Can’t complain
Been using this app for years. Can’t complain. It’s to the point. Gets the job done. UI is simple. Wish it had a little more features, like maybe playback speed feature but at that point I’d just use a media player instead. This is an efficient, solid, reliable, easy, no bs slideshow app (especially compared to other ones). Do recommend.
落ちた後、何度再起動しても…
スライドショーを一時停止し、共有ボタンっぽいデザインのアイコンをタップした所、SafariWebブラウザが立ち上がりAmazon Primeのページ(広告先？)を表示して、アプリ側は「Now Loading……」と表示したまましばらくすると落ち、以降何度起動しても「Now Loading….…」と表示したままとなって操作不能のままとなる。iPadPro、iPadOS 26.2.1。 落ちた上、以降何度再起動しても操作不能のままというのは結構致命的なバグと思われ、これが改善されない限りは全く使い物にはならないだろう。 2026/07/18 追記 その後、本日先ほども含め何度か再インストールしても動作変わらず。 再インストール直後の起動では一瞬初期画面になるもののしばらくするとNow Loading… のみの表示になったまま応答せず。 結論として全く使いものになりません。

Excellent (and still improving)
4.5/5 stars. Fabulous app, serves its purpose perfectly, thank you! UI could use some polish, but it’s functional. Would be great if could shuffle photos from the “Files” app instead of just “Photos”, and would be useful to be able to run multiple instances of the app in order to display different slideshows on multiple displays simultaneously. Developer responds to inquiries and suggestions and is still actively developing this app.
Freezes
The app Freezes on photos even though I have the paid up version so I need to restart it regularly.

I downloaded today and love it, love it, love it. I am ready to buy, except for one thing. After using a short time, it made no difference what the view time was entered, the picture exchange was 2 seconds. The ads were a pain trying to troubleshoot, but until the timer works I will not purchase. Update. The fix you sent took care of the problem and I purchased the pro version. Thanks

とても便利でいつも使わせていただいています。 機能面概ね満足なのですが1点改善要望があります。 動画も写真もごちゃ混ぜのフォルダを流し続けると、写真の後ろで別の動画の音声が流れるようになります。 他のレビューを見てみたら、動画をフルにして、スライドを5秒とかにしておくと発生するという声をみかけ、そちらに該当するのではないかと思っています。画面は切り替わっているのに動画は流れ続けている印象。 改善いただけると嬉しいです。
Fatal flaw: can’t select photos
Can’t really comprehend why this otherwise excellent slideshow app fails to offer the key feature of letting the user SELECT which photos should be slideshowed. Instead it shows ALL photos in a(ny) folder, starting from whichever user-picked photo in that folder. Doesn’t make any sense to me. How hard can it be to envisage a user wanting to slideshow a specific set of photos within one folder??
Good app but upgrade caused some problems
I’ve been using this app maybe a year; very very nice for shuffling pics which should be a standard feature in iOS photo but isn’t. That said, I just recently updated and noticed a few degradations of the experience: 1. The feature listed as “gifs can now be paused” could also be listed as “gifs can no longer be viewed on repeat when shuffling photos, only when viewing photos in their album order.” Since I got the app in order to shuffle pictures, and since gifs are usually intended to repeat, this is kind of annoying. I would prefer this to be configurable; the play/pause of a video or gif should not be the same as the play/pause of the slideshow. Alternatively and maybe even better: give a “shuffle” button for an album independent of the slideshow “play” button. I.e. allow the listed order of the contents of an album to be shuffled in a semipermanent fashion, but allow this shuffle to then be turned off to restore the usual listing order of that album, or reshuffled to give a brand new order. That would be a nice feature on its own, but it could still be independently nice to have a toggle for “gifs and videos continue playing when slideshow is paused” (or two toggles, one for gifs and one for videos, if you like). This would solve the regression in experience. 2. When the “more options” button is pressed (top right in 1 tap menu during slideshow), a “pause” overlay is now shown briefly even if the slideshow was already paused. This is a regression; it didn’t happen before. Previously the “pause” overlay would only be shown at this point if the slideshow was playing before the button was tapped. 3. The addition of the “crop/rotate” option is nice (I haven’t used it yet), but since it doesn’t show for videos, it means the rest of the buttons in the menu are in different places for videos compared to photos. I use the “add to album” button a LOT, to essentially use albums like tags (another thing iOS photos doesn’t let me do), by shuffling photos (and videos) to go through them in random order and then adding or removing them from various albums as I go through. Having the “add to album” button sometimes higher or lower in the list (because “crop/rotate” pushes the option down when present) makes this harder, so this is an annoyance. A good solution that I would like would be a more configurable one-tap interface. For example since I can swipe to go to “next” or “previous,” I could replace the “next” tap spot with “add to album” directly, and the “previous” tap spot with “remove from current album.” This is just an example, but I love the one-tap interface and some configurability would increase the utility and handle the annoyance caused by the menu being different in some cases. Another easier option could be to allow configuration of the “more options” menu order. Still very happy with the purchase but these are some annoyances I’ve run into after updating. There’s still no better way to review photos in shuffled order on iOS so thank you. Would like to increase rating back to five stars if these points could be addressed. :)

This is EXACTLY what I was looking for. I just needed a slide show option to Photos since they have made it deplorable since iPhoto. I just wanted to run a slideshow of a photo album while I cook and listen to the music of my own choosing on Apple Music, not one song repeatedly. Very good, date display could be enhanced
This app is very good and I purchased the pro version. I’ve uploaded a lot of photos onto my iPad and they all have a similar date modified which is being displayed on the slideshow. It would be great if the displayed date, for each photo, could be the date created or the date the photo was taken.

Simple and to the point
Does pretty much everything I hoped it would! Main bit of feedback I have for the dev, it would be a good idea to include the slideshow config options in the outermost settings screen, next to “speed upper limit” and such, to make it easier to find.

I can’t zoom in to photos
I can’t zoom in to photos anymore. It immediately resets to the original size every time I try to zoom in. Please help.

ランダム再生できるスライドショーアプリが貴重なので、iPad Pro 12.9 2018でずっと愛用しています。基本星5なのですが、ここしばらくGIFファイルが止まったままになってしまうようになり困っています。 ストレージは300GBほど余裕があり、再起動・再インストールしたり他のアプリを消して試してみても改善されません。 インストールしてしばらくは普通に再生されていたので本体の相性とかもあるのかもしれませんが、もし原因等わかれば教えていただきたいです。この点が治ったら文句なしの星5です。
Add a beat matching feature
I use this app without paying for anything, and it’s really decent for what it us. It does slideshows of your photo album, as intended, and I can appreciate you not hiding that base feature behind a paywall after downloading the app. The few critiques I have, however, are the following. 1. Add speed settings below 1 that goes to 0.1 for full customizability. I use this app exclusively while listening to music on my earbuds, and it always bugs me when it’s juuust not fast enough to match the tempo. 2. Add a beat match/sync setting so that it automatically plays at the same exact rate of the music tempo you’re listening to in the background. I don’t know how that would work, but… You’re smart, you can figure it out! And pretty please with a cherry on top DO NOT lock this feature (assuming you add it) behind a paywall. There’s already enough excellent features you have locked behind it, so at least make the beat match/sync setting free for peasants like me. Thank you! Best wishes.
Ads Way to Often and Annoying
App might be good but too many ads pop up way to often, and difficult to figure out how to get rid of them. Even closing the app and re-opening and the ad is still there. Ended up deleting the app because I couldn’t use it enough to really test it out.

簡潔でわかりやすい。 スライドショーのシャッフル再生を求めて辿り着きました。 広告も課金で消せる。多少高い金額ですが、買い切りのためしばらく利用し機能が十分で長期で利用する場合に買うと金額は気にならないでしょう。 基本放置で画像を垂れ流して使っていますが、大量の画像(現状2500枚)にも問題なく機能してくれています。 一点、わがままですが、現在時刻を四隅のどこかに表示する設定を追加して欲しいくらいです。 それだけで完璧です。
Doesn't work on old iPad 4 with ios 10.3.3
According tot the specs, this app should be compatible with my old iPad 4 with ios 10.3.3 But I can't download the app because it says not to be compatible. What am I doing wrong? Would like to use my old iPad as a photo frame wich will shuffle my photos and where I can set the duration for more than 60 seconds. The Photos app from Apple can't do that.
Latest App Version has Issues with Next and Previous Buttons
This app is great. However, the latest version and update to this app (released in July 2023, Version 2.14) has a bug related to the “next” and “previous” buttons when using the slideshow feature to shuffle an album with both pictures and videos. More specifically, the app will freeze on a video or picture and the “next” button will not allow the user to skip to the next video or picture. Sometimes, the same thing will happen when using the “previous” button. If you repeatedly hit the “next” button while the freezing issue is occurring, the app will eventually, after a minute or two, skip ahead several pictures. If you repeatedly hit the previous button while the freezing issue is occurring, the app will eventually, after a minute or two, skip back several photos. (I have my settings set to shuffle the video or picture every 5 seconds.) The app and shuffle feature still appear to be running in the background while the freezing issue is occurring but the date and time in the top right corner does not update until the video or picture actually changes, which, again, can take a minute or two. Additionally, pressing the “resume” or “stop” buttons does not appear to correct the freezing issue. Finally, while freezing, the app also appears to be unstable at times and ready to crash. The app did not have this issue before the latest update and I have been using the app since the beginning of 2022. I am using an iPhone 13 Pro and iOS version 16.5.1. I am using the purchased version of the app without ads. Please correct this issue. Thank you.

Like this app very much, however when I run slide show thru AirPlay to my Apple TV4, which is then connected to my wide screen (16:9) Sony TV, the horizontal photos are squeezed in size, it seems the app sends out photos to a 6:4 TV, is there a way to configure the app so that its output is 16:9? (My update to my above previous review) Thank you so much for the quick reply to my review, it is very unusual, it appears you are a responsible app developer. I tried all three Underscan settings (Auto/On/Off) of my Apple TV4, none of them seem to work and the problem persist. Looking forward to a future update of the app.

I have been using this app for my mom in a personal care home for two years. With the last update the slideshow quits regularly, before it would go weeks without any issues.
Good but cons
It's a good app, yes. But the fact that you're telling us that being able to use other sliding features is free for now until the future is not very good design. Also, do we REALLY need an in app payment to go back to the previous photo? Is that really necessary?
Better than iOS photos app!
Easy to use the settings, does exactly what I was looking for. Slideshows can play both photos and videos, shuffling them all, making my iPad a perfect digital photo/video frame when I’m not using it. Thank you!
No casting

iPad Share function not working
This only applies to the iPad version of the app. My phone app works fine. Both the share icon, and the share option under the 3 dot menu doesn’t not work. This happened sometime within the last update or two. Update: developer responded saying they made the fix. The share function now works! I’ve updated my review to 5 stars! Great customer service
Keeps crashing
I can’t get it it to play more than a few photos until the app crashes. Very disappointing.

The app is completely fine. I just wish there was support for the Files app and the folders we may have in there with images and video. I would give 5/5 for that!
Update 2.1.6 is full of bugs
Update 2.1.6 was published 2021-06-30. Some bugs include: • The “1Tap control bar” is even buggier that before. Before it would only occasionally get “stuck” with the action name showing. Now the action names show 100% of the time. This really defeats the purpose of having the control bar hidden. The only one that ever goes away is “Next” after you click on it. “Pause” and “Share” are visible even after clicking them once, and, of course, “Quit” quits the whole slideshow, so you can’t tap it at all. • An ongoing issue is that the font used on the action names is ridiculously large, as are the invisible buttons themselves. In the last version, “Resume” got turned into “Re…me”, although this is technically fixed in this version because “Pause” no longer becomes “Resume”, which is honestly fine since the words aren’t supposed to be visible most of the time ANYWAY. But the point remains that the hitboxes (and font used therein) of the hot corners is overly large and takes up WAY too much of the screen. When I’m trying to zoom in, I end up nicking one of the buttons by mistake about half of the time, which is almost always extremely frustrating due to the lack of a “back” button, even in non-shuffled mode. • This isn’t a bug, but: The button layout of the 1Tap menu is quite strange. Why not have “Quit” in the upper left, “Pause” in the lower left, “Next” in the lower right, and “Share” in the upper right, instead of the current layout where 3 buttons are just smashed into the bottom? That made sense when there were ONLY 3 buttons, but just feels weird with 4. Although I’d really like a “Back” button in case I accidentally press one of the overly large buttons. So how about “Quit” and “Share” up top, with “Back”, “Pause”, and “Next” along the bottom? • The top center of each album view is filled with Japanese. I’m assuming it’s the name of the album in Japanese (“Camera Roll”, “Favorites”, etc) or something, since it’s different characters in each album. But I don’t speak Japanese, so I can’t confirm. Honestly, I wish I could revert back to the previous version. The only reason I’m giving this two stars is because the app still TECHNICALLY works, and does what it’s supposed to… it’s just that the buggy 1Tap menu means that my photo frame now permanently has those words on it, unless I use the other mode that has the more traditional hideable button bars, but those get in the way when I’m manually flipping through pictures in the slideshow real quick. So I can’t have the “best of both worlds” any more and have to pick “do I want this to look good when sitting there?” or “do I want this to be able to see the whole photo when flipping through them?”. Honestly, swipe controls might be better to control “Next” and “Back”. (But be sure not to make it so sensitive that trying to zoom in and pan the photo triggers it!) I get that you’re probably a one-person show, and I’m sure the iPhone is as much of a pain as anything to develop for, if not worse. But I code some myself, so… I could probably help out if you want. lol

Devastated! Is this a bug?
This is easily one of my most cherished and frequently used apps! However, as of today it has started simply saying "No phots" any time I open the app. This is a laughable idea - I have 14,081 photos!! What's going on?

Hello…The app has gotten better…thanks…My purpose for getting this app was to run an uninterrupted photo slide show from my albums, however recently ,advertisements have been ruining everything…There was a in app option to purchase freedom from ads…I no longer see this option.
