I was enjoying the app during the demo testing as I was getting used to trading but now I have passed the demo testing and it still won’t let me make a real wallet or anything when I try make a wallet and I accept the terms I can’t continue past that screen
My positions screen is frozen
The app’s performance on older, yet still perfectly capable, phones is terrible. It seems it's only optimized for the latest flagship models. On my two-year-old device, it's slow, laggy, and crashes constantly. A financial app should be accessible and reliable for a wide range of devices, not just the newest ones. People don't buy a new phone every year just to run one trading app. This poor optimization locks out a huge segment of users and shows that the developers are cutting corners. The result is that some users get a stable experience while others, like me, are trading at a massive disadvantage. The inequity here is galling and must be fixed immediately by them. Locked after bad review
After I posted a negative review of the app, I suffered a "technical issue" that locked my account. The timing is too perfect to be a coincidence. This is retaliation and theft.

The app is so slow and laggy
This app is incredibly slow and unresponsive, which I consider a major UI flaw. Tapping a button often results in a 2-3 second delay before anything happens. Swiping between screens is choppy and laggy. In a fast-moving market, this sluggishness is fatal. I’ve seen opportunities vanish in the time it takes for the app to simply load the order screen. The poor performance makes the entire user experience feel frustrating and unreliable. It doesn't matter how well-designed the buttons are if they take five seconds to respond to a tap. This technical incompetence makes the app unusable for any form of active trading.

This trading app must have the most well-hidden support department in the world. There is no contact email, no phone number, and the "Help Center" is just a collection of articles that don't address my issue. I feel completely lost and unsupported. A financial service without accessible support is a massive red flag. Where do I go when something goes wrong?

En términos generales muy buena App de trading con muchísimos instrumentos (entre ellos forex, índices, metales, acciones, crypto y futuros). Salvo que en la última versión se han eliminado todos los instrumentos favoritos y cuando quiero añadirlos nuevamente, al abrir la App a continuación, desaparecen.
It's a planned fraud
The app's address is listed as a prestigious office building in London. I had a friend who works nearby go and check. The front desk had never heard of the company. They are not a tenant there. The address is fake. The entire operation is a lie, built to project an image of legitimacy while they run their scam from some hidden basement. All the money we invested is gone.
Just an automated 'no'
I was trying to resolve a trade discrepancy. The support agent's final response was, "We cannot compensate for market volatility." It wasn't market volatility! It was their platform executing my order at the wrong price! They refuse to take responsibility.
Froze again right before the news
The persistent, nagging instability of this app has caused me to completely lose my nerve. I no longer feel confident putting on large trades because I don't trust the platform to execute them cleanly or, more terrifyingly, to allow me to exit them when I need to. I hesitate at critical moments, I second-guess myself, not because I'm unsure of my strategy, but because I'm profoundly unsure if the app will even work. This "technical anxiety" is a massive psychological burden that sits on top of normal market stress, and it has led me to miss out on countless clear opportunities. Most hard-won tool is their confidence and decisiveness, and this app has systematically destroyed mine over time..
They hide the help button
I sent a detailed email to their support address four days ago about a trade that seems to have vanished from my history. I received an automated ticket number, and then… absolute silence. No confirmation that a human has read it, no timeline for a response. My money is in limbo, and they are completely ignoring me. The lack of communication is unprofessional and deeply worrying.

Your help center is useless
The support agent admitted it was a bug on their end but said there was nothing he could do about it. He just told me to "wait for a future app update." Meanwhile, I'm losing money because of their glitch. Unacceptable.
Every update breaks everything
The app’s performance seems to be tied to specific market sectors. Whenever cryptocurrency markets are experiencing extreme volatility, the entire app slows down to a crawl, even if I'm only trading stocks. It seems their backend infrastructure is so poorly designed that a surge in one asset class overloads the system for everyone. It makes no sense that my ability to trade a simple S&P 500 ETF should be impacted by the price of a meme coin, but with this platform, it is. This interconnected fragility shows a lack of scalable and robust architecture, putting all users at risk regardless of what they trade on this very platform. Invented a new fee
After a big win, a new, massive "commission fee" I've never seen before appeared on my trade. Support called it a "rarely occurring system fee." It feels more like they just invented a fee to steal my profits.
The settings menu is a mess
I am constantly getting lost in the settings menu, which feels like a developer's junk drawer. It’s a disorganized mess of dozens of options with no clear categories, no logical grouping, and no search function. Trying to find where to change my password or update my 2FA settings is a ten-minute-long treasure hunt. Basic account management functions like downloading statements are buried under vague labels like "General" or "Advanced," while less important cosmetic settings are given top-level prominence. This terrible information architecture is a sign of lazy design. It shows that no one took the time to think about how a normal user would expect to find things, resulting in a confusing and deeply user-unfriendly experience.

Great app normally but latest update is caching old prices???? Update need asap, not using app anymore but desktop is fine.
It feels like an unfinished app
In summary, this app feels like a beta version that was never finished or properly tested with real users. The navigation is a maze, the layout is cluttered, basic features are hidden or missing, and the workflow is inconsistent and inefficient. It seems no real thought was put into the user’s journey from login to trade execution. Using it is a constant struggle against the interface itself. Instead of empowering me to make better investment decisions, the app gets in my way, causes immense frustration, and creates endless opportunities for costly errors. It is, without a doubt, the most poorly designed, user-hostile financial app I have ever had the misfortune of using. I cannot recommend it to anyone.
Can’t Withdraw Money
It’s not a coincidence that with these types services transferring money in works first time, getting money it is always difficult. Currently, there is an error stopping “just me” from withdrawing my money. AVOID!!

Lied about the transfer
This company is a ghost. There's no phone number to call. The live chat is always offline. Emails get automated responses and then nothing. They have made it impossible to communicate with a real human being because they don't want to answer for the money they've stolen. My $9,000 is locked in their system, and I have absolutely no recourse. They have built a digital fortress to hide behind while they rob people.
