QR Code issue with ios
The latest Software update has rendered the app unusable for wifi configurations. The QR code generated with Android is working however the one with ios app is failing.

The latest versions of the app degraded the app view and taking longer time to open and respond. Don’t know why they upgraded the app, just to lower the performance

A widget to unlock door lock
Hi! The app has been revamped really well. Appreciate that. But I think there should be a widget to unlock the door with face ID as security pass. Because the time it takes to open the app and unlock the door is much more than getting up unlocking it. Also, nobody likes to wait so much at the door. Kindly work on that.

App hangs alot and most of the time it doesnt load in one go
Simple and neat app
Good app with no complex features and interfaces etc.. What’s required is there but some advanced features can be made without subscription.
No battery percentage shown
The app doesn’t show battery percentage for the door lock. We need to wait until we hear from the door lock that battery is low.
Lack of Mode automation
1) Enahance ROUTINES. Allow "time as Trigger" and "mode change as Action". User should be able to create a Routine to switch between NIGHT and HOME mode based on time. 2) In Modes settings user should be allowed to enable and disable Phone call for ALL Cameras. I want phone calls when I am "away" not when I am at "home". 3) For 7+ cameras, the last snapshot load is buggy, it frequently starts showing same snapshot in multiple cameras. Fix it. 4) Even though I set the camera resolution to HD/2k, when I log back in after sometime it shows resolution SD. That should not change automatically.

I have been using Qubo app since one month. Have not faced any issues so far. The quality of video is good and it easy to use.

I like that the app can start the unit remotely. The rest of it is in place, nicely set up, but needs work. For the air filter the past levels of pm2.5 get reported wrong.
Unreliable live ops
Platinum Account here. Support- difficult to get in touch with. Connectivity- unreliable- even when app is ringing, there’s always 50% chance the call wont be picked up, because app decides to hang up. Remote viewing - great! Recordings are easy to pull up. Upto 50% of the time door bell wont make the home tab ring, and often, a 3-5 mins lag appears between home tab and door bell. By now this should have been a simple 2 step process- press the door bell and app/hometab rings immediately- except it doesn’t, more than half of the time. PS- wifi signal is “excellent” and all updates installed on time. I simply term it- Unreliable.
Poor network.
The WiFi camera is just next to a router but still it says weak network. This is ridiculous if you work only with wired connections then no use calling it a WiFi camera.
App Stopped Working
The UI has improved but the bugs have not. I am using a iPhone 15 plus, when I open the app, it never starts, loops on the opening animation forever. FIX THIS. THIS IS worst user EXPERIENCE.

Stable app, very good monitoring; please support some requests
The app is very stable and very helpful for monitoring. 1). Could you please update the app to allow ordering of devices ? Currently, it is not possible to arrange the order of cameras in the Home tab (only by spaces or device type). When have multiple cameras, it is desirable to list frequently used cameras at the top of the list. 2) Kindly support iPad or tablet mode and allow to view multiple live views (for example 3 cameras). It takes much time to switch between cameras to observe each live view.

Misleading information
I bought this camera and as per the video which was shared to me by the company on the chat has provided a SD card along with the kit. However, when I received the product it didn’t include an SD card upon questioning the agent, it was said they stopped giving them out in 2025. After installing the app and setting up the device, I wasn’t receiving notifications for baby crying again upon checking the membership which on website shows baby alert but it misleads because that’s only available for gold and diamond packages.

Sometime my smart cam 360 cameras dont give person notification. Also i have noticed, 2 cameras configured in same application dont send notifications at same time if one notifies then the other one dont. The interface to check recordings need to be updated.

The app stooped showing a camera all of a sudden on my iPhone 13, had to reinstall the app to get the camera back. Takes too long to load sometimes. This is a great combination of software and harware, needs to work without fail for my usecase of havong old parents not able to get to the door

Phone is getting hot compare to any other camera app like zmodo Wyze. Start up takes long time

App brought much needed new user interface and less clunky overall. Products with the app work much more seamlessly now. Highly recommend products and the app

The 360 camera turns itself off every few days. The app kicked out 3 other cameras with the new update.

Hi Devs, the app automatically closes when trying to login via google. This has been observed in the new ios 16.2. At the moment no point in downloading this app on new iPhones.

Needs a lot of improvement and stability updates
Please add a 10 seconds seek both forward and backward option in the video playback mode. Also when I try to view a portion of the timeline, it is automatically showing the AI detected cloud stored part video, not showing the part which I indent to watch. Which obviously was missed by the “AI Guard” of yours!!!
Camera good, but cloud recording and app requires a lot of improvement
I have diamond plan subscription. I like your camera hardware but your cloud system and the app are the worst. 1) Initial video live view takes so much time to load. 2) Playback from cloud recording takes forever to load. 3) No fast forwarding for video playback. 4) Time seek will take forever to load the video. 5) No way to search for person detection from the recordings. Conclusion: Your cloud recording feature is unusable at all.
