Intrusive Ads
The ads at the bottom of the screen block the puzzle pieces. Bad UI design. 50% of the Game that involves puzzle solving is completely unplayable.

This game can be really fun and addicting, until you realize that they make it IMPOSSIBLE to progress past 2,000 points. I don’t understand why developers would do this; it doesn’t motivate anybody to want to play, and eventually, people will get bored and delete the game!
Challenging without stress
I enjoy the two different parts of this game. The first is the gem puzzle, where you slide blocks horizontally to fill in the spaces. The second part is the jigsaw puzzles that you gain while doing the blocks. I do several sessions of blocks to gain several jigsaw puzzle panels so I to the jigsaw puzzle. The only downside to the game is the jigsaw puzzle's background color: it's black. Some of the puzzles have dark pieces, so it's hard to see their edges and any spaces. I just finished one that had a lot of black in the picture. By the time I finished, my eyes hurt from straining to see the edges of the pieces and the blank spaces. We either need an option to change the background color for the jigsaw puzzle, or puzzles that have many dark or black pieces need to open with a contrasting background. Until that happens, this game I really enjoy will stay at a rating of three stars. If I keep getting puzzles with lots of black pieces, I may drop the rating even more. Please consider changing the background color to a contrasting color when the pieces are extremely dark or black.

Dropdom changes
This game used to be a challenge, now it’s cheating. I could’ve continued a game for days, now, I can’t fly for three hours without restarting the game at least six times. Love the puzzles, but the drop game is a CHEAT!! My 2¢
Repetitive play
The blocks settings are always the same. It never changes. It’s muscle memory on how to start it now because it’s been done. I want to enjoy it but like change it up or something. And why your first couple plays you score sky high n all a sudden your not get past 100 for the rest of the games. That’s strange. Creator needs to do better
Keeps My Brain on Its Toes
Really satisfying but definitely challenging! It gets harder over time—maybe that’s just my concentration slipping. Thank you for the great time!
App issues with newest update
The new update is causing the app to not even open. App does not work and won’t even open or load up.

No variety in the drop
I have been playing this game for months. I thought the algorithm would’ve been updated by now to have the blocks that drop be randomized for the player. It’s exactly the same. I play knowing how the blocks are going to fall, but I would enjoy it more if it was randomized every time I play. When that happens and it’s unpredictable I will rate the game higher. The other option would be to give more than one chance to score or give us a way to knock out a block or row. It’s still relaxing so I keep playing, but it is annoying.

This game would be better if you didn’t have to watch ads between every level.

Like the game But…..
I like the game But as soon as I got 3350 in score it won’t let me do the puzzles any more over 8hrs trying. Please fix or I’m uninstalling

I’ve been playing for a little over a week. I enjoyed it at first but now every time I start the game it gives me the exact same first and second row. Every round starts the exact same and I find it extremely annoying, I want something new! The adds weren’t too excessive but I still found them annoying, why watch an add to keep playing if you’ll show me one either way?

Something changed
This used to be one of my go to games but I quit playing because somewhere along the way they changed it. I used to be able to get some really nice scores. Now I can work myself to death and not even score 1000 points. Also the starting board is always the same now. No challenge. I deleted it and reloaded it thinking there might be a newer version that works better. Nope. Same bad (changed) version only now I lost all my high scores in the 200,000s. Deleting for good now.

Stuck in repeat mode
Was a fun game but now almost all the games start with the same block sequence and the puzzles are repeating the same pictures.

Genuinely this app brings me so much joy! My current screen time this week for this app is 10 hours!!!! I love this game!!! The puzzles and the dropdom. It brings me peace and happiness. I will be in the middle of talking to people and I’ll just have to start playing because I’m going through withdrawals.
The new algorithm has ruined this game!
As others have said, now the start of the game is always the same setup whereas before it was varied which was so much better. Also, now the game just makes moves that make it next to impossible to get very far at all. It definitely changed drastically. I was well over 4,000 as high score, averaging around 3k+ per game. Now you can barely break 1k, even counting watching the ad for the "second chance" - no longer fun, relaxing nor enjoyable. Deleting. (Which is sad because this used to be my go-to game...) Ba-bye!! 🥺👋🏻 😔

I enjoy this game but where have the high scores gone. My highest is 76 thousand +. I can only get several thousand lately despite good play. Shame as cannot beat high scores so nothing to aim for.

Great game until the puzzles keep repeating

Personally, I LOVE jigsaw puzzles. I’m talking 1000+ piece puzzles in my past time. But, the jigsaw aspect isn’t the issue. I started playing this game over 3 years ago, and since the jigsaw update the gameplay has gotten significantly harder to play without using ads when you game over. Before the update I would play for over an hour on the same game and maybe using one ad to extend. I’d close the app and return and rack up points (which was also much more per crush), and got to a high score of 145,445. Before I easily could get to 10k before needing to extend. Now I can barely pass 1,500 without game over bc of the overwhelming 3-4 length blocks that drop once you get to 800-1k points. For the jigsaw aspect this isn’t really an issue since you can get 7 puzzles pieces for less than 1k points. I loved playing this game to zone out or take my mind of things, which was largely due to the adrenaline I got trying to get a high school.
A game that brought my dad and I a lot of happiness
My dad passed away 3 months ago from leukemia and bleeding in his brain, and I just remembered how much we played this game together. Every time we were bored and were together I’d ask if we could play “blocks” and he’d smile and hand me his phone. We took turns sliding the blocks around. We spent weeks trying to get to 1,000,000 points but at 970,000, I messed up and lost the game. Even though I messed up, we brushed it off and continued. One of his messages to me I still have is him sending a screenshot of the game while he was on a flight saying “ Playing this on the plane, missing you ❤️”. He was at 200,000 points when he sent that. Anyway I want to thank the creators for making this game. It’s very simple yet enjoyable. It’s made great memories of my dad and I, and now I find myself downloading it on my phone so I can play again (with him in my heart of course) Thank you for keeping my dad’s mind sharp up until the end.

Every puzzle starts the exact same way so I’ve started memorizing how to do it. And I’m only on level 13. Buh bye.

I love this game, it’s very addictive. It’s not five stars as the scoring keeps switching from high to low which is very annoying

Every time I play and the game ends I have to wait 30s by watching an ad before I can play again. Very annoying so I uninstalled it.
Used to love this
This game used to be so fun. I enjoyed playing… sometimes I lost, other times I did okay. Now, it is almost impossible to get anywhere. I enjoy the jigsaw addition, but it’s just not fun anymore.
Fun game
Please don’t overdo the commercials in this game. This game is so much fun. The last time I played a game like this it just became overwhelming and you couldn’t make a move without a commercial. I found that all of my time was being spent waiting for the commercials to end. This game has my full attention as long as they keep it reasonable. It’s a lot of fun.

Edit: I thought it was just me, but I came back to read other reviews, and it’s not. For the past year, I’ve been off and on with this game because I can’t score enough points to do anything. They’ve obviously changed something about the scoring, so it’s extremely hard to even get 1,00 points, now. My high score is 896,452, but now I struggle to get 800 points on one round. They also have become super stingy with the puzzle pieces you need. I notice you don’t even get one unless you get over 1,000 points, which is rare. I can play 30 rounds before even getting close to that. So you’re stuck either playing over and over and over or you have to watch an ad to do the puzzles. In my previous review, I said all these ads were an issue. Seems like they’re pushing ads even more, to the point you can’t even play the game like before. So, I changed my rating from a 4 to a 1. What good is this game if you can’t play it as it was intended and must watch a bunch of ads to do anything? So sad when games change up like this. Can’t play offline, anymore, either. Like I said, if you need more revenue, let people pay to remove ads. Now, honestly, the game isn’t fun, anymore. I love this game. I’ve been playing it since before they added the jigsaw puzzle feature, which I absolutely love. It gives you more of a reason to keep those matches going and collecting the puzzle pieces to see what new beautifully drawn/painted puzzle will come next. It’s also a nice surprise to see your puzzle animate after you finish. My only pet peeve is, why isn’t there a way to remove ads? I wouldn’t mind paying a couple dollars to do so. This game doesn’t bombard you with ads, and the ads are normally short, which is rare, but, sometimes, I’d like to just not see ads. Maybe a $5-$10 permanent option or $2-$3 monthly, I wouldn’t mind paying. I wouldn’t even mind if both options left the ads at the bottom of the screen. I just hate when ads pop up.

Over time it became bad. It’s no longer fun to play. My high score was 140,000 but now I can’t even reach 3000. Weird
Money hungry
The game itself and the puzzles are really fun but there are a couple issues. At some point it won't let you make a move so you can continue the game, and you inevitably end up losing. They obviously do this so I have to watch an ad after the game ends. They play ads at every chance they get, like whenever you press a button. Just let me play the game. I don't really care about the ads but I do care about the fact that at some point it's impossible to make a move and then the game has to end.

Used to be great!
This game used to be great before they added the puzzle pieces and the jigsaw puzzles. I’m not playing Dropdom because I want to do a jigsaw puzzle. Also, since that update the levels have stopped being fun. They used to send the right number of small pieces all through the board during the whole game so that you could play for a long time, but now after you reach score 1000 the small pieces stop coming almost all together and it’s physically impossible to keep clearing rows. I used to get scores of 100,000, but since the update the highest score I can get it only 1600. Will be deleting this game.
Fun game. Needs a way to pay to remove ads
I have been playing this game for years. I love it, however, there isn’t a way to get rid of ads. That’s the only reason it’s not getting 5 stars. It gets annoying enough to where I don’t want to play it. I’d pay a good $5-10 to get rid of the adds forever.
Forget What Others Say
I’ve been playing this in awhile and not sure while others aren’t giving it as good of a review as it deserves. Usually if a game is garbage I delete almost immediately. But this game I’ve kept for awhile now. It’s challenging which I like & I always try to beat my high score. It has very minimal ads and they are usually short. And a big bonus for me which will sound dumb but I hate when I have my phone on silent & ads come and play loud music. So far all the ads are silent so if I’m playing at work no one can hear. I really like the jigsaw puzzles. Only complaint would be that I have done all the jigsaws so would like you to keep adding more and maybe some other bonuses like free continues or power ups whether it be a reward for finishing a puzzle or just daily login bonus. Other than that it’s a simple yet challenging game that always wants to make me keep playing. UPDATE: What happened?! 2 days ago I played and now it’s impossibly hard to where it’s not even fun. I used to average about 1500 and now I can’t even get above 100?! Why did you change it?
Can’t even get a high score
I’ve been playing this game for years, something mindless to play while I watch a show. My high score is 377,834. Now I can barely get to 30,000. It’s extremely rare to get 30k and above. Right as I get to 25,000 it starts to become impossible to continue. Please change it back.

I am completely adicted to this game. People have complained that there aren’t any levels or competitions but I like that. Your only rival is your best score bit there is a glitch where it doesn’t score you properly sometimes. It would also be nice to be able to buy the game out right and get rid of ads.

Good game minus the big issue I have. It seems that every time you are close to 30000 points it sets you up so you cannot go further. Needs better logistics.
Fun but annoying
I discovered this game just a short bit ago and I am HOOKED! Finding the puzzle pieces is great motivation, and it gives you a nice break from sliding the blocks. Two things: - a majority of the games I have played have had poor set ups, and I end up losing the game before 500 points. Sprinkled in there are some amazing games, generally 2k plus. Can be frustrating and annoying. - this is a weird aspect of my review to write, but here goes. Puzzle 25 depicts a topless woman on the beach surrounded by bananas, holding a banana statue. The comparison is obvious. Don’t get me wrong, I think it’s hilarious, just inappropriate to have on a game that is available to kids. Oh and also 3rd thing - please more diversity in the puzzle characters. All characters, even the animals, were so whitewashed it was impressive. Anyway overall having fun!
