Awesome
Ive got 18 years experience in residential and commercial AC. Now I do HVAC on offshore drilling rigs and drill ships so I absolutely know what I’m doing but I’ve been listening to these guys podcast for years I can’t tell you how many times theses guys taught me something I never knew I didn’t know. Sometimes it’s some I knew but an easier way of going about it. Great for someone just getting started or not that far from retirement. Without a doubt, the most important thing on my phone.
Needs Updating
Needs update for A2L
Needs an update NOW
Two stars because the articles are very well written yet I see a review from one year ago claiming the search button does not work. It still does not work. This app has great potential to help a lot of folks out but it needs to be fixed
Tech Tips Not Working
The screen is blank. If I search for something, I’ll see some articles and such, but nothing is displayed on the Tech Tips screen. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled with no luck. i-phone 14 with the latest ios.
Check list no longer work
Searched on the website and in the app for a contact us option but couldn’t find one. I can no longer get the checklist to load. Not sure if there’s an issue or if they were purposely deleted but they were extremely helpful. Hoping I get a response and fix to this. Thank you Bryan for everything you do to keep us techs educated!
Add the metric system
Great app but in Europe we need the metric system
Needs some maintenance
Love the app, but needs some work. The app will not load the rest of the checklists and the search button is not functional. I would love to see the issues resolved to continue using the app. Has a lot of potential.
Good but checklist problem
Greta app. I love it. However as of 10/12/24 the issue with the checklist not showing up is still a problem. Could this be fixed ?
App needs metric
This app is the best from the pod casts to the tools the only thing missing is a metric measurement
Search bar doesnt work
I like the app but the search function doesn’t do anything making it hard to go back and find anything previously viewed.
Thank you
I am a Maintenance Technician for a Property Management Company during the day and go to a trade school at night for HVAC. I listen to the podcasts and am very grateful for the information and knowledge shared during these podcasts. Very motivating! Thank you!
Love the tech Tools- issue with capacitor under load test
The capacitor under load test rounds up capacitors that are whole numbers like 7.5mfd is displayed as 8mfd. Not a huge deal but I figured I mention it.
Great HVAC info
Most of the the info is accurate and very informative (sometimes too detailed) but I do not always agree with 100% of Bryan’s ideas, such as his definitive reasons as to why capacitors fail. Great info for learning, but the app is not user friendly. I also had to delete the app and reinstall it because it wouldn’t show any new podcasts for the past 6 months. The app also glitches out on occasion, requiring a forced shutdown to get it to function correctly (frustrating).
LITERALLY THE BEST APP
Been a tech now for a few years. I don’t have the best group of guys to pass down solid knowledge and they tend to cut corners. I found this app and I have been actively reading every post my noggin can handle during my evenings relaxing. Bryan, I love the way you write man! I notice your casual humor 🤣🤣. Every post written by these guys keeps you focused. Not all of us techs are blessed to work with you guys but thanks to technology, we have the ability to learn from you all! Thanks a bunch!
Great information and overall pretty good app.
The app’s layout is good and the articles/guides are exceptional but the search function isn’t functional. I’d love to see it fixed.
HVAC tech review
This app is amazing simply put by far the most useful app for new or older techs writhed your just out of school or need some refreshment this app is very simple and straightforward which is so helpful on time and ease of use thank you to the developers of this app you help me greatly.
Great but:
This app is awesome but when paired with an iPad that is setup as a laptop the app becomes a burden to use having to keep the iPad vertical, is kind of forcing me into buying a stand or have to use different case. If you guys could add a horizontal feature for iPads that would be greatly appreciated.
Podcast
I really enjoy this podcast. Only been listening for a couple of weeks. I’ve been in the trade for 28 years. I learn something almost every time I listen to one of his podcasts. Great job!!
Excellent app needs a tweak
Great tool for HVAC techs, but really needs a “units” option so the rest of the world can use this app easily. Needs a setting page, where F or C, inch’s or mm etc can be selected, and used across the whole app.
Great
Great app for any one interested in HVAC
Keeping you Honest
Nobody believes you if you only have 5 stars...
Great Podcast for all HVAC professionals
I am a mid-level mechanical HVAC engineer, working on getting my PE license. This podcast is great to listen in on even though my day to day work does not involve the topics. It is helpful to learn about problems that technicians experience so that I can be mindful in my designs as a young engineer.
Fantastic podcast!!
The best HVAC podcast out there.
