La aplicación tiene tantas fallas y al reportar un problema pueden pasar hasta meses para que te lo resuelvan. Todo es tan burocrático y lento.
Den mantenimiento a su app
No es posible que cuando registres una cuenta nueva te deje avanzar rápido pero cuando quieres activar tarjeta o iniciar sesión te mandé una alerta de lo sentimos en este momento no podemos validar tarjeta inténtelo más tarde. si tienen una aplicación para usar un servicio creo que es fundamental que esta funcione y veo que desde años llevan con este problema y ninguna solución

Don’t open an account here
I open this account months ago and I was using it for a back up. No worth it because the first time I tried to use the card it was declined when I had a good amount of money available. Tried to calling but the phone never rings, now I have to wait days for resolution. Once this is done I’m close this account and transfer all my money. Do not use this service I’m very disappointed
No me contesta servicio al cliente
Tengo problemas para hablar con soporte ya pasaron varios días y nada de nada mi depósito no llegó a mi cuenta y no puedo hablar con soporte para saber que pasó y tengo otra situación de una estafa ya me cambiaron la tarjeta pero nose si sea eso que mi depósito no se ve reflejado en mi cuenta o tengo que esperar a que llegue mi tarjeta ayuda no sé qué hacer y tengo deudas por pagar ayuda
La App no funciona bien
Por favor arreglen el problema de inicio de sesión, la app solo te deja entrar una vez y la siguiente vez quieres consultar tu salgo o algún movimiento ya no sirve te dice q estan en “mantenimiento” y tienes q eliminar la app, volverla a descargar y hacer un nuevo incio de sesion y asi cada q quieres volverla a revisar.

Update issue "maintenance bug"
Not sure if the "maintenance" issue is individual bug for each account but after reported the issue via chat, somehow 2 days later both apps Financiera and Broxel works perfectly! Unique services offered that matches many people needs, thank you!

Esta aplicación falla todo el tiempo, para ingresar te pide 4 cosas: el correo electrónico, los últimos cuatro dígitos de tu teléfono, la contraseña y luego un código que según ellos te envían , me quedo esperando y nunca llega, es una pesadilla. Según ellos actualizan la aplicación, pero todo queda igual o peor.

Tienen q arreglar el app, siempre q uno entra dice q está en mantenimiento, y tiene uno q desinstalar el app y volverla a instalar para q funcione
Can’t send money to US
Last update fixed the Face ID useless feature. Now we can access only with Face ID which is good and for that is that I give one star. However, now I can’t send money to my US card; every time I go into that screen it freezes after having typed 3 digits. I restarted my phone, deleted and installed the app again and this simply keeps happening.

Useless for most US expats
A permanent resident card isn’t sufficient identification for their onboarding process. Qualifying as a US resident will be problematic unless you maintain a permanent residence in the US. Thank you, Patriot Act. That’s too bad. Assuming they survive the ongoing corruption investigation (do a search on “broxel infonavit”), this could be an interesting company to do business with.

Under maintenance
The app works for what you need it to do, but the constant under maintenance after closing and opening the app is so annoying. I have to uninstall the app and then reinstall it every time I want to use it. I can only use the app once because once the app closes it will give you that message every time when trying to open it again.

Esta aplicación y la de Finanabien no funcionan la mitad del tiempo, y parece ser que los desarrolladores de estas apps no tienen el conocimiento ni recursos para que las aplicaciones funcionen apropiadamente.

I’ve tried log in in for years now and still my account is blocked, no reply or customer support. This is not good for people that need to have access to their funds .

Not happy taking to long I signed up over a month ago called customer service once a week for the last 4 weeks. I have a bad feeling about this app. Requested my card in Peso still no answer. My physical card in the USA has not arrived. I have added money to the digital card just to try it but can not do anything with it yet. Service very limited. 👎🏼 There are better options I only sign up here to support the Mexican President. Now I have a bad taste in my mouth for both.
