Update
This is a good app but I swear I want the old update back I thought it was just an update about the bugs or something but omg it looks like messenger or WhatsApp, DONT UPDATE IT
Faulty Face Scan
This app is good don’t get me wrong, it’s the best one out here for people my age to make friends. HOWEVER. The face scan is faulty 🥹 I was trying to verify my face but I wasn’t wearing makeup so I didn’t look exactly like the photos… Come on, you can literally tell that it’s me just without makeup 😭 So now I’m perma banned for being ugly
I mean Ig it cool but genuinely pls do NOT put id or stuff bcz im 16 and obviously i was trying frnd

ID verification
I put in my ID and they verified it then set me back to the sign in screen after I clicked it again it told me an error code
Dope
Like talking to people
Help!
I’m banned please, unban me. I didn’t do anything wrong it was just my pictures? Which nothing was wrong I’m of age , and I don’t post naked pictures or remotely close
the layout is.. interesting
great app, love it so much. My only issue is the new layout is very… interesting, it can get really confusing at times when editing ur profile however. Apart from that it’s a great app
Dope
Ts fire ignore my last review it was completely my fault
Constant cash grabs
Everyone is a secret chat that requires you to pay money for which nobody is going to do. Everyone is saying to text twice because of the amount of secret chats. 3 out of the 5 requests I receive are secrets, I wish I was exaggerating. Just now I’ve gotten three secret chats in a row, and the one chat that wasn’t a secret was some guy posting his blurred out nudes on the app asking for snap. Really Wizz?
glitching
i really miss the old design or format? it worked alot better and this new one feels way too busy and its laggy and glitches very often, still like the app
WHAT IS THIS NEW UPDATE 😭
I would strongly suggest that the Wizz team consider changing the latest update back to the previous version. Since the new update was released, I’ve had many people message me saying how much they dislike it and that they may stop using Wizz altogether because they don’t find the new design as aesthetically pleasing or enjoyable to use. The previous version of the app was much better visually and felt more appealing overall. I genuinely believe that many users would appreciate it if the Wizz team listened to the feedback being given and considered bringing back the old design or making significant improvements to the current update. Wizz team, please take this review and the feedback from your users seriously. Many people are unhappy with this update, and I hope something can be done to improve it.
Awful
I’ve joined this app to see if I could find a gf (as I did for a little moment). But later on, less people have been adding me and didn’t feel so happy about it. And this app has a lot of perverts in it and most of them smoke, vape and drink, as I don’t do that.
Wizzz
It’s easy to find people in my state and lots of easy ways to get matches and chats
Support sucks
Don’t try to get ahold of a real person
I use it from time to time when bored
Its coo
Ban but won’t be appealed
I got banned, tried to change my cover photo but it triggered something and I got perma banned- love the app tho, wish I wasn’t banned.
Why y’all change the ages
Good app I don’t understand why they change the age
Good
Good
It asked for my opinion.
I was truly enjoying my time on this app. I made friends, laughed, and was overall enjoying my experience. But then, they asked if I was enjoying the app. These people clearly don’t understand how user engagement works. If i continue to use your app obviously i enjoy it. This question has single handedly ruined my mood and my experience on this app. I will never be able to use this app again without remembering this trauma that was brought upon me. Please consider your actions moving forward on how you handle your plans to keep user feedback maintained. Bad day to you. P.S. I bagged a fine one P.P.S. Its cool
The real
This app tuff asl I be seeing my ex and everything ts fun for trolling n find the ho3s I love ts
Moderation
This app used to be so good a few years ago before you all started using AI for your moderation. Now you get banned simply from trying to ban your face? That’s absolutely insane to me. Then they switched the age range which really messed up the usage of the app. The downfall of this app needs to be studied, and instead of using AI, use actual people for your moderation.
Got shadow banned
Wizz for some reason has shadow banned me…. My profile is not getting as many views as it used to (in December)…. Pls fix this
Wiz’s
I like that it’s easy to respond to messages
now
unban me now
Great app bad support
I’ve used this app for years however when I last tried to open it I was asked to show proof of ID and after sending multiple types in I would be met with a pop up saying I was accepted but never taken off the verification screen. I then tried to contact support 4 times in the past 2 weeks and have been met with silence
secret chats are a big issue
this app used to be great, make friends and chat whenever. NOW due to what i can only assume is greed, you have to pay for secret chats..? what happened to watching an ad for em? do yall not make enough…? i get many requests and 60-70% of them are secret for whatever reason and it’s people ill never meet. which defeats the entire purpose of YOUR app.
no replies
my account says it’s not restricted but i get no requests or replies and it’s been happening for over a year i don’t know if im shadow banned or something
Good
I meet new friends and new gf
banned my for no reason
DUDE i literally didn’t do anything wrong i even email you guys 4 months ago and yall still haven’t don’t anything .like durrrddes
Good for making new friends
And being pressured into sending nudes. The app itself is a great idea but if you are a girl (my female friends have shown me their DMs and they are disgusting) then guys will swamp you with requests for nudes and other sexual acts. The safety managers (if they exist) do nothing to stop this but if you type in one of the many censored words - this can be anything from nuclear to catfish, both of which have innocent uses, you get banned temporarily. If you insult someone back for being rude you get banned too but they don’t, I got called a spastic and replied with something about the other person being a tw*t - barely a swear - and guess who got banned? However, it is a decent app for making friends and I have met two of my closest friends on here so if you can familiarise yourself with the block button and feel happy censoring your language, then it’s great
Problem
It’s a very good app it’s just everytime I try to put a picture it says I’m restricted guidelines with an inappropriate picture but it’s just a picture of me smiling and I don’t like that very much I think Wizz needs to check that because there gonna get bad reviews if they don’t fix that.
New update is gross
it’s a good app, but I hate this new update, it’s gross, it looks so weird and I only ever have my phone on dark mode, but now wizz is bright? Please fix this.
Can I get unbanned
I got banned on thr photo verification it only gave me chance and I got banned
Wizz
Permanently banned me for no reason
7/10
Its good
Ban
Just redownloaded the app and ended up banned don’t even know why just says inappropriate behaviour
cool app but there’s a bug
everyone i message never replies, my guess is that my message requests don’t go through, especially because it says they’ve seen my message but no reply
Give me girls
1000
look at it
my age is wrong , it says i am 26 , im 18
account issue!!
there need to add a contact number!! because getting through a bot don’t help much!! i’m a loyal wizz user and i mistake a information got banned now i can’t sign in so please get this fixed and get the app active and better. and find a better way because if it send a link delete data you do it then it say ok the answer im like this is pointless process do better wizz. if you want to be good app. sorry but im a loyal wizz user got banned so i want to get unbanned and be active again. look after yourself people. 🫶
Wizz is not good
It’s not a good place to meet friends. The guys are weird, everyone eventually go ghost on you from the app. They send bulks messages most of the time , meaning they didn’t text you for real. When you block them, they end up texting you again and Wizz block out some of things in messages, but they don’t block out when a guy call you out your name or just rude text
notifications
Okay so overall this app is good, it’s fun & an easy way to make friends. BUT. the notifications. The “someone is viewing your profile”, “someone sent you a message come back to see what’s in it” & the “1 unread message” notifications are genuinely so irritating 😭 no one looks at those & they’re definitely not needed. the only notification we should get is if anyone we are actively talking to, is texting us.
Money
make an option in shop for $1 for like 50 coins or something. you’d make more money
Discrimination and harassment
I was told by a friend to download and try this app, so I created an account. Then I get notices from the app and developers stating it's not intended on older people (over 30) this app should be shut down for discrimination. Like people in their 30's don't like making friends too?
So g
It’s good but I got reported one time for spam which I didn’t do and it got restricted so they need to actually be checking I hate when being are petty haha so a better reviewing system would be nice
secret chats
stop doing that with every chat its so annoying im tryna pull yfm
Banned
I used to have a account and I enjoyed myself ,but I was logged out .Had to start a new account to get banned later for uploading a picture of me . I was in a cave turned around ,now I’m banned for life and can’t get back on… ruined my day.☹️
