Since day one!
I've been using Lashbox since day 1! I love their products and even attended an event in Scottsdale that left me feeling so inspired!
checkout never works on apple!
apple pay checkout never works on this app. I am trying to place a pretty large order and utilize the anniversary sale, and I’ve tried for the last two days to check out and as soon as I press pay now it re-looped me back to the same checkout page. Some of the discounts and exclusives are only redeemable if you check out with the app, but how are we supposed to check out with an app that doesn’t work? This is a flaw design and it does not work on Apple products. Maybe android products and check out is different, but it does not work for me.
COUPON CODE
App wouldn’t let me add coupon code. Does work faster than website.
A must app if you wanna level up your lash game
From lash supplies to accessories for every lash artist, High quality products are a must if you are always finding way to level up your lashing game! This app is a must with effortlessly designed checkout and more
Customer service the worse
I have purchased products from them thru the yrs and now that I want to cancel my subscription they won’t do it bc they say that I have to pay full two more times to cancel my subscription. They’re ridiculous, stay away from this brand
Frustrating and slow app
I LOVE the products but the app is always glitchy for me on my iPhone. It flashes screens back and forth, searching for things isn’t as easy as it should be, sometimes my cart is magically empty, then the next time I check, all my stuff is back in the cart.
Lashesbydede
I really like the 0.5 cashmere lashes. I ordered every year there.
Bad customer service
They have very bad customer service. It takes them very long time to respond my concerns which makes me so upset.
BEST
LBLA is the best, always my favorite.
Not worth it!
I downloaded this app for the cyber Monday 20% off special. The code never worked for me. I fb messaged and emailed the company immediately. They responded with the codes working on there end and that they refreshed it. I tried several times more and it still said the code was invalid. I was planning on buying a large amount of supplies and it never happened because the code never worked. I feel very unvalued as a customer and I doubt I’ll be purchasing again from them. If I do I will never use this app again.
SO convenient
This app helps me to get my orders placed quickly, even if I’m between appointments- it’s super helpful!
Newbie
Been looking for a other company to love. Didn’t think I would enjoy using these products so well. I am sold for sure.

The best lashes ever!
I have been using their products for about 5 years, they are a little pricey but I can honestly say no lashes have been better than these !! 😍
