Crashes and support isn’t fixing responding.
I used to loved this app. And recently renewed for a year, but then when trying to sign-in, the app just closes. I have written about this issue multiple times over the last few weeks and it still has not been fixed. I want a refund if this isn’t fixed asap.
Great low impact
Love the exercise and the availability of low impact options. The 30 day challenges are also amazing. Nice to have some quick options that focus on one spot. The only update I would make would be to have the 30 day challenges reset after you complete the 30 days. It stays on day 30 which can be confusing and makes it hard to track the day you are suppose to be in.
No gym workout for women why????

Had to pay $20 to delete it in 5 min
No free trial or anything, forced me to pay for a whole month just to see what it was about. The app was lagging and the workout didn’t match the exercise plan, for example I’m expecting to do crunches and suddenly I’m being told to run in place? I live in an apartment and can’t jump around like that. I deleted the app before finishing a single workout and had to lose $20 for this bull. Don’t bother with this app.
Challenge accepted!
I had finally been at a point of loving the gym and the results then I had a back injury. Boooo! Had to stop. I noticed the results were dissolving in front of my eyes (that’s how it felt)Then I finally decided to do the butt challenge because I thought I can start off easy. Well it’s not as easy as I thought but it’s very rewarding. I feel and see immediate results it’s like it pumped my butt back up it’s great! So now I’m on day three and loving it! Best part it’s only under 7min.
Don’t buy
Don’t buy this app! There’s no way to change the up your workouts. One day I’d like to do arms the other day I’d like to do legs it’s not very specific.

I agree with the previous review , I hate ‘locking in’ without a trial first . It looks great though ! Wish you had an offer of one week free to make SURE it’s something you love and will continue to pay for !

If the worked in a diet/kcal tracker as well as the other stuff (like integrated Lose It’s functionality), would be perfect

Workouts should be different each time. Nothing worse than same workouts.
Lack of assistance
The app is a great idea. But there is not enough questions regarding food. They don’t ask for allergies. I have sent 3 emails asking for menu changes to accommodate so I know that I get the correct amount calories per meal. I have not heard anything as of yet. It would be nice to know how long the meal options that are provided last for. Do they get switched up after a specific period of time. I would give it a 5 star if they get back to me.

Excessive times
I am a beginner in regards to changing my diet and exercise because I do little to none especially with my work. Hey am not a big woman, I eat well and I am healthy. But I have noticed even for the beginners exercises, the times for each exercise are excessive. five minutes for each individual exercise is way too much for a beginner and I have spoken to a friend of mine who is personal PT in another state of mine and even he said you shouldn’t be doing five minutes with each exercise for a beginner as it should be limited to a couple of minutes each exercise and then progress once the person gets better on a week basis. As a former gym junkie myself I have to agree there with him. I found that it was too excessive for me and I gave up too easily and it’s not because I’m being lazy that I give up at the fact that the times are way too much for beginners
It helped me lose weight. It’s worth it.
If you’re committed to the daily of 3x workouts this app really helps. This is my third time using it after giving birth.

Great workouts but not menu
The workouts seem to be great but the food options I'm very disappointed about. I’d love for them to add food tracking of some sort or add more options and recipes
Does not work on my iPhone SE (1st Gen)
Unable to click through beyond the “How Quickly Would You Like To Reach Your Goal” page as no button appears on screen on my iPhone SE (1st Gen). Buttons to change units of measurement are also inaccessible on prior screens. These buttons are partly hidden behind the “Continue” button.

Absolutely love this app!! I can exercise at my pace when my schedule allows and the workouts don’t require you to go to a gym to do them or have workout equipment. You can also customize the workout to your needs as far as if you can’t do sit-ups due to surgeries etc you can select something to take the place of the sit-ups that’s easier for you to do. My husband noticed after the first two weeks that I was slimming down.
Not worth the money!
I’ve been using this app for 1 and a 1/2 months, and a couple days ago it started giving me a gray screen when I tried to open the workout and then the next day it just completely erased ALL my progress to include my calendar and challenge progress. I paid 40 bucks for this, not worth it. If your app can’t even consistently track progress, then what is the point? It started me from the beginning with easier workouts that are not doing anything for me because I already have almost 2 months of workout progress. I’m very unhappy and I want my money back.

App lockout
Even though I bought the annual membership it has locked me out if I don’t complete the 30 days. Obviously most people won’t finish but if I paid for a year I should be able to access all the workouts for a year. A total waste.
Dietary options lacking
5 stars for good workouts and 3 stars for dietary options. I don’t understand how I can swap out a 246 calorie meal for a 1106 calorie meal. I’d also like an option to add in my foods like protein drinks.

Great App/workouts
Love this app and the workouts! It’s very easy to use and has fun/shorter workouts. I use it every day. It keeps me motivated and is helping me meet my fitness goals. An extra bonus-> there’s great recipes too!
Disappointing
So I downloaded this app after the great view I read. I was excited to get it started but o ly to find my self staring at the spinning wheel of death ( the loading wheel) for few minutes then few more after that only to find nothing loads on it .

I loved the app, however there are two things which i didnt like, the meal is calculated but the portions is serving more than one person, how can i change it to only one person so i can count calories perfectly… and the other thing is the meat, there are lots of recipes with ham or pork meat and i do not eat it, how can i customize my meal plan to what i can eat…

It’s a nice app. Simple and easy to use. Didn’t want to keep this app since I decided to go with an online class instead and it was still charging to my account even after I deleted the app! Be aware!

Want some trial days
I like it but I wish I could try it a few days to see it fully. I want a free trial period. I’m always looking for new routines but get bored quickly. I can’t do anything without being asked to buy this app. I don’t see a food schedule as far as times or available alerts. Everything is locked until you buy
Great just not accurate
Love this workout and have been doing these daily for almost 2 months now. Just wish their time estimate was more precise or maybe best to just not show it. For instance I just completed one that it says should take about 20 minutes where as it took me about 60 and I consider myself pretty fit overall. I don’t know how anyone could complete 9 exercises, 3 times each which includes things like 30 jump squats, 3 times and lunge jumps 60, 3 times and 30 push-ups, 3 times and many more which will certainly take some time to complete. I hope this estimate on the app can either be removed as it’s very much off and is somewhat discouraging or estimated could be improved to something more realistic. I’ll keep on using it though as I signed up for 6 months and it’s a great way to have variety of workouts completed daily and the app is ocean put together well daily asking if the workout is good, too easy or too hard…it provides a base and it’s up to you how hard you want to push it. Thank you 👌🏻

So simple and easy
This has been the best workout app I’ve ever used! Simple workouts for any level of activity. There’s monthly challenges to use as well. Downside is I wish it wasn’t expensive. $20 a month is kind of a lot but, I’d say it’s worth it
Having a hard time canceling
I cancelled before it was time to pay and their still trying to take money out. So now my phone won’t let me download anything without paying for the app… 😒😒

I don’t even know why I paid almost £5 a week . The receipes are just so confusing . Doesn’t even tell you how many calories and so on 🤦♀️ There are soo many other apps that do that for free . £20.00 a month . You guys have to rethink this app ASAP . It’s not value for money at all !
