RETRIEVING AN ACCOUNT
TO ALL PLAYERS.. MAKE SURE YOU DIDNT DELETE THE APP AND DOWNLOAD IT AGAIN WHILE THEY’re doing maintenance because its very difficult to recover your account or worst you wouldnt access at all. (My one, i cannot access it althought its connected to my email). All your TOP-UPs and your late night sleep to make your favorite character strong will be gone. Thats part of making money.. Thanks MU and for stealing my character
Good game
It is a good game but there is alway one thing that make me frustrated and that is people pking like in the abyss realm which is annoying when you are just doing you own thing then someone random dude just target you.
Many bugs, poor customer service, money suckers
This is definitely a pay to win game. I don’t mind paying as long as I get what I paid for, but this game is full of bugs. From simple spelling mistakes to misinformation of rewards to receiving a totally different item from what was shown on screen. Where did all the money we pay go to?? Besides bugs, there are also lag issues for certain title screens, bad or no response to complaints of the bugs, abrupt server maintenances, maintenances that don’t end on time, GMs asking players to top up US$100 in order to unban their accounts. I seriously don’t mind paying if customer service was existent, few bugs, and if maintenances were properly managed. But unfortunately that is too much to ask of MU origin 2.

There is 4 hour Timezone difference. Most events start from 8pm which is 12pm in sydney. If starts 10pm then it is 2am.

Money hungry game
It is fair enough to pay a bit to enjoy a game. But this game will suck your wallet dry if you want to get anywhere. Its repetive and are extremely long to level if you dont daily top up. The control and movement of characters are horrible and would be hard to try and PvP properly. Played this for 3 weeks, top up $100 then quit because $100 will get you no where. Honestly have never been so disappointed in an MMORPG. Do not play this game if youre not heavily cashed up and have thousands to waste. There is so much upgrading need to be done and most of the materials are extremely hard to farm. If there is a 0* star i would rate this game 0 star.
