Need help
I made a subscription purchase but is not letting me use the app
No
So when my daughter played this it was free but when she is now 8 you have to pay please make it free
Taalibah
I love the app but I’ve been trying to reset the password for over 3 weeks now it’s so frustrating especially since I paid for the app and I can’t use it. I’ve reach out to customer service
Good and cool
Leelafe
It can’t pass the initial signup
I have installed this game and initiated right away. However, it didn’t allow me to pass the registration although I entered all the information correctly. It keeps giving the updating and connection errors. I am sure I am connected to Wi-Fi.
I love
Can you please create something like this but with math reading and all other sciences like abc mouse and homer. I would love that!I tried homer for a day and they have things that aren’t Islamic like birthdays , other holiday, like Christmas and valentine etc. I need something for my kids that’s fun like this. If anyone knows something interactive please let me know.
Disappointed
This app is informative but it is slow and I think you shouldn’t be charging people for education of Islam this is wrong you should be able to learn about a religion for free this is not fair do not buy this btw this is written by a 9yr old so believe me Don’t buy this app
Bugs
LOVE the idea and the trial lessons. But I have noticed some bugs that make it impossible to get past the trial lessons. Hopefully these bugs will be fixed soon.
For Islamic school
Thank you for helping me
Just a grey screen
I’ve tried exiting and restarting the iPad but the screen stays grey when I open this app
Nice yet too many bugs
Quiz and videos keep disappearing. Nut sure why but it really ruins our lessons and momentum. If that is sorted it would be the perfect app. Very engaging.
Frustrating to use - clunky and glitchy, and not user friendly
It’s a shame that this is the best out there for a kids’ Islamic app. It’s so hard to navigate. And the quizzes aren’t suitable for young kids as it assumes they can already read, so mum has to do them and even at 40, I need to adopt logic skills to answer them. E.g. In the Surah quiz you’re supposed to state which number ayah the played ayah is. Surahs should roll off your tongue, there is no benefit of knowing what order number an ayah is. For surahs I think I’ll use an adult app for them because even they realise it needs breaking up and slowing down. Without the need for an arbitrary quiz to move on. The virtual school is also a nightmare to navigate but maybe it needs a bit of practice. But not pretty for youngsters (and adults) with low frustration tolerance. Plus it keeps giving the instructions ‘listen to the video, practice, take quiz’. You have to stop and listen to the instructions every lesson. 🥴It’s not simple for a youngster to just glide through. I have never had to show my kids how to use an app before. I can’t say more than that as I didn’t try many features as it was just way too clunky. I guess I’ll just have to put on my big Muslimah pants and teach my kids myself… or maybe buy this anyway and work through it with them (I would be learning alongside them!). I realise that it’s wonderful that they use proper Islamic sources etc but I wish they used some kind of pedagogy and applied proper app design. We’ve tried lots of curriculum apps so maybe we’re just spoilt. 🤷♀️It’s such an exciting prospect but when it comes to gamefying Islamic learning for kids in 2021, I think they have missed the mark.
Like but buggy
My son loves learning on this app but it crashes too often to reach its full potential! The developers need to fix the bugs and random freezes and it will be amazing!
I love this app it teaches my kids a lot of islam
5 out of a 5
Thieves
Theres no way to cancel subscription, my last resort to cancel is emailing them and they still charged me. They keep charging me!!!!!
How do I cancel subscription?
I just downloaded this app and want to cancel the subscription. Dont see the option on the app.
Frequent Freezing
A working progress. I can’t recall the last time I wrote a review for an app. I don’t think I have ever. It’s unfortunate that I am writing a review for an Islamic App. Sadly as other reviewers mentioned, this app has freeze issues , learning progress doesn’t happen seemingly. I have tried it for a good month now, tie to find other platforms. May the developers get this app where it needs to be
Sorry but why?
It keeps saying update and it says in the app I’m low version on apple but apple says I’m up to date and the video glitches pls fix this I need to learn these
Very annoying
When I downloaded this game the avatar does not change . The subscription does nothing but trouble . The email gets hard to manage . I advise you NOT to Download this app .
Cancelled my membership and carried on being charged
I contacted you regarding my membership and you never got back to my email.
Great app but problems
This is a great app but has issues allowing me to purchase due to some bug that forces me to sign out and not continue further.
How to update?
Idk how to update the app! And when it ask’s me to update I don’t see the update button anywhere!
Paid through the website and cannot access it.
Horrible. I received an in app discount for the lifetime subscription which was offered through their website and I have yet to be able to use it. If I could rate this zero stars I would. I am now going to call me bank to receive my money back since I did not receive the services I paid for. Also, why have a business and not offer your customers the option to call!? I hate having to wait for emails because it seems like forever. We’ll see how long it takes for them to respond.
Not all the apps features are free
Although there is some free content not all content is free. For full functionality there is a monthly subscription fee of £6:99 and that is at a discount. I couldn’t get any audio on the free content so deleted the app.
Muslim life
It won’t work properly I completed previous course but won’t let me on the second course 😞😞😞🥺🥺🥺🥺😡😡😡😡😡👊👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿
Mom
Dad
I am upset and I want my money back.
I purchased a package for 3 children and it constantly crashes in the middle of them learning then it sets them back when they restart the app. I am upset because this has been happening since we purchased the app. In the beginning I wouldn’t be as bad but now it is completely in the way of their education. And I can’t get a refund for an unusable program which has me completely upset because I paid for a year subscription and have only had it for about a month or 2. I want a refund for the month s unused.
Please fix problem
I love the fact this app is helping believers to learn about our lord the most great..... but how ever the app is not letting me continue my corse after the introduction video
Love
It was amazing gosh I loved it
Said trial but charged me directly
Your way of charging people is actually stealing people ... you’re saying trial but no trial at all ... you charged me directly. I just have been scammed now. Don’t subscribe please don’t .. these people will take your money under the name of Trial ... I will report this to Apple now.
App doesn’t move forward
The app freezes at some points and it doesn’t allow the flexibility of choosing especially in the Quran memorization part. My child is stuck on one surah because the app will not let her continue and she can’t skip to another.I thin
Exciting, then...
It seemed like the app would be great for the kids. After making the purchase, it unlocks the additional lessons...for 15 minutes...and then it crashes and then asks you to login, but you can’t login because you never created a login. And then the next monthly charge comes and then search online how to cancel subscription. Sad.
Version 1.98 is cool but I can’t do much
I can’t do a password or email to get in so many lessons to do 😔 I’m trying all the passwords that I know but it just doesn’t work. if there’s anything you can do to help that would to let any password and email allowed to go in well at least version 1.98 works
Freezes no sound
Developers please fix issues.
