Amazing, so easy to setup and use
Been struggling to get a sim to use whilst we visit family in Poland regularly and came across this. So easy to setup and get going, was up and running for the whole family within an hour! Super value and the coverage/speed has been excellent. Highly recommend and will be using this going forward for all my trips to Poland. Look out for the amazing offers on the Poland orange site as they are really good and are what made me give this a try. Very happy with how the app makes things so easy to setup and manage. So far been amazing.
Login bug - need urgent help
I used to have no issues with this app, but now I can’t log in at all. When I enter my email and password and press “Next,” the button just blinks and nothing happens. If I try to sign in with Google, it shows an error saying I’m trying to register instead of logging in, and that “this email already exists in the database.” I contacted support, explained everything in detail, and even recorded a video - but they told me to write in the in-app chat, which I can’t access because I can’t log in! Please help me, I’m desperate. I need to top up my account through the app, but I’m completely locked out.

Aplikacja działa wspaniale. Nigdy nie widziałem tak dobrze działającej aplikacji. Wszystko po prostu działa i nie zawiesza się. Na nic nie trzeba czekać. Ceny są super i łatwo wziąść to co potrzeba. Personalnie mieszkam w UK od długiego czasu i Orange Flex pozwoliło mi trzymać Polski numer w telefonie używając karty eSIM.

Zgłaszam, że chce przejść na kartę, nie dostaje żadnej odpowiedzi. Zgłaszam znowu że chce przejść na kartę, cisza. Zgłaszam znowu że chcę przejść na karte - Orange informuje że muszę opłacić qbonament, bo inaczej mnie nie przeniosą - mimo, że jak zgłaszałem pierwszy raz mialem aktywny abonament. Oczywiscie jedyna droga do przejscia to kontakt z konsultantem, nie mozna tego zrobic samemu - jednym slowem naciagactwo

Mediocre
Forcing people to change cellular plan (I mean: giving option: accept new plan or leave) is a terrible business practice. Your Flex Apple Watch app constantly logging off so the widget shows mostly old irrelevant data is a lack of basic app development testing procedure. If you weren’t the only provider offering two eSIMs with one number for iPhone and Apple Watch in Poland I’d be long gone. Proudly accept one extra star for that.

Но так как тарифы интернета все лимитированные, было бы удобно сделать виджет, который постоянно бы обновлял информацию и показывал количество трафика, которое осталось у пользователя. Это было бы супер, так как открывать приложение не всегда удобно и можно не заметить, что трафик потрачен. Заранее спасибо.
Login error
Well, I can’t log into my account in any way. Authorization via social networks does not work, nor does logging in by phone number or email. after trying to log in to the app can see only loader for several minutes. then nothing just happens.

So E-sims are kinda bad where it’ll drop your data sometimes, or not text them when it should be, or cause you to use the wrong line. Overall the data has been phenomenal, no issues.

Terrible support
I made a plan for myself for a month and everything worked great. Made automatically the second payment that I do not need. I contacted support to get my money back (it's my mistake that I didn't see that the subscription would be renewed). But almost always in such cases, support helps to return the money. This happened to me a month ago with the ESIM company - they returned the money there. Moreover, the payment was two hours ago and I did not use it

Tak się przyglądam na kolejne poprawki i zauważyłem kompleks mniejszości Orange. Czy naprawdę opisy muszą być po angielsku? Czy język ojczysty jest aż tak passe? Skoro angielski to może lepiej ukraiński? Całe stulecia dziadowie walczyli o polskość żeby teraz w obcym języku opisywać poprawki? Wstyd i hańba! Wciąż po angielsku?

Please clarify
I didn’t find any information about internet sharing? Does it support this option? I need to share internet from iPhone to my iPad. And one more thing, can’t pass the verification with international passport. What is the reason? Selfie is not matching with passport foto? Or for the foreigners it is impossible to get the esim??
Annoyed
Been using this service for over a year, it is convenient and I enjoy it but I am terribly annoyed that the app completely logs me out after a month, and I never get notifications for payment. I usually top off for 4 months at a time and get disconnected from the service because I I don't get notified that a payment is due or that I don't have cash in account. These issues persist on Android so most likely it's not an important feature for you to get notifications or to keep your login info cached.

The new widget update
New update came out but the problem is still there. My widget says in polish (No information to show, please log in) while i have chose english language. I have logged out and logged in again but then that “PLEASE LOG IN ” was gone but that “NO INFORMATION TO SHOW” is still there. I have tried everything, downloaded the app again but still not able to see my data count. Please fix it ASAP! Thank you.

Wszystko poszło sprawnie. Zainstalowałem aplikacje na moją dwunastkę. Potem krok po kroku, bez specjalnych problemów dołączyłem do Orange. Za złotówkę! Dokupiłem 10Giga za 15 złotych. Wszystko działa bez zarzutów. Jestem zadowolony. Polecam! Robert
Brak dostępu do kamery
Dokończenie procesu rejestracji jest niemożliwe - aplikacja żąda dostępu do kamery, ale w ustawieniach nie ma takiej opcji, Orange flex nie pojawia się też na liście aplikacji, które zażądały dostępu do kamery w menu Prywatność.

Pierwsze odsłony aplikacji były lekkie i bardzo użyteczne. Teraz wciśnięto dużo sprzedaży. Kilka błędów UX wymaga zabicia aplikacji żeby przejść na ekran główny. Usługa Flex bardzo fajna.
