The app is not working
After updating the app, cannot log in, it only allows to register as a new user, not a returning one
Good, can get better.
The customer service are nice and responsive. The user experience can be enhanced.
Doesn’t work on ios 18.1.1
I suddenly stopped working telling me there is no internet connection. I removed the app and installed it again and now I can’t login with any of the methods.

The new UI is horrible
Before we could open the calendar view and see all available courts at one place, now click need to click every slot to see the courts, which is very annoying and just a huge downgrade. Bring it back
Chat Problems
Time in chat and notifications is not good and with a lot of delay! Please correct it
Courts Owners don’t reply to customers/players
Interesting to see that is not promoting the communications between both sides. I still waiting for court owners to reply to my questions. 🙃
Catastrophically bad
Completely impossible to work out how to book a court. Too many steps to do, then it takes you back to the beginning. Had to call the padel club to book instead! Catastrophically bad user experience!
Excelente app.
Muito completa.
Top
Top notch app
Worst app ever created
Whoever designed this app did a terrible job. It has the worst user experience I’ve ever come across. It’s basically impossible to pay for a booking if you’re not a Portuguese resident
Buy Tars?!
Now you can buy Tars ?! …. Terrible
Fácil de usar
abro a app marco o campo e pronto.
Technical support is great!
I have contacted technical support to solve me an issue. They were fast and effective. Very professional. Congratulations!
Oferta pouco geral
Agora jogamos todas as semanas, e a app ajuda-me a acompanhar o meu progresso e organizar tudo.
Money taking at its best
This app is a major scam. So basically you have to add funds to your account, 50€ min. Then when you book the court, none has online payment available. So, your money is stuck there and you can't take it. Also, if you go to the court where you booked, they charge you a completely different fee. Also, don't expect the customer service to reply you (at least anything useful)
