Sometimes hard to connect
First a gave the app only one star. But after an e-mail the organisation responded correctly. After making a new account it worked. Only, strangely enough, with the same creditcard but an other email adres. Now I have three account on different mail addresses so it can’t go wrong anymore 🤣

So langsam geht’s wirklich zu weit. Eine 16-stelliges sprengt mittlerweile jeden Rahmen. Das mit ständiger cybersecurity zu begründen ist lachhaft.

Gute App mit Potential
Die App ist übersichtlich gestaltet und funktioniert einwandfrei. Was ich mir wünschen würde, wäre eine Benachrichtigung falls ein Ladesäule die ich als Favorit eingetragen habe, wieder zur Verfügung steht. Im Moment muss man sie immer öffnen und schauen, ob die Ladesäule frei ist.
Potential für Verbesserung
Hinterlegter Vertrag schon mehrmals „verloren“ gegangen - man steht an der Ladesäule und kann ohne Vertragsnummer nichts machen. Ladevorgang muss in der App nochmal extra beendet werden. Oftmals Fehler „Keine Internetverbindung, obwohl das Handy 5G hat und andere Apps funktionieren. Teilweise lange Wartezeiten bei der Erkennung der eingescannten Ladepunktnummer. Schade, ansonsten gutes Grundkonzept.
QR Scanner not working, closing loading bumpy
Hi. the app works ok to good overall. Two bugs to report, first one is new for few weeks. Current issue is, the QR code scanning does not work. It worked before. There’s a message to “no results found, try again”. Entering the charger No. manually does work. Deleting and re-installing the app didn’t help. Other issue: the app stuck in charging mode and crashes when re-using, after the charging was closed on the car only (stop charging, unplug, not ending charging through the app). Thx

Update: mit den letzten Updates funktioniert die App wieder wie sie soll. Ladehistorie für benutzerdefinierte Zeiträume werden nicht geladen.
Very unreliable
Hit or miss connection which is extremely frustrating. Service backup never seems to be available or an underwhelming solution offered. App reinstallation is very time-consuming. Still no resolution… DO NOT USE THIS APP/PROVIDER!

Sich immer wieder mit mail und Passwort einloggen zu müssen nervt und ist unprofessionell! Sonnige Grüße T. Wegner
Anzeige Ladevorgang
Obwohl der Ladevorgang läuft sag die App häufig er sei pausiert. Das ist lästig und verunsichernd. Wäre schön wenn das repariert werden könnte.
Scannen funktioniert nicht mehr
Leider funktioniert seit dem letzten Update das Scannen der QR-Codes an den Ladesäulen nicht mehr und man muss die Ladepunkte manuell eingeben. Bei meiner Frau ist das Problem ebenfalls aufgetreten. Das ist sehr nervig. Bitte schnell mit dem nächsten Update abstellen.

Habe die App seit kurzem erst und kann aber nur sagen, es funktioniert alles einwandfrei. Toll und einfach gemacht. Weiter so….👌🏻☺️
Can not collect to private charging
Can anyone help to start using this app for private charging for my private e box ?
Sehr gut aber mit Macken.
Die App ist sehr gut aber nicht perfekt. Mir sind 2 Fehler aufgefallen. 1. In der App habe ich meine Kreditkarte hinterlegt. Wenn ich mit der Kreditkarte bezahlen möchte, muss ich die Kreditkartendaten trotzdem erneut eingeben. 2. bei der Anmeldung am PayPal-Konto muss ich mich für das Feld „Mailadresse“ und für das Feld „Passwort“ zweimal in der Passwort-App authentifizieren. Es ist Zeitraubend, vor allem wenn es regnet. Das Design ist gut. Man findet sich schnell zurecht.
Probleme beim Einlösen des Rabattcodes
Leider bin ich mit der eCharge+ App nicht zufrieden. Ich habe einen gültigen Rabattcode für das Laden, kann ihn an der Ladesäule in Dingolfing ( BMW Werk 2.2 Parkhaus) jedoch nicht einlösen. Stattdessen erscheint jedes Mal die Fehlermeldung: „Ein unbekannter Fehler ist aufgetreten. Bitte versuche es erneut.“ Dadurch kann ich den Rabatt nicht nutzen, obwohl der Code gültig ist. Ich hoffe, dass dieses Problem schnell behoben wird, da die App so ihren Zweck für mich nicht erfüllt.

Seit dem letzten Update funktioniert der Ladesäulen Code nicht mehr mit der APP. Ladevorgänge können nur mit der Karte gestartet werden Update: Auch mit der aktuellen Version funktioniert der Code Leser nicht Version 2.4.6 08.06.26

Dreadful - frozen on Home Screen
Pathetic app. Downloaded multiple times and still can’t get past the opening screen.
QR-Scanner
Bisher lief die App einwandfrei. Jedoch seit 2 Tagen geht die QR Scan Funktion nicht mehr, was wirklich ärgerlich ist. Dabei ist mir das Support Portal auffallen, dass nur über den App Store und nicht über die App selbst. Bei lief das Nur auf Englisch und der Chat-Bot dort wusste mit dem Begriff QR-Scanner nichts anzufangen.
Eher schlecht
Vermisse eine Autofill Funktion für das Passwort zur App aus dem Iphone. Der Menuepunkt zur Änderung der Email wird in der App auch nicht angezeigt.
Umständlich
Seit letzter Zeit kann man nicht mehr mit dem Handy den QR Code scannen und muß stattdessen immer von Hand die Ladestationsnummer eingeben was sehr umständlich ist. Am Handy liegt es nicht. Mit anderen QR Code geht es.
En amélioration!

BD-0264-1 funktioniert nicht mit der APP, Ladevorgang wurde gleich abgebrochen. Mastercard und Visa oder PayPal scheint die Ladestation nicht zu akzeptieren. Ladevorgänge konnten nicht gestartet werden.
Unzuverlässig
Ihr müsst hier leider wirklich noch mal technisch nachlegen. Ich bin mir ziemlich sicher, dass die meisten Probleme beim Laden ein Software und kein Hardware Problem sind. Ich hab den Eindruck, dass die Anzeige was gerade aktuell passiert super unzuverlässig ist. In Wahrheit lädt er, aber dann wird trotzdem noch Ladevorgang wird vorbereitet angezeigt usw.

Our workplace has moved over to these chargers and App. It is honestly the worst, most glitchy EV app I have used. Errors galore. Every time I use it it tells me I have a charge in progress and I have to click random buttons to make it go away and start charging. Linking to PayPal is an app option but it doesn’t actually work. I’m now getting a constant message saying there’s an error in taking my card payment so I can’t start a charge, even though my saved card was working last week, there’s no phone numbers on the chargers to contact when things go wrong… so I had to find someone at work who deals with the chargers. When he called the company I was told to delete my card from the App and put it in as a new payment method again as it’s a known fault. Haven’t tried that yet as I don’t have my card with me. And don’t get me started that they hold £50 on your card whilst you charge and then don’t return it until the next day…that’s extortion.
App läuft fast
Beim Laden wurde zwar angezeigt das was passiert jedoch hatte ich mehrfach Unterbrechungen in der App. Vielleicht war sich die Säule defekt. Hab dann abgebrochen. Ein paar mehr Infos in der Ladeapp wären schön. Paypal geht.

Bisher wurde bei der ladehistorie immer eine Summe der gefilterten Einzellademengen gebildet. Jetzt nicht mehr 👎bis zur Änderung hätte ich 5 ⭐️ gegeben Problem gelöst ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Easy to set up, but doesn’t seem to work
Tried this app with a charger in Dorset. Creating an account is easy. But a lot of the rest of it is lacking. The app kept crashing when imputing credit card details. There’s no auto fill functionality. The app itself doesn’t seem to work with the charger I was using. So I was charged £150 making 3 attempts then had to give up before my card was maxed out and I could pay for a charge elsewhere.
Verwirrend; habe ich jetzt 85,-€ verloren?
Sehr unübersichtlich für Anfänger, die mal eben mit Paypal ausprobieren wollen: erster Ladegang hat nicht funktioniert (muss nicht an der App liegen), aber scheinbar werden mir 85,-€ abgebucht? Wenn der 2. funktionierende Ladevorgang beendet ist: habe ich dann ein Guthaben (und wenn ja: wo?) oder muss ich ein 3. Mal bezahlen?

Best wel nuttig, maar de instellingen zijn niet te veranderen, ik krijg de rekening in het Frans, geen idee waarom. De instellingen zijn Nederlands en de teksten soms Duits. De afboekingen zijn correct. De app is nuttig aan laadpalen die geen andere mogelijkheid hebben om te laden.
