I’m trying to transfer my money back but it seems impossible.

Zeer slechte app. Synchroniseert niet goed met je account op de website. Watchlists van je website worden niet in de app. Wanneer je een keer ingelogd hebt op de app, en je logt in op de website, krijg je meerdere keren de melding dat je niet herkend bent. Al met al een zeer slechte synchronisatie tussen website en app. Dit nog buiten het zeer zwakke UX / UI design, waardoor het een zeer lange leercurve vergt voordat je weet waar je welke informatie vandaan haalt.
