Carriers have more features and advantages on this platform. Driver ratings compromise your pay. No way to improve your rating. Drivers are always wrong not fair. Find a carrier and move around
RELAY is Good
The core idea behind the Relay On-Demand app is letting drivers choose exactly when they want to work. It is genuinely a great concept and sets it apart from others. I’ve completed over 50 Relays so far and have never had a single issue with any of the companies (at least not serious.) Everything on that side is usually smooth and reliable. That said, I gave it 4 stars because the app itself can be a bit glitchy at times (occasional bugs), and it would really benefit from some improvements. Overall, solid concept with dependable partners and a decent platform.
Instant pay is bs
Every time I request instant payment it never comes through and no one says anything about it until I send email and then I keep being told my card is closed and or my account is closed even though I just used the card and continue to use it after I receive the message the bad part about this is they charge you 3.15 % for instant payment yet I never get it
App crashes
You can’t move out of the app to review information without it crashing and losing all your info.
Love relay
I really enjoy working for Relay. I get to work my own hours when I want and work as much as well.
Where’s customer service
This app crashed during registration after it took my $10. I went back to register again and it’s asking for another payment!!

Relay is a great way to work the hours you want to work, and for the pay you feel you should earn
No instant pay
I like the app so far but there is no instant pay and they split your pay in half it takes 3 days to hit your bank for first half than 5 days later you can request your other half of pay which than takes another 3 business days to hit your bank

Good app to find work. I wish there a minimum daily set by drivers due to some companies wanting drivers to run for a very low rate. Value your drivers as you do the carriers. Otherwise a great app that build relationships!!!
Difficulty to accept trip
The carrier says please accept the trip after I message them on the other hand relay says please message the carrier to accept the jobs even if I am messaging with the carrier. Please relay fix this virus infected app.

Unable to drive
I’m still not allowed to accept runs and nothing is expired I feel like I’ve been scammed this is my third or forth attempt I feel like I’m being scammed at this point I received zero emails when can yall fix this I’m vetted and everything I shouldn’t be going through this I never was able to take one job yet but spent $100 already this is unfair and needs to be fixed I keep getting alerts saying one of my credentials are expired but nothing is plus I resubmitted everything and it’s still not fixed I need help asap or this is false advertisement and scam likely
Great New idea
I love everything about it except they should have an electronic Log installed within the app so we can take a 30minute lunch and manage our HOS. also not sure if ill see higher paying jobs in the future but as a new relay driver some Rates are really low.
Keep pushing
I been trucking since 1993 and I used relay on Demand on 2020 liked it but got my own truck, now I’m back again 6 years later and I tell you this it got way better I’m doing cross country moves like it . The freedom is the best you work when you want to.. keep on truckin
No work for Florida drivers
I completed the entire sign up process. Before paying $99 i researched to see if relay on demand offer loads from my area. It stated yes but so far nothing from Florida has come up. Everything is in Ga Tx and Cali. Do not pay your money if you live in Florida. Complete waste of time and money.

Dissapointed and a waste of time. Just a few small carriers hard to understand what they say . Rediculous low rates and misleading information. Dont waste your time.

SCAM
Both app and truck companies running scams. Poor equipment and I did not get paid for 14hrs of driving yet paid 100 to drive on the app. Contacting FMCSA and Georgia Board.

GREAT APP GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR THOSE WHO SEEK FREEDOM AND SETTING YOUR OWN SCHEDULE. GREAT COMMUNITY TO INTERACT WITH FELLOW DRIVERS .. VERY STRONG COMMUNITY INSIDE. I LOVE IT.. GOOD MONEY AS WELL .
Be very careful
The app requires you to enter all your personal information—CDL, Social Security number, home address, and more. But here’s the issue: after I submitted everything, the system told me they aren’t available in my location. Once the application determined my location, I couldn’t move forward—yet I had already given them my personal information. If I had known that in advance, I wouldn’t have provided it. My concern now is: how will my information be used? What’s needed: verify a user’s location before requiring them to complete personal data fields.
Def worth it
On my second week and I’m definitely not going back to being a regular driver. I was in OTR driver for a year and four months and the money I make now here with relay on demand as a regional driver is definitely better hands-down.
Don’t get unless you live in CA
You’ll spend over $100 to get on their board only to realize there is nothing available even close to you, ever. So unless you live in California where the majority of the runs are, don’t bother.

Love this app. Work when I want
Mediocre at best
This app mainly caters to the carriers and the drivers are consistently ignored, email support takes days and most of the time of ignored. Forget about calling and leaving a message, you’ll just be ignored, and they’re charging you for this every month. If you’re in the LA, or OC areas, there is one, maybe two carriers and that work is snatched up quickly, the minority of the work is in the inland empire and I don’t want to commute 30-40 mile one way for work. Do better Relay, in every way.
