Unable to connect with Carvaan
It just keeps giving error unable to find any saregama carvaan, tried many times with different devices but unable to connect with any device.
Where does the downloaded songs go ?
I can download the song and it plays in the caravan app on the phone. I would like to put in my music library to make a tune out of it or use as alarm. Is it possible ? If yes how ? If no bad design of the app.
Support for more regional languages needed
Since the latest models have support only for Hindi offline music u need to at least upgrade the library to support other languages Tamil, Malayalam etc.. so that we can play via Bluetooth
App needs update
The app needs to be updated that if we want to listen songs stored in saregama on the go we could listen through app also without connecting to device through Bluetooth. It will enhance the experience of listening the songs while travelling when we cannot carry the Saregama Caravan device with us. Please update.

WiFi issue
Hey the WiFi services are down since long it shows unable to connect whom to contact ?

Please add feature to operate/save radio stations from this app otherwise we have to search frequencies every time we want to Listen AM/FM channels or stations Other than this everything is awesome. Thanks
Mismatch in song shown in app and it plays
There is mismatch, i was able to connect carvaan to the app and it plays the song from the app but in bhakti section it plays song different from what you selected seems like a bug. this does not seems to be issue in hindi section though for now
Stuck
The iOS app stuck after we click on the arrow button at the bottom while song is playing

Pairs automatically as soon as I turn on the app. Good one to have and use
Play as remote does not work too flaky
App says turn on Bluetooth when already selected and sometimes when it’s connected and playing stops in middle and asks to turn on Bluetooth Too buggy some of the buttons don’t even interact in some pages
Bluetooth connection not working
Great sound...great collection of songs.....but unable to connect with my iPhone (IOS13.6) via Bluetooth....the Carvaan get paired with iphone easily....but when trying to play from app, it can’t show the paired device(the Carvaan)...have refreshed several times....but nothing happened ....so frustrating....!!!
Does what it is suppose to
However, from time to time the app will crash or freeze. Perhaps its time to update to the new iOS. Randomly it disconnects from the carvaan karaoke.

Don’t knw what is making people confused about the app. Its one of the simplest app.i could connect it in one go.. -Saregama mode on your Carvaan - Bluetooth On on your phone - Go to Carvaan app - Click on the Bluetooth icon given on the app - Just select the device And its done.
The worst bhikhari app
After paying 3500 INR for the upgraded version of Wi-Fi model …I felt like they have an app …so I can can enjoy upgraded songs … it nothing more than a loot … I’m filing a civil suit against them …
Bluetooth randomly disconnecting while playing song from App
Hi The Bluetooth connection with the app is not stable. When I play a song from the app on Carvaan, it plays for sometime and then a message on the phone comes saying, app is disconnected. It was working fine yesterday.
Nice app improvement needed
Nice app but I would suggest it would be better if playing songs based on movie name is also available. If i search for a song on app based on movie it plays that song only and not all songs from that movie
Great app (after some confusion 😬) !!
Connects seamlessly and automatically. Initially I used to click on Bluetooth button and tried connecting through app. Unfortunately in that Bluetooth mode Caravan connects only as speaker. However after I complained to support they mentioned the right way is to click on the Saregama (1st) button and then it shows in app and you can easily connect. Hope it helps !!
Doesn’t connect
Doesn’t connect to my Caravan and Caravan mini. Tried a number of times. Don’t know what’s the issue. Have others too faced the same issue?
Not able to connect wifi thru carvaan app
I am not able to connect my Carvaan 2.0 with wifi thru this app. It always says unable to connect. Also, the app crashes everynow and then. Please fix the issue.

Volume control from App not working
Volume control from latest ios version 15.1 is not working when we unlock phone after screen off. Downloaded latest version of app.
Seems like they uploaded it without testing
It looks like either they didn’t find it important to test the app or didn’t pay well to tester before uploading it on app store, lots of bugs are there in this app (i.e. notification is showing message notification all the time even after Checking all the messages). They really need to work hard on this else there are thousands of apps in the market, no body really care about keeping an app with lots of bugs in their phone.
IPhone Users Don't Buy
Caravan will not be connected with IPhone users if they are trying to connect WiFi... So please don't buy if u want to purchase, Moreover, WiFi issue will definitely come after 1 year and this is been updated by the technical employee of the Saregama... Chinese product, FM quality is poor. Total waste of Money, this I got after purchasing it.
Useless app with device
This app is quite useless to be honest. I chose Hemant Kumar songs and the device played songs from Hum Aapke Hain Kaun. Lol. I think the designer should seriously test this or let users know how to use. I’ve been wasting my Rs. 300 per year as it has absolutely no added advantage over other music apps that are pretty perfect.
Worst marketing strategy
Compatibility with other than Normal Carvaan is worst thing played by app marketing team. Big Dislike 👎🏻
