Works pretty well.
Generally pretty happy with this. I don't know that it really matters what kind of review I leave, because whether or not you're using the app is probably a function of whether or not your employer pays for this VEBA. You don't really have any choice which VEBA you're using, or, in that way, what app you're using. It said this app works pretty well.

Every time I go to submit a question or contact customer support it gives me an error message.
Won’t Load
For a week, I’ve tried logging in, but it won’t load through to login for me to see my balance.

Easy app to use to check balance and upload receipts!

When attempting to transfer my balance it throws and error and says “please try again later” for 2 days straight

Insufficient Support options and a hotline that is never "open"
Tasc claims to have a customer care line that is open 8-5 "all time zones" (which is kind of a wild thing to say) and it's definitely in that window and yet... "they're closed." Also the support options need to allow for reimbursement Q's if the hotline is going to be perpetually "closed." Joke of a corporation
Can’t pay a provider from app
You can no longer pay a provider from the app. I had done it in the past, then you could only do it by taking a photo, now there is no method at all. I got on my laptop and breezed through the process.

WORST COMPANY EVER
Zero stars! Wish I had a choice through my employer, but I don’t. Cannot wait until TASC is outbid- hopefully upcoming benefit year. They deny every HSA approved transaction on my card… every blinking one! 🤬😖‼️

This app is not user friendly. I cannot look at how my investments are performing.

Hides info to wastes your time
You're gonna waste hours on the phone with staff with bad attitudes because - you ask why there is money taken out of you account and their app has no details on deductions and they try to get out of answering and doing work, and can't find info on your prior call until you said you recorded it. I had $500 restored last year from these scammers.
Updates ineffective
Submitting reimbursement requests used to be fairly straightforward. With the latest update, it’s become cumbersome.

Horrible interface, process, delays, rejecting of compliant point of sale and reimbursements. Horrible!!!!!

Pretty sad when you’re reaching out to support and the app says there’s a problem sending your request so you can’t reach out to get help online
Not very user friendly
I previously used the Optum app for my HSA account and it was so easy to use. This app is not. First off, my first prescription was declined after never having to deal with a decline in the Optum app. Second, it was difficult to ingest out even to see where my investments would be made. Third, I finally have investments but now I can’t find that account easily and have never found an investment statement page. Horrible app.
