What people like
- Advisors feel warm and patient
- Reports give clear, practical advice
- Live chat feels like a lesson
- Lots of different report topics
What they complain about
- Hidden fees and confusing subscription traps
- Charges you even after cancelling
- Refunds are hard to get
- Support never actually helps you
Useful tool
There are so many different reports to choose from. Whenever I want to learn more about a specific topic I can just order a new detailed document.
Fraud
The app is of absolutely no use and it is terrible. I paid for one single report for three days and I did not subscribe to a monthly subscription at all but it deducted rs 1900 after three days!!! There is no simple way to delete the subscription and I’m afraid I’m going to get charged again next month. Not even one single report or feature is useful on the app! Complete waste of money
Refunded
They refunded me for a subscription i wasnt aware of which is nice of them.
Delayed answers - Refill
I had an average experience. Every-time you asked them a question they would take a lot of time to answer and towards the end they used to hold the answer so the client won’t have an option but to refill
Achtung Leute
Vorsicht bei der Testversion. Nach kurzer Testphase wurde automatisch ein teures Monatsabo abgebucht (47,59 €), obwohl der Dienst nicht genutzt wurde. Kündigung und Klärung waren nur über PayPal möglich. Bitte genau prüfen, bevor man zustimmt. Nach Kontaktaufnahme und PayPal-Fall wurde der Betrag vollständig erstattet. :)
Clear communication
Hello! I love how warm and easygoing the advisors are. You never feel silly asking simple questions because they explain everything with great patience.
Scam alert!
Do not activate subscription. They charge you for the trial period and then despite cancelling the subscription on the app, the send a sneak mail requiring you to cancel again, otherwise your card keeps getting billed. Stay away!
Irina
The vibe is super soothing, and the content is always thoughtful. I come here for clarity, and it always gives me a fresh perspective.
Not that greate
Am not using it anymore
Rational feedback
The career report was surprisingly realistic. It gave me very sensible prompts on how to manage my time and focus on the right opportunities.
This is a super fraud app
When you sign up for trial with card they push to download app to complete registration and in registration page they put page to get reports and once you click on it they charge you for their product without any intimation or confirmation, money they deduct directly from card and do not refund, this is misleading app and scamming people, also keeping their card details
Владим и Рович
Been reading horoscopes for years and this is the first time I’ve felt seen by them. They aren’t vague—they actually relate to what's happening in my life.
Leider enttäuscht
Die App bietet einem nicht besonders viel vor allem, wenn man nicht zu 100 % der englischen Sprachen mächtig ist. Sehr unübersichtlich!
Personal review
I asked my advisor about my love life and the feedback was amazing. She helped me notice repeating patterns in my behavior without judging me at all.
Very Bad, Got my money deducted
I would like to clearly state that I was not notified that I was signing up for a subscription. I made a one-time payment of $1, believing it was only for a single report, as that was the understanding conveyed at the time of payment. It was not clearly mentioned or highlighted on the website that this payment would automatically enroll me into a paid subscription, nor that my card details would be saved and charged later.
Simple format
Hi folks! Getting the yearly report was a great decision. It gave me a clear idea of what to expect and helped me organize my goals for the future.
100% CHEATERS & SCAMMERS
All the reviews are about getting scammed. App name should be Scamonline . You will be randomly charged on their website or app without a refund. Worst astrology service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM.
Simple design
Greetings! The custom reports on daily goals helped me fix my messy schedule. The tips are simple, practical, and very easy to stick to.
Scam
I have unsubscribed from the app yet I got charged and my money was debited. Why?? Please refund the amount immediately or I will further complain.
Pleasant experience
Combining the report section with the live chat makes planning your life very smooth. You read a report and then ask an advisor to explain it deeper.
Unethical ways of payment
I gave consent for free trail however another payment of 29.99€ was deducted without my permission and no refund has been given.
Solid advice
Hello everyone! The advisor I chatted with noticed things about my habits that even my close friends never realized. She was so spot on.
Fraud app
What a fraudulent app debiting $ 40 for non sense, this app should be banned kindly report it
Clear features
Hi folks! The timing report was a big help. It showed me my best months for work and gave me ideas on how to rest when things get busy.
Scam
Please do not use this app It will take your money without your consent If you provide your card details to them They ‘ll automatically charge your for every click in the application. I lost 30 dollars without my consent.
Easy reading
My live session felt like a great lesson about my own potential. The advisor talked about my strengths with so much energy that I felt happy for days.
Overpriced and not useful
They are charging way too high for the features offered and the payment system implemented is unethical which is bypassing 2 factor authentication from the bankers. Their refund system is also useless as they promise refunds for genuine reasons and they never do. The UI and the website are both unimpressive and not easy to navigate. The information they provided on their reports are basic knowledge and nothing special while they are charging a premium for the service.
