PERFECTLY
It’s has lots of remotes and it works SOOOOOO good but there is just a little delay but not a lot to do anything!
Adds
Adds pop up and cat get rid of the have to close app and restart
Remote
This is the worst tv, on number 2. I got the first that was a Roku ONN tv, motherboard was dead. Mind you, a Christmas present. So now the toward the end of February I accept I’m not getting help. So I just buy the same tv for $108. Instead I get a powered by Vizio, ok, might be better. The remote worked last night, mind you, first night and now remote does not work. Installed this app, I can rewind, but 6 times I have to close the app because of pop ups. I’m going back to LG, what I asked for originally.
Straight up just doesn’t work recently
All of a sudden over the past month this app doesn’t connect to my tv at all. It used to work perfectly but i can’t seem to get a connection now.
I love this app🥹🥹✌️
This app is so easy to use and so useful in my opinion it works better than the regular vizio app at times . This app has never let me down a day in my life
Worse app ever
Worse app ever this app you have to sign up a lot a things etc I hate it so very much
Meh

So easy to set up
I lost my remote and all I had to do to set it up was turn the tv on and enter a code! Free and amazing as well as having great connection and spot on controls WOULD RECOMMEND!!
Bad app
Randomly disconnect so I can’t use it
The bestest !!
I really enjoy this remote!! I can’t lie it really comes in hand !!!
Dang
Hard to use the remote for all the pop ups I was concerned if my phone was safe or not.
Better!
Works much better than the “official” VIZIO app that insists that I set up a WalMart account before the app can be used…and even then it’s a toss up whether or not the remote control app will work.
Bad
I tried turning my volume down but It didn’t work and it kept saying Reconnecting over and over again
Plz read
I love this app but I would make some changes •connection speed is to slow •if I open the app sometimes it will randomly turn on my tv •sometimes it won’t work *I rated this 5 stars so people would see this*
Theres a tv remote interrupting my ads

Me gusta esta app mucho gracias
Inaccessible
Removed my access to use the app because I was on aka “adult websites”😭🙏🥷🥷🥷✌️✌️😭😭😭
Love it!
Unlike some other apps. You don’t have to pay to use the whole app. I like that. AND IT SAVES YOUR TV DATA!? Top notch!
