Bug not fixed
The medical kit bug is still here - another review noted it a year ago, and you replied you were working on a fix. Apparently not working very hard I’d like my money back, but I’m sure you won’t refund it as you appear to be a scam.
App
I really love this game but I have a problem. On the bit where you have to wake the guy up with the cotton ball and stuff on it for some reason when you zoom in on him the background is white and I can’t do anything. Can you fix this so I can get further please!!

Medical Kit
Just paid for this game and now I can’t click to pull up the medical kit to add the 2 missing pieces so I can then open it to save the cop. Can we get that fixed?
Fun Hidden Object Adventure Game
If you used to play Big Fish Hidden Object Adventure Games, search through the Apple App Store for Big Fish Hidden Object Games and pick any of The Mystery Files games! You can download and pay one fee for game and play as many times as you want! Graphics are great and who doesn’t love a good Mystery to figure out! I give it 5 stars! It gives you extras if you get the Deluxe Edition! Love the developers of this game and all the others! Thanks Apple for giving us our Big Fish games! You will know when there is a morphing object, and collecting all the coins! You can reset and start over or complete the first part then the bonus chapter!
Bug
I just purchased the game and now I’m unable to click on the first aid kit to open it. Therefore, I can’t move on.
Mystery Tales: The Other Side by LynxMinx
Sorry Oleg, my review was deleted and I won’t write another. However, once you worked out the bugs it was an enjoyable and entertaining experience. My true rating will be 4.5 stars. Domini rocks!
Can’t get the medical kit open
I just purchased the full version and can’t get past the paid for first scene since the medical kit won’t pop out of inventory. I’ve tried resetting it and nothing. Please fix the glitch!
Would like to give 5 stars but can’t
Im enjoying this game but I’m stuck because I can’t get the medical kit to pop up out of the inventory I have the parts that go on it but it won’t pop up so I can give the policeman a seditive. I’ve unloaded it and loaded it back up and I’ve restarted from the beginning of the game but it still won’t pop up. Everything else does. So please fix this problem
Great Game
Having great fun playing this game. Thank you.
It’s broken
Once I’ve obtained the first aid kit, I’m unable to click on it to add the necessary items. I’ve restarted the game, no help. Can you please help? I’ve purchased the game and would love to be able to play. If it’s permanently broken, would you please refund my purchase?
安定したゲーム、ミニゲームは難易度低め
このシリーズらしく操作感、グラフィック、ストーリー展開の無理のなさとともに安定度高し。今回はミニゲームの難易度が低いかな。セールでだったこともあり、満足。
Medicine box won’t open
Very frustrating- bought game now can’t progress,
Bugs
Paid for the game as I had enjoyed it but found there is a bug that is stopping me opening the medical box. Please fix urgently or give me a refund.
Excellent game!
Much more than just another HO game, Other Side has great puzzles to solve at easy or hard levels and they can be quite challenging. I’m enjoying playing.
Glitch
The First Aid Kit won’t open up to modify.

Medical kit won’t open!!
I paid for to unlock this game and can’t get any further! I have never had an issue with these games before but I’m not happy about wasting money!
Fehler hindert mich am weiterspielen
Kann den Erstehilfekoffer nicht öffnen. Das Fenster mit dem grünen Pluszeichnen öffnet sich nicht
Graphics terrific
As always, these mystery games are fun to play, storyline a little hard to follow but that’s how they are designed. I customize so I don’t get bored. If I can’t customize a game, won’t buy it.
Early problems
Problems started early. Couldn’t get the medical case to come up so I could put parts on it. Since I couldn’t do that, I couldn’t continue the game.
Update - bug fixed - great game!!
The bug has been fixed and the game is great! It is as great as the others in the series. I spent a lazy Sunday playing and it did not disappoint. It was a little glitchy but it did not interfere the play. It was lengthy and so was the bonus game. Thanks for another fantastic game and for taking care of the crash so quickly!!! Old post: I am a fan of this series. However, it crashes and kicks you out of the game when you get in the car and plug in the gps. I deleted the game and redownloaded it and the same thing happened. Please fix. I am sure this will be a great game based on others in the series once all the bugs are fixed.
Issue with plus items - BUT you knew that right?
Game was going okay until plus items weren’t working (first aid kit) Please ask your development team to fix!! Or are they on strike?!?
Was enjoying game
I was just getting into the game, paid for full version but…. It is stuck in the police station trying to calm PC down. I can’t open the medicine box because I can’t get it out of the toolbar. Please help!
Another winner!
Thank you, Oleg and Domini, for another fabulous game. You never disappoint. Please keep them coming!
Do not buy this game
I’ve been looking at reviews and it seems like this game has a glitch in it that hasn’t been fixed for over six months. I cannot get the medical kit to open like many other complaints listed here. I want my money back, please! The game is at a standstill and I paid good money to finish it. Please advise. We tried rebooting, playing the game from the beginning again, you name it. This is very frustrating. Please refund my money ASAP.
Favorite game
I play this one over and over again over time. This time when I tried to open the medicine chest it would not come up so that I could do the puzzle to open it. I even tried to close the app then reinstall, but it still does the same thing.😏
T
Great game
Mystery tales: the other side
I can’t get the first aid kit to open so that I can put the pieces in, the plus sign is green instead of red please help I just paid for the game and I would like to play it. Thank you for any help I can’t rate the game if I can’t play it. I PAID FOR THE GAME I LIKE TO PLAY IT FIX THE BUG OR GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY I CAN’T FIGURE OUT HOW ELSE TO GET HELP FROM THIS COMPANY DEBI How long is it going to take to fix this game or are you just hoping I will forget about it this is ridiculous!!!
Game stuck
I am at wakings Cramer up with ammonia and the game is stuck. Nothing happens when I click on him, then try to have him smell cotton ball.
Great
Nice
Loved it!
Loved all the little details there were to interact with in each scene and there were some clever creative aspects you don’t see in every other game. Story was engaging and kept me interested till the end. Decent length game too.
Disappointed with glitch
Never had a problem with games from this developer until now. Game is unresponsive on iPad - specifically when trying to activate the “first aid kit” from tool inventory with (2) emblems. I tried restarting and then reloading the game. Unfortunately happened after I paid to unlock the game after free intro. Wasted $7.

Super
You did it again! Keep it up love love your games A BIG thank you!
DO NOT BUY Great game but broken, won’t work
The first aid kit in the police station won’t work, and I can’t continue the game without it. This is near the beginning of the game so I can’t play the game at all. This has been reported by multiple people for months and they won’t fix it.
Domini Hits Another Home Run
Another stellar game from Domini! I had no idea Big Fish had given up on iPads and were getting rid of HOGs, and I was so mad, but then I discovered Domini is still around! And they are making some of the coolest games I have played yet. A fun and beautifully done story like all games in this series. Plays seamlessly and I had no glitches. Excellent and intriguing storyline that keeps you wanting more plus the absolutely lovely graphics we’ve come to expect from this developer. It’s easy to see why I love their work. Keep them coming, Domini ! WE love it! Lady Three Eye
Glitch right away
Just purchased the game and it glitched. One of the items I need to use with a plus sign won’t open so I am stuck! I can’t give the police officer his drink with the medication. Now what???
