Delay in notification time
Dear developers messages inside of live kids app is the only way kindergarten can reach parents. Today the delay between the message sent and me receiving notification was three hours. Those were three hours when my kid was sick and suffering because I did not get the notification. Please prioritize this functionality above else, you have a great responsibility.

Morning. I’ve just tried to launch the app on new device and it wasn’t opened. Help, plz, to solve the problem. What further information do I have to provide?
Very friendly service and excellent app
I found the app really easy to use and this has helped my child a lot! The customer service provided was out of this world, the lady I spoke with was super friendly and so helpful. Definitely would recommend using them!

Додаток весь час має помилки, вилітає, має безліч варіантів оплат, але ніяк не виходить провести транзакцію, весь час помилка. Сповіщення не завжди приходять

Nur mal so: es gibt auch Menschen, deren Nachnamen nur aus 2 Buchstaben bestehen! Das nervt.

Aplikacja ma podstawową wadę - brak notyfikacji! Wiec trzeba za każdym razem wchodzić i upewniać się ze jest nowa wiadomość. W tych czasach to nie do przyjęcia. Duży minus
