Terbaik! Cuma saya ada 2 cadangan untuk penambahbaikan: 1. Apabila sampai masa untuk servis, aplikasi boleh hantar notifikasi atau mesej untuk mengingatkan pengguna supaya tempah servis kereta. Pengguna boleh terus pilih tempat dan masa tanpa perlu isi semula nama, emel atau maklumat kereta, sebab semua maklumat itu sudah ada dalam aplikasi semasa pendaftaran. 2. Sediakan rekod servis dalam applikasi yang telah dibuat di Proton. Fungsinya seperti buku servis, tetapi dalam bentuk digital di aplikasi. Jadi lebih mudah untuk pengguna semak semula rekod servis bila diperlukan. Sekian sahaja cadangan daripada saya. Terima kasih Proton..
Wrong GPS location & car detail
On 17/8/26 The App shown wrong car travelled location to South Africa sea & fee times on car door not close but in fact its already closed??
Cant start engine from far
After my ios upgraded , i cannot start my car when im far from home

App is not consistent. You have this “Timeout” whenever you request the app to do something with the car remotely. Even though my car is only 2 months old.

Dear concern, We downloaded this app but no worth it it’s only for Malaysia citizens Proton company already launched X70 in Pakistan but this application is not applicable to our country.
Not sync often
This app need to be updated everyday… the app not even sync with the car often…. Does’t have a reset button for the apps
Improvement for permanently setting for aircon and timer
Version 2.0 is really a great improvement than previous version. I would like to suggest to have a permanently air-con & timer setting for remote turn on the car. No need to do setting before remote start the car via the app. The gadget on the screen is good! Very convenience!

Map not sync well while using map sometimes location car not in right lane i check my internet in good connection please update the software to make it easier for users to use the map
Frustrating Bugs: Can’t Update & Wrong Window Status
I keep receiving notifications from the app asking me to update, but when I open the App Store, there is no update available. This is quite confusing and frustrating. Another issue is with the “Close Windows” status. It often shows that the windows are not closed even though they are already fully closed. Please fix these bugs as they affect the basic functionality of the app.
Problem always not sync and unable to use app function
Always got problem sync car with app. Fix it permently lah.
Log out too many times
This app is worthless, how many times do you have login back back and forth after a period of time, how to know if this app has been logged out and you do not know real time update of your car, it keeps on logging out and you have to log in again once you open the app

Remote
Why need to wait for a long hoursss to activte the remote after purchase?! Make it like Auto renewal pls. Need to wait tomorrow before i can use it. What if i urgently need that remote at night!??.

Remote control charges
Not very reliable, sometimes it works well & there are times when it takes minutes to respond. Quite disappointing. The RM14 charge for remote control renewal almost every month takes too long to be updated leaving users having to wait a few days to use. Maybe Proton should improve on their customer services more.

Only allows Malaysian Phone Number for account
We recently terminated our Malaysian phone line, and realised we cannot create an account just based on our email or other countries’ phone numbers, hence we are unable to use the app.

after update the latest version. I can’t get my car info in the app.
IOS updated to ver. 15.6 and not working anymore.

The delayed notification is bad.

Synchronise capability.
Only some function of the app is useable. But the app always not sync up to date. Proton...please improve it.
