我们比较注重孩子的思维拓展学习，孩子年龄比较小，喜欢能玩能学的，我们对比了很多家线上学习的机构，最终选择了掌门少儿，这种动画课件的小班课教学非常适合我家小孩，他现在学习越来越感兴趣了，天天吵着来上课，真是让我省了不少心。
劝退，教师不稳定，上着上着班突然就没了！

这是个矫情的app
一开始用安卓机 说是性能差特别卡 我想说可能两千以下的机器不行 后来花了五千多换了个iPad 卡的问题算是解决了 可是又发现回看直播要一边暂停一遍点才能保证老师讲话不会被卡掉 我真心希望这个app维护人员可以把这些问题优化好 不然这上课上的太吃力了 能不能尽快解决 毕竟你们说我硬件不行 我就立马换了 而你们却不考虑下是不是自己优化不到位！

对比了好几家选的掌门，孩子说觉得这边的老师最亲切，互动也比较好玩有趣，老师课后的反馈也很及时，跟着孩子上了几节课我就放他自己学习了。本来担心没人看着他可能效率不高，没想到我用老师发的资料考他，他居然讲得头头是道，语言表达能力好了不少，让我很惊喜
Angry Customer
Upon sign up, the person said it’s a one time fee. Next month the teacher will review with us and whether we want to continue. However, while in the midst of changing teacher midway (due to imcompatibility of the teacher interacting with the children), we were charged on a recurring basis when we havnt finalise the new teacher yet. Still cannot refund me and pending 2 weeks since. Trial lesson was super fun and interactive But actual lesson was whole opposite. We try sticking it through as the in charge said this teacher very patience. Asked for the trial lesson teachers and was told trial lesson teachers are only trial lesson teachers and havnt go up the level to have their class yet??? During sign up, was told it’s a 50min lesson. During change of teacher, they said actually it’s a 30min lesson. End up a recalculation for the number of lessons but with the so many unpleasantness, not even sure if we want to continue with them. Lots of misses ending up a very unpleasant experience
看回放的时候老是卡
我看着看着的时候就突然那个图像不动了，然后说话的声音都没有了，老师讲课都听不见。
售后差，班主任只催续费，毫无作用
看在上课老师的份上才打两星。有事没法上课的时候找班主任请假，不是说休息就是回复超慢，有突发情况的话根本来不及。而且整天打电话发微信说有活动催着续费，等你找她就找不到。还催着发朋友圈，赠课必须两周持续发朋友圈才送。就是加上赠的课学费都90几一节课，总共半小时。不加就上百了。让用户帮着打广告你是给费用了还是让利了？又贵又不负责，上完本期课就卸载，绝不再续了。

最终还是报名了掌门少儿，为孩子的教育也是绞尽脑汁去对比了市面上的机构比如火花思维、豌豆思维都去体验了下，发现还是掌门少儿的课孩子更为喜欢。一开始在选择上着实让我纠结了很久，后面发现让孩子自己去选择的时候，答案就显而易见了，掌门少儿的动画课件做的应该是这几家中比较用心的，难度也适合这个阶段的孩子。

很有用，感受了我家孩子肉眼可见地变化。
我自己身边有朋友在上掌门少儿的课，身边人都在上思维课程，担心自家孩子跟不上，就试着约了一节测评课，老师很亲切，孩子上得特别开心，之后约了火花的课，不过孩子还是更喜欢掌门的课，听孩子的报了掌门。上了一段时间，真的明显感受到了孩子的变化，自信了很多，每次都很积极地当小老师，老父亲甚是欣慰。
课件出问题
不怎么样 上课感觉很吵 课件也经常出问题 不出声音 现在重新删除app 想着再下载一下试试看 结果显示这个app就在手机里 直接可以打开 可桌面看不到 简直跟病毒一样

课程内容还不错，不过还需要改进。今天晚上吃火锅的时候突然想起了自己还有一个网课，气的半死。回家只能继续上课，没想到网络又不好，掌门少儿能不能给力点！

孩子学得很好，但他说能量果为什么不能放在冰箱里，为什么冰箱是个摆件能量果不能拿来炒过，或者和其他东西一起炒或者烤吃发不能加点吗？还有之前孩子认真听课，现在更新不算之前吗？那个小精灵如果能把之前的也算就好啦。
