マンション住まいで上の部屋からの騒音を記録するために入れてみました。目的はそれだけなので、メモも入れずにタップするだけで良くてとても便利です。たまに「記録しました」となっても実際には記録されていないときがあるので☆4です。

This app is perfect!!
i was searching for something like this and kept getting all these apps that did way too much, yet somehow not exactly what i wanted. it’s free WITHOUT annnoying pop ups, just a simple ad panel at bottom you barely notice. i wanted to keep track of things with a simple click and thia does that. thank you, thank you, thank you ❤️

アップルウォッチで、ショートカットにアプリを入れても記録できない。Appleに何度も問い合わせてもわからない。 はやくアップルウォッチに対応して、アプリをダウンロードできて欲しい。そもそもアップルウォッチのApp Storeにも出てこない。

簡単な入力で記録しやすいです。みなさんにお勧めしたいです ただ、自分の記録以外にもう一つあると助かります。子どもが熱を出した時など熱の記録など自分の記録と分けたいのでぜひ追加で2パターンお願いします
Useful, but…
I would gladly pay for this app, it is handy and works well. But it is loaded with parasitic apps and links that are set up such that an errant finger drag sends you off someplace or tries to load something. Not sure what may have been done to my phone. Had to remove it—too bad. In response to the developer’s comment—what I meant was that I would pay for the app instead of having all the annoying links and ads. Others have complained; check the other reviews. I find the ads etc compromise the usefulness of an app I would otherwise use. Yes it is a simple app, but that is what I need.
Looks promising
I’ve just finally found this app (thanks to Reddit) and it may be the thing I’ve been trying to find for months. As I have severe eating (forgetting to eat) issues I wanted something I could just press a button, write what I ate and be able to see just how long I’m going between meals. I think this is going to be perfect but I just have one issue that I haven’t been able to figure out - how do I delete an entry? I know I can edit an entry but I’d like to be able to delete it instead. I also find the shortcut explanation a little confusing and the support form doesn’t have English to understand what I’m filling out. Also I’m unable to login to google with the app. Thanks for what I’m able to do so far with this app.
Simply perfect
This app does what it says; it will make a note with a timestamp. There aren’t all the overblown options that every other app wants to add. So, if you simply want to record a memo and note the time of the event, this is the app for you. I work in the construction industry in a rental capacity and keeping track of events as they happen throughout the day is crucial in dealing with customer complaints. This app gives me the ability to log what happens and when it happens as an itemized account of the services provided. Integrating the Shortcuts app to have Siri handle the notation and do all the work makes this a breeze to use and almost second nature while working. This app is exactly what I want and it’s also free. I keep pinching myself, and haven’t woken up yet; it must be real.

最近の不具合？が改善されてない
定型文を記録したいのでショートカットから使用していますが、多々記録されていないことがあります。しつこく何度もショートカットからを繰り返せば記録されるのでひたすら繰り返していますがこんなに時間かけるくらいならこのアプリでなくても良いのでは？
概ね満足です！
楽しく使わせていただいております。 主にショートカットから使用中で、iPhoneにある痛みのショートカットをアレンジしてこちらに記録できるようにしました。 そこで要望なのですが、Apple Watchで記録できれば楽だなあと思うので是非ご検討お願いします。 記録を振り返りたいので、検索画面もあると助かります。 お忙しいと思いますが、ご検討お願いいします。
Easy to use
5/2/23: I woke up this morning to discover that my complaint (in 4/24 review, below) has been addressed! Rating back up to five stars! I depend on this app more and more each day. Its simplicity and intuitive ease of use are its virtues. 4/24/2023: Hate the new update that loaded yesterday. When I am reviewing the log I can no longer see what date I'm looking at, nor can I go to the next or previous day with one touch. All of this was prwviously in on a blue band at the top of the screen; now inexplicably (and annoyingly) gone. Previously I had been very happy with this app (see earlier review below). Lowering my rating from five stars to three until they fix it back. EARLIER REVIEW: Interface is easy to use for quick entries. I usually just hit the button without writing a memo to log changes in work. Later, when I do my timesheet, context is usually enough to fill in the blanks. But it's easy to add a note if I choose to. I've even taken to using this app to record memos (e.g. cash spent, appointments made) instead of using the Notes app, because the interface is much faster.
English???? So far can’t Use at all
I paid $16 for this app and I can’t get rid of the adds. When I go to settings, everything is in Japanese so I cannot move forward If you click to contact developer, or get help, you land on a page that REQUIRES you to know Japanese. There’s a question in Japanese you must answer (required field) but I can’t read Japanese so I don’t know the question. Please please please — the app is unusable — I bought the plus version, but it isn’t acting as stated in App Store and there isn’t English an all pages. I can’t even get to a screen cause it asks for my email , then requires answering a question, but the question is written in Japanese. What’s up? This look likes what I want. You need some usability testing at least to make sure basic tasks (3/4 tasks) work, then explain in English how they work. Please reply because I want to use this — I also can’t believe Apple allowed u to publish.

作業の開始と終了を記録するために使用しています。他のアプリは細かい選択肢があったり色々と手間がかかって、結局記録するのを３日くらいで面倒になりやらなくなってしまいましたが、このアプリはシンプルに時間を記録し、メモも追加できるのでとても重宝しています。 要望をいえば、グラフで何にどれだけ時間を割いているのか見える化できると効率化に繋げられるので助かります。 ご検討いただけますと幸いです。 ショートカットとの連携、最高に使いやすいです。自分好みに編集して使わせていただいています。この時間管理アプリはもう手放せません。開発いただきありがとうございました。
Editing
The ability to edit entered text needs improved. Can’t select more than one word. It would also be fantastic to be able to sync/make/edit entries from a desktop or laptop mac.
Great app, simple to use
Perfect app, very simple to use. It easily organizes the entries. My only suggestion, give an option to include hours:minutes:seconds on each time stamp.

ホームに日時を表示してほしいです。 あとで思い出して追加したい時、 ホームで書いて＋押してメモしたあと、毎回、記録へ行って時間を直していて、二度手間です。 ホームですでに表示してあればその時に出来るので修正お願いします。 偏頭痛の記録や薬の記録、 体調が悪い時など症状を書いたりと 何かあった時にとっさになどよく使っています。アザなどの症状を写真に撮るので画像が添付できればありがたいです。
Too basic
Does the basic job of a time stamp quite simply but some small easy additions would make this far more useful: 1. Graph of the time elapsed between time records 2. If a user enters a numerical note, the same graph above but with the numerical note I’m looking to measure the time elapsed between my headache peaks, and in the notes I’m scoring the intensity of the headache from 1-10. The graph would then be able to tell me if my headache peaks are getting stronger or weaker, and if they are becoming more or less frequent. Thanks!!
I love this app so much
I’ve been using it for a while and love tracking my day on it. And since becoming a mother it’s become my place to chart my baby’s activities. It’s been fantastic to help me understand my baby’s routines. It would be so awesome if it had the ability to export to excel/google to see the days/weeks/months in on a spreadsheet.

神アプリです。 病院入院した時やライフログにも、どのアプリよりも使いやすく、でも入力が溜まって来た時に検索出来なくて一旦使うのをやめました。 検索機能さえ付けばまた使いたい。課金してもいいとも思ってます。それくらい良いアプリです。

Ad removal and sort order
Is there a way to remove ads? I like the app, and therefore would be willing to pay a dollar to get rid of the ad banner at the bottom. I’d also love to be able to have it in descending order, with the current entry on top and be able to have Al entries listed regardless of date. Thanks

And very simple and easy to use. I wish there was an option to remove Ads and sort into folders. The Shortcuts are handy.
Been Looking for Something Like This for a Long Time
This app is exactly what I’ve been looking for to help me keep track of my day. So often I get to the end of a day and wonder where it went, or I feel like I was active but it doesn’t seem like I did anything. This app lets me see in no uncertain terms what happened to my day. I’ve only been using it a couple days now, but so far it’s been great. I agree with others that a few “bells and whistles” wouldn’t hurt, but if you do, please don’t take away the ease of use.
