I've been trying to create an account but I am not receiving the OTP
“Express Delivery”
Apparently 5 hours is not enough to get the item delivered on the same day. I ordered my maintenance medication around 18:00(6pm) and apparently even around 23:00 (11pm) it’s still being packed. It’s probably due to the branch but please don’t offer “Express” Delivery if you can’t even meet the criteria you’ve set.

And you can't even cancel the order from the app. Ugh why even bother having your own delivery service

I tried to use the birthday promo code but it keeps saying that promocode was already used and try to use it again after 20mins. I try after 20mins still not available. I’ve never used that promocode yet.

The app is not user friendly. Very confusing.
Frustrating Registration Experience
I tried registering multiple times, but I never received the OTP on my phone number. I requested it several times and waited for quite a while, but nothing came through. It was really frustrating because I needed to use the app right away. I hope this issue gets fixed soon since it makes it impossible to create an account and use the app.

I highly recommend this Watsons app, I can shop products in their online app easily with options to pay online and pick up on the designated store I choose.
App sucks! Always stuck on the payment gateway page. I can’t check out regardless of payment method.

No pop-up for missing required medcert!
Stupidly the app does not pop-up anything for their “requirement” - as normal customer, i am not aware of the prescriptions requirement or where to put it during the ordering process! Took too much time for the verification!
Really hard to refund
Always out of stock and hard to do refunds. It's almost a month, still no refund. CS sucks

Cancellation
I wanted to order something, so i first went to put it in the cart since i havent put the right one in the cart. I accidentally checked out then after that i keep raising an enquiry to cancel my order then suddenly someone called and it was about to deliver. That was fast considering my first order took days but this order just packed it without even looking through the app that i wanted to cancel it? There’s not even a cancel button. Such a waste of money. Don’t download this app!!!!!!!
More than an inconvenience.
I’ve had a points card for years. Looking forward this opportunity through the app. YUX! I try & log-in…your “password & user name don’t match.” Because I have never used the app, I need to connect the app to my existing account. Create account…this “e-mail is already linked to another account.” I try Forgot My Password function…your “e-mail is not in a registered account.” A crazy infernal loop. NEVER could log-in, sign-up, or reset password.

There’s a lot of room for improvement for this app and their system
The order got cancelled and didn’t tell me why until I called. It took many calls before they informed me via email that they actually can’t deliver the items to my address, they could have told that as early and while I called many times. The refund would take longer than it should be, other platforms aren’t like that, once the order is cancelled, they automatically refund the money, right away. But this one, even if I am not the one who cancelled, it going to take few days to be refunded, sounds old school. Really needs improvement.

When i choose click and collect and search for the store branch it says that the store is not found but in the app you can see the branch you are searching for It has delivery charge even if you purchase 1000 up before it is free delivery
