Express APP
In addition to an extensive network of service stations where shippers can drop off the parcels, shippers can also arrange couriers to collect the parcels through BEST Express mobile app.
Free Parcel Pickup Service
We offer free parcel pickup service for shippers to place shipment orders online. Shippers may request desired pickup time and location for convenience.
Payment collection
Our payment collection service helps online merchants increase sales opportunities and enhances customers’ online shopping experience. We can deliver goods to the buyer (consignee) and collect payment from the consignee in accordance with the agreement between the merchant (shipper) and the buyer (consignee). The payment will be transferred to the shipper according to designated time. Consignees can pay via different methods including cash, debit card, credit card and bank QR code.
Insurance service
In order to prevent damages or losses caused by uncontrollable factors, shippers can purchase additional insurance for the shipment. Shippers can add a declared value to the shipment without showing additional proof. Should the shipment is damaged, we will pay the full amount of the declared value.
