Excelente
I’m a Spanish teacher and this app is wonderful it has helped me so much learn new words. Only issue is the voice gets creepy sometimes when it tells you the word in Spanish. I recommend this for anyone who wants to improve their vocabulary. ¡Gracias!
Worst App I ever Purchased
I was unable to purchase coins/tokens. I sent two emails to support. NO ANSWER!!! The game concept is good and keeps you engaged, but the customer service is extremely poor. I have deleted the app and requested a refund.
Free Flashcards 🥳
Pros: 1. It’s free. I’ve been playing for a few weeks, made it to level 100+ 2. Good as a flash card vocabulary builder. 3. There is a daily bonus (bottom left icon). Cons: 1. The same game over and over and over 😕 2. Winning each level is a distraction from learning 😖 3. Don’t expect to become fluent or even conversational with this app. It’s 95% about vocabulary 😜 4. It crashes, but you simply restart the level.

I had to download and start this app to find out it’s European Spanish not Latin American Spanish, which is what I was looking for.

Fun Helpful App but crashes
I like this app, as it is very polished, and fun, and helpful in learning spanish words. They need to try and get the bugs out though as it crashes often, and sometimes the voice effects become muddled. Will be a great app if you can resolve the bugs.

Fun but moves way too fast.
After you beat each level the game begins adding new words often before I have a chance to really learn the words I was already working with and it becomes overwhelming. I can’t figure out how to go back and replay levels. If there is a way to go back and replay old levels until I learn them better please let me know and I will change my review. If not, this feature should be added. Otherwise, this is a good game and a really fun way to learn Spanish!

Мне очень нравится, это приложение, оно правда затягивает, хорошая подача. Однако, после похождения слов, где меняется озвучка, приложение сразу вылетает, невозможно даже пройти уровень. У меня это каждый раз происходит на слове alternative. Да, и с озвучкой временами беда, нормальный, классической голос переодически меняется на некоторых словах, затем слова произносят с ошибками.

Keeps crashing and charges without permission
First, I did the 3 day trial and had canceled on the second day, but they billed me for one year for what seemed even before the 3 days was over. Okay fine, so I’ve been using it for another day because the game is actually fun and helpful with learning Spanish. But it just keeps crashing over and over again. I closed all my apps and restarted my phone, but it keeps crashing. Such a shame and now I’m going to have to dispute the year subscription because I’m afraid they will renew in one year without my permission even though it is still canceled.
Great tool, several issues
It is a great learning platform. It doesn’t even feel like you’re learning, but having fun. There’s been a few trigger words that won’t let you finish out the game to move on. I’m on level 400 something and it’s getting difficult to play because the game cuts off when you hit certain words.
Love this game but have been charged without receiving product multiple times now
I’ve been regligiously playing this game almost daily for over a year. I absolutely love it. Paid for premium last year and let it renew when it came time. All of a sudden, starting Dec 1 I kept running into errors after my purchases went through for discounted bundle packs and and extra perks. I thought maybe I needed to uninstall and reinstall. Lost all my progress and now the game doesn’t recognize that I paid for premium for the year either. Active subscription is still listed on my phone. Now I just found out that all those attempted purchases for packs I made this past December, including ones I made after uninstalling and reinstalling were actually coming out of my account. I’ve tried writing to report it and ask for help but never heard anything and it’s been two weeks. So I decided to go into Apple and request a refund for all those purchases due to “in app purchases not received” - which is one of the options Apple lists as a reason for a refund request. However, they only let me request a refund for one of these charges and I’m not sure where to go from here. I did want to cancel my active subscription in case someone finally got back to me, but I paid for premium and am not receiving it. I bought multiple puzzle packs (now realizing I was charged around $60 once all the attempts added up) and can’t request refunds. Yet I still play this every single day. It’s been super helpful for vocab learning and it’s addictive but I really hope someone sees this and gets back to me regarding the charges. I can’t even re purchase premium as it’s active but not recognized on the app and nowhere to login 😔

Love, but needs update
App has been crashing, and restarting itself before I can ever read his diagnosis., it’s never done this before, but guessing they haven’t updated it for bit still, give Star review from me, with hopes that they update soon. I need my Spanish practice! Literally love the different games, levels, rewards, categories, sentence practices, & ability to play the game with audio words. I’m learning and practicing my Spanish vocabulary in a bunch of different topics that I’m interested in. I love the pace, I never rush and, there’s an option to start vocab categories over, for more practice. The sentences and words you’re challenged on expand as you progress, so I’m getting to learn present tense, future tense, and so on in a fun way, repetitive yet advancing at my own pace. I definitely got the subscription because so see it as a valuable tool in helping expand and learn my Spanish vocab, spoken word, and sentence structures. Tips: -Audio words during games are key. -restart a game or vocabulary category as many times as you like until you feel confident) - set a high dally vocabulary and come back to it throughout the day.

I paid for this app a few years ago and loved it. It figures they finally updated it and now it’s a monthly subscription so I can’t use what I already paid for anymore

I love this game! I am learning so much and retaining it. Plus it’s fun figuring out the strategy for the harder boards. Please fix the bug making the game close out of nowhere. I’ve had to start at stage 1 about 3 times now. There are no other Spanish learning game that isn’t for children. Hope to be able to keep my progress.
Major glitches that ruin game- please fix
I used to love this game. However, it is hard to get your daily coins for learning new words, because you are not given a new word every round, and the new words deduct as if they are being used even when they are not. So you run out of the new words that you purchase before you even learn them. I am not sure if the game makers are doing this on purpose in order to force you to spend more money, but it needs to be fixed because it’s ruining the game.
Buggy
The app is fantastic, there’s not really any other apps like this, and it makes memorization a breeze, however i do hope the developer updates soon, to fix the bugs where the app crashes from certain Words 🙏🏼
Paywall Bait and Switch
I’ve had the Spanish Word App game since 2021. I started playing again and it is trying to charge me for almost ALL access. I cannot get any new word lists , the augmentations are all charge based , and it’s set up to the point where the puzzles are near impossible to solve without paying.
Don’t buy the coins.
I paid for coins and didn’t get them. This isn’t the first time this happened. It is fun a game but they will take your money and give you nothing.
Love it but
The app helped me more than my language learning program - until it became glitchy. Now it crashes every time the computer generated voice says “abnormal”. There was no response when I tried to contact the developer. Unless there is hope for an update, I may have to delete the app.
Love the app, but
The sound goes out after awhile. I can’t find anything in the settings to correct this. Delete the app and redownload is the only option. But then you’ve lost all your stats and start all over with levels. Also there is a bug that speaks the sentence with a German accent and have incorrect pronunciation for the Spanish word.
I’d like to start in Mexico
I’m looking to work on my Spanish for trip to Mexico and South America. I chose Spanish as my language and it takes me through the first 22 lessons in Madrid and Barcelona. You can only start looking at Mexico after less than 23. I prefer to start in my target country, rather than start by learn phrases and expressions that I’m going to have to try to forget later.

I really like this game. I liked it enough to buy it. Unfortunately, after paying for the annual subscription, nothing is different in the game. What did I pay for?? the game still continues to milk you for money. This game offers no incentive to subscribe. Don’t throw away your money. You can play without subscribing. I’m the fool who thought a subscription would actually make some kind of a difference. I paid for nothing!
Buggy but fun
I like it but every other day I win a level but am told I failed it :( and if I watch an ad for more coins or an extra life it force quits the app without reward

This app is very awesome and makes sure the words stick in your brain and makes sure you can form sentences and know the concept of grammar in Spanish.

App has been crashing in the middle of exercise for over a month. I reached out for help a week ago with no response. Can’t learn if can’t play. I paid for service not to have adds. Look elsewhere for learning

Все отлично, играю уже давно, есть прогресс в изучении языка, очень помогает на уроках с преподавателем, тк уже часть слов знаю, что ускоряет обучение. Особенно радует ненапряжность обучения, еду на работу - выполняю свою норму по словам в день. Из минусов: не озвучивает, если играю не в наушниках, а с динамика. Так было и на первом телефоне, так же и на новом осталось, не понимаю в чем может быть причина.
Не отображаются все обьекты
На 200 уровне появились бургеры. Но во время игры вместо бургеров видны пустые ячейки.

Avoid this app
I had the same problem last year and nobody responded to my request for help. Again, I sent request for help five days ago and it has yet to be addressed. There are many reviews in the Apple App Store stating that nobody is getting responses for support requests Additionally, many times when a sentence is created it will read the sentence in a robotic voice rather than a natural voice, and then the app will crash. I have paid for a premium subscription, but it did not apply correctly. The charge is present on my bank account. in an effort to fix it, I uninstalled and reinstall the app. I lost my progress, my coins, and my boosters. The reinstallation did not solve the problem. When I try to apply the premium purchase or restore purchases, I get the following: Error! Reason: Signaturelnvalid, id: WA_PREMIUM_1_YEAR

Needs an update for the new iOS
Since the iPhone13, they made some changes to the game. Namely, the piggy bank went away completely. The game play has been the same—until level 200. I just moved into the Ibiza level and the graphics for the hamburgers don’t display. The game is unplayable. I have sent daily emails to the support team but am still waiting for a fix. Until then, i can’t go any higher in levels.
